My grandma bought this car four months ago and we are very happy with it and we came down today to get new tires on them and they always take care of good care of us. Thank you so much for the service and I highly recommend Jay s auto services and Jay1 auto sales.

Me and my mom came down here and got four new tires. They took good care of us. We actually walked out without paying a dollar down and we re making payments on it right now. Honestly this is very good service and we are very happy and highly recommend.

My brother bought a car from js and was back in the shop the same day. They couldn't properly fix said vehicle so they put him in a new one. Two days later it broke down and they put the first one back on the lot for more then original price. This place fixes cars so they will make it off the lot then your on your own. They got my brother for $3000 and didn't even try to make it right. Don't waste your money .

The best experience I've ever had. Being from out of town and hours away from home. Jay and his team provided me with great service and got me back on the road in a timely fashion; so that I can continue my travels to Missouri. Jay also cares about his customers; I came to get one tire serviced however; Jay saw I'll need another soon or could have other serious issues while on the road. I'm appreciative for his attentiveness. Jay thank you again for being understanding and kind! I know if I'm in the area and have issue again believe me I'll make all efforts to visit your shop first. Thanks My Friend!

They are giving out $1000 in cash. Come see them. I just bought four new tires they took good care of me highly recommend.*EDIT* Jay made this post, not me. Gave me a used tire with 2 patches in it. Do not recommend at all.

This place is amazing! They have were quick putting all 4 tires on and we re very reasonable. They are also working with me on getting my car repaired! 100% recommended.

Gave me tires listed as 60% tread left . Two of them had barely anything left in the center and the two with the most tread turned out to be warped on the edges and wobble when I drive. When I brought it back and told them my car was shaking, one of the guys told me my rim is the problem. Which I know is a lie because other tires work fine. Three weeks later, I m losing air in two of them and have to keep pumping them up.

Jay is wonderful. Got me used tired and put on car very fast! He played a game with me where if he guess the number he writes down 0-10 that he will give me $50 back for the work. I guess 3 and was right. Jay gave me the $50 back. I'm getting 4 new tires in a few weeks. Great service! Fast and efficient

They jip you then they ask for more money and then after you sign the papers they try to take the car back from you. What a waste of space this place is.

I've been to sonmany places and they wanted 200 cheapest place I found to install my own tires came here to js tires and the charged 100 can't believe it

I would definitely recommend going to jay s auto sales in Covington he definitely takes care of you and help you out as best as he can unlike other ones If I was you guys I would go to him thanks for everything you did jay

Jay is awesome. His intentions are pure and is here to help his customers. He gave me a good deal on 4 tires, mine were balder than my dad who has been bald for 30 years now. Thankful for this place, I was intimidated at first to get tires by myself just because of the stigma of being a woman in a man's world but he made me feel comfortable and didn't push me into services i didn't need or anything like that.. Just a good guy
