Prices are reasonable and the service is super friendly! They were very honest with me and made an effort to not sell me more than I needed. The staff was very accommodating as I had to wait there while my car was being worked on. I also highly recommend the taco place next door!

NRP has been a pleasure to work with! I am doing some upgrades to my truck and needed regular maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection)work as well. Shannon was patient with me as I took some time to make my decision on exhaust and then extremely helpful with the ordering and installation process. My service was finished on time and communication was great on what was needed with my regular maintenance and what was not. I am very pleased with my exhaust and the overall process. Can t wait to keep making upgrades with Shannon and I plan to use NRP for any repair work that falls outside of my warranty. Thanks guys!!Services: Exhaust, Tire rotations, Oil change

I initially called NRP to inquire on a set of Falken Rubitreks. I told Shannon that I was in the market for a lift, wheels, and tires. He asked me to come down and talk in person because he wanted the opportunity to earn my business. And he did! The team at NRP is transparent and honest. Great experience! I came in last minute before they closed and they were able to help me out. Super fair prices. Didn't charge me for inspection. Very friendly and open to dumb questions. Great place.

This big screw was in one of my basically new tires they were able to fully repair my tire and save me money and it didn't cost much at all the owner was very nice and helpful.They got it done within an hr or so.I go to Honda a lot for my 2020 HRV but I'll be coming back to this shop. Top tier service highly recommended.

I used this NRP to rent a U-Haul van. The gentleman, Jeremiah, was polite and courteous. He did have trouble completing the transaction, but he kept his cool, as we remained patient.The lot is small/tight for maneuvering cars. There might be street parking.PS: I can not speak to their mechanical services.

Awesome service and polite employees! My boyfriend and I went here yesterday to have his rear tire patched. It had a screw in it. He didn t have an appointment so we had to wait to have it patched. Took about 2 hours which was understandable without an appointment. One of the guys kept us updated on how much longer it would be. We live close by so this shop was really convenient. A little pricey but it s worth it. My boyfriend said he will be returning here for anything else his car needs. Thanks for the great service!Service: Tires

Josh worked on my car. He put on new brakes, has done an oil change. He did an amazing job on my breaks and rotors and I have not had an issue what so ever. He also found that my CV axle was going bad and gave me a heads up on the issue. Very honest and does a great job! I have recommended NRP to my friends and family. I live in Indiana and would make the drive to Kentucky at any point and time! Thank you for being honest and hardworking! Y all know your trade!! First time having to do car repairswithout Dad's help or money....after researching I decided on NRP covington location. 100% satisfied with my decision. Not only are they completely friendly and fed us pizza, they got me out the door and completely taken care of under my budget. I waited at the shop and every customer they encountered, I saw complete honesty and respect. If they were out for every dime they could have stretched the truth and earned more business. Wonderful service with a fair price! I needed a used tire after mine was damaged. They were nice, helpful, and had my tire ready quickly. They removed my spare tire, placed it back in the trunk, and placed the new tire at pick up. We will definitely be return customers in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great shop. I found a flat as I was leaving for work so I made an appointment to replace the rest of the tires along with it, not checking the tread on the others. When I got there he checked the tread on all of the tires and let me know the others still had some life left. Instead of just taking the money to replace tires that didn't need it, he suggested I wait on those and just replace the flat. This shows honesty and makes me much more likely to come back in. I had them check on a coolant leak and he fixed that quickly along with the tire. He let me know of a few additional problems he found. He didn't try to talk me into fixing anything, he just explained his reasoning behind what he would prioritize to fix if it was his vehicle. Another sign of honesty. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles back here in the future.

Customer service is amazing! I love that the concession stand is right next door so while you're waiting on your car to be fixed you can get great food and icy / ice cream from Heidi!!! They changed the oil and rotated the tires for a pretty good price and they're always very nice and respectful!

I just want to go out of the way and thank these mechanics for so much help! I was struggling to find a place to help me repair my Jeep that is inside of my price range and these amazing people went out of there way to help me and I cannot thank them enough! I did $750 job here just to find out later that I need to do $4500 transmission job for my car, which I can t afford. They did a tranmission flush and said 50/50 and I could test drive it but next day the car broke down in middle of the street. Should have told me about how bad my transmission was instead of doing all the other maitainence. Now I have to try to sell the car and not having anything to commute. My experience here is just paying for nothing since my car went bad right after. And for a student, $750 means something.

The A/C in our Kia was having some crazy issues. I was worried I've have to take it to the dealer. Shanon personally helped us by doing some due diligence in researching the issue. He provided the repair at a reasonable cost and found the part we needed though it was really tough to find. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. All the staff was very friendly. Service was exceptional and prices are very reasonable. While Chris worked on my car, I had some good conversions with Mike at front desk. Defiantly will be going back there in future for all my car services.

I go here whenever I need my oil changed and new tires/ rotated. I'm giving 4* because I just went last week, and they were supposed to have changed my oil, but my car is telling me it needs done. Soooo gotta figure that out, I will change my rating if it's a problem with my sensor.
