I have been going to Crone's for the past 30 years starting when Jerry Crone owned the business. I have never been anything but consistently impressed with their work. They recently did a fantastic job on my badly damaged 2019 Highlander. It looks like new.

Being a car guy, I am very picky about who works on my cars. After asking my detailer for a body shop that he d recommend for their expertise and quality of work, he suggested Crone s Auto Body.My experience with them could not be better, and the service I received was 100% in line with their reviews and my detailer s opinion about them. Top notch customer service came in addition to their immense knowledge and expertise (a 3-generation business does not exist by accident!).What is more, Andrew was super generous with his time, discussed with me many options and prioritized my benefit, not his.Crone s team represents a rare combination of knowledge, integrity and superb customer service that I am happy to recommend very highly!PS Did I mention their fantastic pricing?Service: Body & Trim

Have been going here for 20+ years. Whether dealing with Jerry or now Chad and Andrew, the service and work performed has always been stellar. You won't find a better or more professional group people anywhere.

Crone s is the best. First, I ve worked with them four times now so I have more than a one time experience. I went in to get the roof of my car fixed after my garage ceiling fell on it.I went in for the estimate. They were extremely nice, took time to shoot the breeze, and then walked me through how the repair would be done. This was very different from the other estimates I received.I dropped the car on Monday and they said they would it would be ready on Friday. It was ready two days early.They are very professional in both business and appearance and generally just very nice people. My before and after photos are included. Great job gentlemen. Thanks!!!

They employ very dishonest peopleTheir employee listed items for sale and led me to believe I was buying them from them and even told me to pick them up there only to contact me right before meeting telling me that he now wants more money and that they infact wasn t theirs but his friends and that he didn t care about crones or their customers he just needed the money

I got my headlamps replaced, on a Toyota Avalon, at Crone's. They did an amazing job. I called 4 different places and they were $100 cheaper. Great work, with reasonable prices. Very happy customer.

Crone's did the best job repairing the body of my car, back to like new condition. I will forever bring my car to themif needed they are fast, friendly and do absolutely the best work. They handle all the paperwork, i wish i could yell from the rooftops, BRING YOUR CAR TO CRONES! My car was completely bashed in and now its as good as bnew.THank you Crone'sService: Body & Trim

It has been a long time since I needed body work. I was happy to be able to just stop by and get a fair estimate from Andrew. Parts were ordered and arrived within 10 days and I scheduled my car for the following week. They fixed it in 3 days and it looks fabulous. I enjoyed their prompt, professional, friendly service and honesty and fairness.

Got a quote for painting a bumper cover that was 100 bucks shy of what they charged me. The work was flawless. I can t stress that enough. When it has to be perfect, Crone s is an excellent choice. Just make sure you get the quote in writing.

Highly Recommended. My Santa Fe has never been treated better. She's old and had been sitting when the accident caused significant damage to the rear and entire drivers side. Crones Auto Body brought her back to life. The flawless paint job and body work was impossible to detect. They also did the brakes, a complete safety inspection, and even detailed the interior. In 6 days! Highly Recommended.

Incredible workmanship, very professional. They painted a set of retro metal kitchen cabinets for me and restored them to perfection. Reasonable price and quick turn around. Highly recommend!

Drove here to receive an estimate for collision damage repair on my vehicle. Chad Crone made up every excuse in the book to not perform the inspection because it was raining outside. Due to his rude behavior and lack of interest to help me, I took my service to Davon Auto located in Covington, KY. They are more professional with top notch customer service, which I highly recommend.

I have been there two different times for different issues. First someone drove by with my door open and somewhat bent it. The next time I needed a seatbelt replaced. Both time the work was exceptional and price was reasonable. My go to shop from now on.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Would've gave them 0 stars but it won't allow me to! Replaced our windshield and now everytime it rains water leaks in onto the floor boards and who knows where else. Our lights inside the vehicle as well as radio and everything else just stopped working after we got it back. Told them and they said to bring it back so they could fix it. They did not fix it at all. Now we have even more issues than we did before and they stated that they cannot fix it and that we will have to take it elsewhere. Do not recommend at all!

