Love O'REILLY'S. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. Prices lower than most so sometimes they may have to get part for you and it may take 2 hours or so. But they will get it

The gentleman working in the evenings (Silver hair/green cap) is the most knowledgeable and friendliest. I come in with a issue and he directs to the way to fix it myself. I now only shop this store in Covington. Mercedes CLK 430

i came to this store looking for heater core quick connect fittings on 4/13/22 between 6-630pm. happened to find some went to the counter asked the guy if he could check and make sure they were the correct sized ones for my vehicle. he said that they could not they cant look it up. he was then asked if they were able to tell me what size heating hose was for my vehicle to determine if the fittings were right. the cashier slammed his hands on the counter and yelled im done. i gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the other cashier was very helpful in ordering the correct fittings.

The cashier was extremely helpful,I believe she was the manager. People where coming out of the wood work and she kept on smiling . It wasn't even car related It was tool related. I didn't know what it was called so she kept showing me my options in-between customer's ,all the time keeping a smile on her face.Iwish I'd gotten her name . Lovely representative of your company

Peace!! Great service!! Friendly.. Knowledgeable.. Courteous.. Efficient.. Aware of the problem I had gave me great advice. Refunds are smooth as silk. Couldn t of had a better day will definitely be back and will always recommend..

Sometimes they are cheaper then auto zone and sometimes not. Last time I went the guy gave me the wrong parts. And it cost me because I could take one of the parts back

This store sold me the wronge battery for my corrola after they allegedly looked it on the computer . im not a car guy I did not know at the time there are diffrent amp ratings. that battery casued my alternator to go out and my car to breakdown. do not shop at this store the staff are incompetent and shold not be selling auto parts.

The best auto after market and factory parts as well as motorcycle parts .autozone can't carry O'Reilly tool box lol I buy all my,auto related products from,them very helpful and friendly

Had some coolant leak out, not sure why but the gentleman came out and looked at the level, suggested the proper coolant and filled it for me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience, would highly recommend.

Every time I go there Mike the manager is always so helpful and everybody I've ever dealt with their and the nice thing about O'Reilly is you get a point for every dollar you spend unlike AutoZone wear if you spend 20 bucks or $2,000 you get a credit that sucks.

Amazing staff very knowledgable and friendly, my first choice for auto parts when I need them is this place. Dont care what the prices are (prices are great btw), they make ya feel like family.

Absolute worst customer service tried to get a manager involved to resolve an issue with the associate on exchanging a 10 dollar lightbulb, I was told sorry call the number on your way out if you want a manager. No need to ever go back here.
