I usually take my vehicle to the Florence service center, however I felt like trying this Covington service center. WOW what a difference. No so crowded (big to me) I asked for many things to get done and every one of them were address. But the biggest thing really to me is Customer Service. Boy do they do it right. I spend 20 years in retail management and customer successes and I would know. If I could give them a 100 stars I would!!!! Highly recommend

I have been taking my car to Kerry Toyota of Covington for over a decade and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful. They will do everything they can to fit me in and give me the best prices they can. High quality work as well.

Have been having my truck serviced here for two years as part of my toyota care plan. Easy to schedule, appointments are quick and painless, and in most cases they running early even. I can t think of a time I had to wait long and they re pretty good about communicating recall orders. Very nice folks here and will continue my truck service here after my free toyota care is up!

Went in for an oil change and they told me my battery needed to be replaced. I had mentioned my battery had died a few days ago but after a jump start had been fine for the last couple days. They didn't explain what was wrong with the one I had but made me feel pressured to say yes to a $270 battery. When I got my bill they didn't break it down at all eg tell me what they checked when they did my oil change (did they check my tires or anything else? Fluids?). They also didn't ask what kind of oil I wanted when I arrived which was strange so I feel like they overcharged me. Left feeling confused and scammed. Maybe I wasn't but I can't know now.Also I brought my car from them 4 months ago so that means the battery was close to death when I bought it?Edit: what is Jason's phone number?

Went in for my 15,000 mile checkup on my 22 4Runner. According to my receipt they checked and topped off all fluids. When I got home and checked under the hood they did not fill the wiper fluid. I now question if they changed the oil. I called them the next day and they apologized and said to bring my car in and they would fill it. Who has time for that? My buying experience at Kerry was not good and so far their service department is not good either.

Went for service on my vehicle. They serviced my vehicle and didn't force anything on me as far as my vehicle went, service was fast and efficient and the individual was kind and very knowledgeable I would use no one else for my automotive needs.

Come to get a new tire because the tire had a nail in it.instead of getting a new tire they patched it.i have a wheel and tire replacement that I bought when I purchased my car. Was there previously to get a new one but I couldn't get a new one.guess they don't want to go through with they warranty

I went to the Covington Pike St location and dealt with Rhonda, who was an absolute pleasure. She really made sure I was taken care of. I will say, that has mostly not been my experience with Toyota over the years but she really went above and beyond and I'm grateful.

On August 23 I took my 2005 Highlander To Kerry Toyota service center of Covington because my rear bushings were going bad. My vehicle was wanting to act like it wanted to fish tale and NO other driving issues. My vehicle drove straight at slow and highway speeds. So on August 23 I was called back by Kerry Toyota service center and told that my left rear control arm is bent and Should be replaced. So I agreed to make the repairs. On Friday August 24 I picked up my vehicle that no longer drives straight. It wants to wonder excessively at low speeds and lord help you it you get it up to 35 or 45 mph. I was given back a vehicle that no longer drives straight and not only put me and my family as well as people driving around me in danger. So I now have it towed back to Kerry Toyota and after sitting all weekend I get an update on Monday August 28 basically they have no clue what is wrong with the Highlander. Other than replacing the rack and pinion for another 1,200. Something that might not even fix the problem. Before this I had my high pressure power steering hose replaced. Wouldn't this have been stated to me that hey you might want to think about the rack and pinion replaced. I don't understand how this is considered satisfactory work. I didn't hand you my vehicle in this state but now it's my problem. I'm now wondering how many other people this has happened to and not spoken up. My other question is all the other times my vehicle has been up on the rack why they never noticed that my control arm was bent especially if they state on their paperwork (Perform Toyota Multipoint Inspection). So now it sounds like I'm now out my only vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Kerry Toyota continues to provide great customer service. Waiting area is very well taken care of. Service advisor checked a few times on me while I waited for my repairs to be completed. Same advisor (Brandon) covered in depth what repairs needed to happen and what we re recommend as well as what is coming up in the next few visits. Terrible service . 4 hrs for a tire rotation. Dropped our car off on a Thursday night to get worked on Friday and then called and said they wouldn t even get started on it that day and wanted us to drive a hour to come pick it back up just to bring it back that following Monday. I raised concerns about a Low Braking Power warning that had shown up in the day s leading up to my service and they ran a diagnostic which cost a lot but was inconclusive. Then a few days later I noticed I had low brake fluid, most likely from a leak and called to asked had they checked that. They said they don t check brake fluid as part of their service. My concern is despite my concerns specifically related to brakes that they made no effort beyond an inconclusive diagnostic to make sure my car was safe to drive before returning it to me. They are always overbooked and incredibly busy, that must be part of the reason.Service: Oil change

My experience was the worst. I sat for 2 hrs and no service rep came to me at all. I only had an oil change. No tire rotation etc. People came in long after me and a service rep came to them either to inform them what was wrong with vehicle or to check out. I asked a rep when she got the couple that arrive 45 minutes after me if she could check on my vehicle. Still no word. I waited about 20 more minutes and went service desk. Vehicle sitting bay. I told them I had been waiting 2 hrs 15 minutes and I was told it's like that everywhere. I say not. Because I had gone to other places and quick jobbies either. Sometimes with tire rotation up to an hour and sometimes less. I told them my time is such as much needed as theirs. I have no way to drop off vehicle and leave. I expected to be there from 1 hr to 1 and 15 minutes. The mgr gave me my service free which I appreciated and deserved. On my way to vehicle the service rep that I asked to see what was going on said to me looks like you are ready. I said after 2hrs 15 minutes. She said that she waits at doctors office 2 hrs. I told her that I have never been 2 hrs waiting. I wouldn't go to that dr if it had been so I am not going back for any type of service. Worst customer service ever. I was told when to make my appt to take the least time, as I'm recovering from surgery and in pain. So I did this, but it took 1 1/2 hrs LONGER than I was told. The employees at Kerry toyota were excellent and helped me get my Camry repaired quickly and professionally. After picking up my car I took a look at the itemized invoice and after consulting with my old mechanic I suspect they overcharged me for service by around 70%. My total bill was about $1600 and my old mechanic quoted me for about $900. They are very fast and convenient but I would not use them if you are not pressed for time.
