Well, once I got past the lady worker standing by the door smoking, the store was great! Nice, clean, and organized. A guy named Christopher was at the counter and immediately greeted me and asked what he could help me with. He was really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. I'll definitely be visiting this store in the future for my car needs!

The manager was PHENOMENAL Eagerly came out to my car and had me chk transmission fluid. Barely measurable!By the time I made it in to by the transmission slip fix fluid she Already Had the Best product on the counter waiting for me

The customer Service at the Autozone Covington location is great. The store manager Brian installed my battery and my headlight bulb. He is very positive and encouraging. The staff there is excellent.

Found my new car needed a battery this morning, called and spoke with Lisa who understood the issue and helped me with getting some price quotes. When I went in to pick up the battery, found out that the dealer had the wrong battery anyway in the car and helped me get the correct one specific to my 2015 Nissan. Lisa was fabulous and I appreciated the lengths she went through as well as was personable and built rapport. You can tell she truly wants to assist customers.

I highly recommend this one. Best place to get help with your car for DIY. More than happy to share any info and experience with me, and then helped to make sure I had exactly what I needed before I left. I just had a battery installed by Auto Zone on Madison Ave. If you re reading the reviews feel assured in the employees s commitment to customer service.I came in within an hour of closing and was able to get the Platinum Duralast battery installed with a 3 year warranty.I appreciate the service, thank you!

I am too old to work on my car anymore. Autozone is my choice because: There are a ton of locations. They are laid out similarly and have the same products everywhere. Most of what you want you can find there n(mostly if you drive American, less so, European). The staff, generally, is friendly and helpful, not always true in auto-parts stores. Pricing isn't outrageous, and best of all: You can ask a human questions, and they will help you do stupid little stuff in the parking lot for free.

I went there last night and Marty gained a new personal customer with me!! He was amazing and was willing to help me out as soon as I walked in the door. Changed my brake light bulb for me and made sure everything was great before I left!!! Thanks so much! I ll be back!

I love getting my parts from the Crescent Springs store . this location knows how to treat their regulars and see them go beyond what a normal company does for it customers. Covington is starting to get better with their customers' service as well.

The customer service is not good, I don't blame the workers for the lack of leadership this company is sending out of this location. Someone from the company needs to direct, train, and lead by example. But I left the store to get what I needed from another retailer near by. Had I waited I wouldn't have made it to where I needed to be. Hope the help comes.

Not always the best experience. Sometimes you come across people who actually know cars and help you � sometimes you come across people who don't know much. The experienced car guys are appreciated. They seem hard to come by lately.

My daughter had a new battery installed at Auto Zone, in Covington, a week ago. Twice in the week since, the car would not start. After opening the hood, the car started. After getting under the hood, I was able to remove both the positive and negative cables by hand. Obviously, whoever installed the battery failed to tighten them. Total incompetence. Wouldn t recommend anyone let these people under the hood. Thankfully it wasn t the alternator.

I felt like I was intruding & they didn't even carry (website said they did) the battery I went there to buy! They told me to try somewhere else so I guess they couldn't order it either, idk maybe it was just a bad day or something, but I'll go out of my way to avoid this store now.

An older gentleman was shopping around like I was. I let him go before me to pay for his transmission fluid and funnel. This older man was so polite and kept apologizing for walking slow because of his cane. I assured him it was okay and to take his time. Clearly flustered and having a rough time he asked the cashier if he could help him put his fluid into his car real quick. The cashier was so rude and immediately declined. While helping him keep his balance and pour his fluid in his car his voice started to crack as he said thank you. He told me about the brain aneurysm he suffered from. I felt so bad for the guy all he need was a little help.
