The slowest most miserable process getting a new set of tires. No news of when they were going to start or get finished. I have been waiting for more than 3.5+ hours. They have definitely learn how to stretch a job to its max.

The guy that was going to plug my tire but couldn t because where the nail was, but he was so nice and such a hard working bunch of men, and I just want to say thank you so much for the excellent service

Hard workin young men that always provide excellent service at low prices. 5 stars to me. Have had dozens of tire and oil change here without incident over the past decade. Text updates when your car starts and finishes is super convenient.I'd give 6 stars if Roy was still around. That old man always brightened my day. Hope he's well.Con: Don't seem to carry or keep in stock an air filter for my car, but that's not their fault and doesn't affect service.

I took a battery back to Walmart that I bought their because the battery I return was a replacement battery I was only going to be allowed $30 for the battery that was going to leave me paying $117.00 .. something needs to be done about this because you guys are prorating the bad the brand new battery you're taking part of the warranty off of the brand new EverStart battery to me that is wrong on so many levels I will not buy there again

Had a flat tire due to a road hazard on a Sunday afternoon. We rolled in on our doughnut. The tire center was busy. They opened an additional bay and installed a new tire immediately. Had us back on the road in 35 minutes. Kudos to the Walmart tire center in Corbin, KY.

Annoying AGAIN. You fitted my tire to my loose wheel. Just give me the wheel back. ONE HOUR of watching 8 men walking up and down ignoring me. Just give me my wheel/tire back!!! They have made ignoring you a fine art form. Even the guy with the clipboard is totally unaware. Totally. He'll pick up a rag near you but ignore your pleading face of desperation.

Heading from Lexington to Gatlinburg. Car was hardly starting. Stopped for a battery at closing time and Derek was super kind and helpful! Cashier younger guy as well was so sweet. Waiting on car now.

Very good automotive department, bought a car up that way that desperately needed some tires, they took care of it, also did some brake lights and installed a battery. Had a good time cutting up with some of them while we waited. Great staff

I had a nail stuck in my tire. I took it immediately to Walmart because I had a tire blowout on the interstate a few months ago and that was scary. Nathan at Walmart in the tire center saw that the nail was only wedged in the tire and didnt go into the tire. It was nice of him to be honest because he could have cheated me.Service: TiresService: Tires

The employees in the tire and lube department walk around like they hate their job so bad, I personally seen them just walk around and talk doing nothing, walking around the store. while someone is waiting for over 2 hours just to mount and balance 4 tires.. I'm not trying to be mean.. but honestly this department needs WAY better management.. I am a mechanic and lube tech.. it's just a eye sore how the employees carry themselves and how slow they are.

I took my van to get battery checked, I had to get a jump start to get to Walmart. Darrell, the Service Technician, promptly got things going! I had already concluded the battery need replacement. Darrell's diagnostic test confirmed that. I bought a new battery and Darrell had me back on the road in no time!!!

We purchased a battery there. The battery has a 1 year warranty on it. We took the battery back hoping to get a replacement because several mornings in a row we had to have someone come give us a jump, the battery would not start our car. Once we took the battery back they refused to give us a replacement said it was because the battery was showing charged. Well freaking duh if you get a jump and drive the car that is going to build up charge. So we have decided we will NEVER purchase any other batteries or parts from Walmart anymore! You have to wait forever to get help with anything while you are there as well. That is why I have gave them the rating I did! If they were to try and fix this then I might consider changing my rating Don't sell battery's with warranties if you don't intend on replacing them when/if something happens to them! Very unprofessional in doing this!

Only 4 stars because the wait time was over an hour to get only an oil change. I bought windshield wipers that the cashier so graciously put on because he got too busy to take them out to the mechanic to put on. I was blown away by his kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. Wow! At Walmart?! So the wait was long but at least I could browse around while I waited. The cheapest oil change is $19.88+tax.

I want to thank everyone who works here. We blew a tire on the way to Michigan from Georgia and they had us back on the road really quick. They were heroes to us that day. It was the day before the 4th and we thought we were going to he stuck, but they got us up and going. Thank you so much!

Very busy but still the wait wasnt bad I had a flat tire others was getting oil change. I sat outside & just watched these men work great together & make a great team ,staff was very nice & helpful really appreciated their time. Keep it up

Very good price. Decent service. Just takes them so long for a simple oil change. And I'm talk ik mg about after my car gets in bay. Waited over 2 hrs total.

I've always had a good experience with them and have never had an issue until now. How hard is it to answer a phone?? Every single time I'm there, the old guy is always working the desk.. But yet, I've been calling for an hour to ask a simple question, letting it ring for more than a minute, and still can't get anyone to pick up. Of all the employees I see in this store and not one of them can answer a phone! GET IT TOGETHER.

They are always super quick and friendly. I also love the convenience of shopping while I wait and getting text updates about when they begin and finish with my vehicle.

I drive from London to let corbin Walmart tire center do my oil changes.. they're always quick and efficient. Love the employees there and won't go anywhere else.

They didn't change the valve stem or check the tire. We had flat 40 miles from them. The Berea Wal Mart on the other hand fixed it and got us back on the road. I would not recommend the Corbin Wal Mart. When I called the manager was less than professional.

Every time I visit this Wal-Mart I walk out more annoyed with my experience of even trying to do business there. At least this time I didn't make a purches to have to return because I wasn't double charged on my items of purches. So annoying.

One star for quickness thats it. I bought a tire and they didn't check for leaks, didn't balance it, just threw it on and sent us on our way, got 50 miles down the road and it was already flat. Barea walmart got us together. Told us corbin tire center didn't follow policy on checking the tire. Horrible experience and put two peoples lives in danger for not following proper procedures. I do not recommend this place

Fantastic group of hard working dedicated TLE group. Always friendly and welcoming. In my opinion they are transparent with the services and fees provided. Way to go TLE Walmart in Corbin,KY.

I find it odd that every single time I go in for the basic $19.99 oil change, they've "magically" just ran out of that one. So they wrangled me in to the $29.99 oil change for the last time.
