I am so happy I could cry. I took my 2016 F150 to 4 different garages to find what was making the frame so squeaky. No one would help me. I was kind embarrassed bout it. Someone recommended Elite in Latonia. Gabe got underneath my truck with a stethoscope. Diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and fixed my squeaky truck. THANK YOU! Now I drive in stealth Whole crew was awesome!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

These guys are fantastic. We had a really tough job, an entire steering column replacement and they did it perfectly. Highly recommend!

Elite replaced my cv axle and after that my car shakes during acceleration and high speed. Elite tried replacing it with another rebuilt axle and the problem still exist. They promised to replace it with a oem like axle but after 6 month they never contacted me back. I ve reached out multiple times and they just kept pushing the timing further out. I would not recommend this shop.Go to Steve s automotive repair instead!

Honest. Trustworthy. Fairly priced. Good communication. Truly takes care of loyal customers. Bill is wonderful to work with. They've done work for years on all our vehicles, from daily drivers to track cars. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with my car and Bill went to the extreme this time. Not only is it convenient with the pick up drop off service, but they did everything over and above than what I expected. It's nice to know there is a place to go when you own an "older car." Thanks again to all at Elite Automotive.

Had my Chrysler at the Russell Street location years ago & their "repair" caused an annoying squeak they couldn't figure out. This after I had it there for weeks getting one thing after another looked at. Took it to the dealership & they informed me they had put the part in in the wrong direction.Against my advice my husband took his Buick there a couple months ago. It took them two work days & all they did was a tuneup! Every time they repair something something else just happens to go wrong. So when he started to have a new, worse, dangerous issue he decided to take it to the Decoursey Ave location that I know used to be Bill's & the owner is usually more present. He doesn't have many vacation days so he used another two this time as he was told his car would definitely be looked at first thing Monday (he dropped it off Sunday night & walked home). No communication during the last two days.So after I got home from work I drove him up there & his car was in the exact same position he had parked it in Sunday night. Ken offered nothing but weak excuses. If things come up & you can't get to it, you owe it to the customer to at least notify them. We are working parents & don't have a spare car just sitting around we can use while a repair shop just holds our car & does absolutely nothing.Their communication is poor, repairs are questionable & they'll lie to your face. It's a shame you can't find a reliable honest mechanic anymore.

This place is truly one of the last trustworthy auto repair businesses ive dealt with. Ive referred 6 people here whom all have had great experiences and felt they were treated beyond fairly. Bill at the front desk is honest and fair, and always goes the extra mile for his customers. Ive spent over 10k here and wouldnt have spent it anywhere else. 5 stars. Edit: just had more work done on my Toyota in 2021. Ill be honest, my car was a chore and these guys handled it like CHAMPS. Bill is still the GO-TO guy. Ill never use anyone else.

I can t say enough good things about Elite Automotive. Bill and Tony were absolutely awesome to work with through a very difficult issue. After the initial repair a noise kept reappearing and not once did they try to blame something else. They just kept at it to make it right. I know hours were spent that were not added to the bill. I was offered a loaner vehicle, my car was delivered to my work and to my home after extra visits were needed to eliminate the noise. Trust and Automotive repair shops are not words I normally used together in the past but these guys have proven me wrong. I would trust them with any repair and I would know it is done right!!Amazing Service!!!

We trust Bill and the mechanics at Elite with our vehicles. They'll find out what's wrong, give us an estimate and fix the problem. They are fair and keep us informed. We live in Covington, so it's very convenient for us. They're always busy, because they're good.

I took my car in to fix an engine component. My windows are broken and do not roll back up when rolled down, when We told the mechanic this he assured us it would be no problem. After going to pick up the car he told us that he got hot on the test drive and rolled the windows down and was not able to get them back up completely forgetting the conversation just 1 day before. After prying the window back up he was able to get it back to how it was before but, for someone so confident it would not be a problem he sure as hell made it one. If they aren't able to remember one small thing I wouldn't trust them to work on my car again.

I had a rattle under my Mustang. Firestone Newport said I needed a new catalytic converter, a lot of money. I took it to Bill's Standard Service in Latonia, KY and it was a broken bracket holding the muffler. $62! I will never go back to Firestone. A Ford certified service center damaged the feeder hose to the gas tank while replacing a fuel pump. They refused to admit fault and Bill's found a much cheaper replacement. It was half the price of the certified place. Trustworthy and honest.

Have to take car back for something that I was told was fixed and isn't. 2nd time. Had to wait a week to take car in. Then they had car 3 days and wasn't finished. Brought car back 3 days later, car was supposed to be fixed but not. I do understand things happen though and are out of others control. Really like the car pickup and dropoff!

I have been going to this shop for a few years and a few cars. They are trustworthy honest. they do not talk down to me. They even help me select my new (used) car. I will not take my car to anyone else!

Friendly service technicians an and the guy behind the counter was really cool my friend went there because their car tire was leaking air they fix the valve stem and even let me use one of the tools to fix something else and didn't even charge anything because it was a really quick 5-minute job but most places would have at least charged 20 bucks or something they seem like it's a pretty cool in the shop out to help any people go anywhere they can

This is not a discount fix it ship, they are however as the name describes "Elite" their work is amazing and honest.

The Owner Bill is Amazingly Helpful and extremely Nice. Great customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my mechanical issues. Their prices are very reasonable and great quality work.