Fantastic guys, and great work every time. We had our Mazda worked on this week, and unfortunately we weren t able to pick it up yesterday. The guys were more than accommodating, and came in this morning so we could pickup. We absolutely recommend.

My car came back with low air in the tires and dirty fingerprints all over the upholstery. The work took very long and they didn't inform me of the status of my car or anything regarding it. They had my car done for over a month, while I thought I was waiting on a part to be manufactured. They claimed to have called multiple times, and after I recieved my phone records and showed proof that they didnt, they became very rude and unprofessional. The owner, Andrew Crone also hung up on me multiple times after I accused him of lying about calling me. They are a very lazy and negligent business.Service: Body & Trim

Did a nice job and my car was nice and clean both times I got it back. They get in a hurry, so I went back a couple more times for touch ups. Since they were originally going to put a used door on, I didn't expect the rust to still be on the inside bottom part of my door. We didn't talk about it and the used door was in bad shape so they fixed mine and the rust was untouched. I mentioned a couple of windows not working right, just so they wouldn't roll them down, afraid they would get stuck that way, as they do sometimes, and one of the guys behind the counter said it would be an easy fix. I said great, do that. I was willing to pay extra. When I got the car back the first time, the tape I had on the window controls was off. I asked about them and he said they work fine and nothing was done. The back window SLOWLY came up. Glad I asked and glad it came up. It's cold outside. Also, the mirror on the driver's side has not worked right since and that's a safety issue. I have to adjust it every single time I get in the car and also while I'm driving because it moves on me. I've left my car for repairs before and never had that issue. When I brought it for it's final touch up, I had to take a couple of days off work because the rental went back after the first time. I saw iffy reviews before about Crones and they've all disappeared except for the 5 star reviews so I don't know how long this one will last. I wasn't going to give one but I kept getting an email wanting a review so I gave it.

Pretty Impressed. I have had the need to use Crones service a few times in the last year. Recently I needed them to fix my bumper. Their price was very fair and they did it right the first time. On a chance, I asked if they could fix a nagging water leak in my truck. Again, they came through with flying colors. They communicated with me through the entire process and and sure it was done right. Already spreading the word to save time and go here first.

Top of class professionalism! The entire process, from the first phone call, to the last handshake, was a clinic in how to treat a customer well. Fast, efficient, thorough, great attitudes, and great communication.I can not recommend Crone's highly enough!

Stopped by after hitting a poor woodchuck (RIP Chuck) with my brand new vehicle and they immediately pulled my car in to the garage and had it back to new with a few replacement screws and the original dislodged part that I grabbed from the scene of the crime. Called and asked if they could weld a core support on my car, guy told me to bring it in and they'd take a look at it. When I got there I went into the office and a young guy came out to my car with me. He opened the hood and told me it was only surface rust. He never looked underneath the car! That's where the problem was. My core support was broken off of the subframe. Needless to say didn't have the work done there.

Called Crones about painting a complete older car. They were nice as always and professional. Couldnt help me but made suggestions. I wanted to give them the business during Covid. They do good work.

They did a lot of body work on the front end of my car and did such a good job! Not only that but they detailed the inside! The owner and staff were also very nice and I got updates about my car sent to me via text :-) I would highly recommend this place!

I hit a deer in my dodge nitro last year. It was driveable but had front end and front right passenger damage. My family has taken a few cars here for body work, so its where I took my car. It was hot the day I drove it there and had my air on which worked beautiful and always had. A few days later I picked my car up, the body work was fabulous no complaints, looked perfect, but as I was leaving I turned on the air, and NO AIR! Went back and talked to the gentleman in the office. My receipt showed they had drained and refilled ac. They looked it over and said it was charged. They said I needed to give a day it should work. I gave it 2. No air! Went back then they said It wasn't working needed a belt replaced. I went and paid to replace the belt. No air! Went back and basically they said " dont know what to tell you" I am under no circumstance going to pay to have my air fixed. It worked great all the way there and always before! Since the day I picked it up I have had NO AIR! They made no attempt to fix it. Here it is summer at 90 degrees and no air because of this place! If you go for body work it will look great but only if you are willing to sacrafice for loosing something else. They are incompetent! !!

Came in for an estimate without an appointment or anything. Andrew had a look at the damage right away and thoroughly explained all available options. Very helpful
