I ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life. This was absolutely the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. There wasn t any pressure, any of the usual car lot foolishness. It was simply walk in yell the salesman Darin what I wanted the price range I was looking at he said okay then he went to work for me. I would definitely recommend Legacy GMC to my family and friends.

The service was amazing, the salesman Steven Hughes went above and beyond to make sure the deal was perfect. He spent the time to actually help me find the perfect car for my wife. I will definitely be a repeat customer due to all the great service Steven provided during the whole buying process.

Amazing experience. Darin was great to work with. He stayed late for us to be able to test drive the vehicle without knowing if we would purchase or not. Very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated throughout the process.

This place was the absolute best dealership experience I have ever had. Accommodated me 100%. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Absolutely recommend them. Only rated 4/5 due to the wait time. 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment is a little ridiculous. Service and staff are amazing.

Super friendly and fast service, I went in for oil change and after they did that and they included inspection while they pointed out few issues that are covered by factory s warranty. All that and I was in and out within an hour. Only place I trust to touch my truck.

We about 2 trucks from Legacy and they have always been easy to deal with. We took our truck today to have the breaks check and the stereo updated. It took a while, but they gave us a loaner vehicle to drive. They explained everything they had to do and everything was great. Nobody beats Legacy Chevrolet/GMS.

Outstanding customer service! I had been in the car buying business for quiet sometime, never found a sales person that really got me and understanding that I was only trying to find what I liked and would purchase once I found something I truly wanted. From the first visit to the lot as a drive by Ben Stuber was nothing short of amazing. He listed for what I wanted, showed me different options, and understood my price range. I visited a few more times, wasted his time test driving numerous vehicles because I was so indecisive, and he didn t mind. He always treated me as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. After watching the website week after week, I found an SUV that had everything I wanted, reached out to Ben and due to him being out of the office, directed me to someone just as great as he was. Mr. Steven Hughes. I test drove the vehicle, once again never pressured. Left to eat and think on it. Came back, and left in the vehicle that had EVERYTHING I wanted. The whole sales experience was nothing short of fantastic. From sales, to finance, to each employee who stopped by to say hey and give their congratulation. 10/10 would recommend Legacy Chevy for ALL of your car needs used or new!! Thanks again everyone!

I brought my truck in to be serviced and had some work done on it. Ernie was a wonderful person to deal with, as well as the rest of the service crew. They fixed up everything I asked for and exceeded my expectations. Ernie is the man to see if you have any service needs!!

Got oil change and tire rotation. Larry was my Service Advisor, friendly greeting when I walked in Service Department. Average wait, approximately 90 minutes, for this type of service. This was my first time for service. Definitely will be back.

Truck was fixed. Drove it home. They replaced unnecessary parts. They told me fuel pump control module was bad the first day then called me back next day and said they found corroded wires that prevented them from programming the new fuel pump module, so to me the original FPCM was fine. They could have just replaced the corroded wires and that would have made me very happy but they proceeded to replace FPCM and charge me $826.00. Wallet deflating now!

We started the day not even thinking about purchasing a car. My wife was in need of one soon due to our family growing. We went to view a few vehicles that would best suited for us. Darin was the salesperson that went above and beyond showing us countless vehicles until we found the one she had fallen in love with. 2024 Chevrolet Trax 2RS painted in Cheyanne Orange, with 5 miles on it! Priced below MSRP, we couldn't say no to just seeing if we could be approved. With my credit score getting rebuilt, I was worried it would just be another situation of try again next time. But between Darin, the finance team, and a stroke of luck, we were approved. They worked so well with us and even played with our son who started getting restless. For the first time in our life's, we signed papers for and got a brand new car, WITH A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRENTY! 10/10 Sales, finance and closing teams. Had it fueled up and ready to hit the road. Huge thanks to both Darin and Terry for all the hard work and dedication for us. We will soon go back to get me a new ride.P.s, they had a LOT of new cars with great rebates and deals. Hit them up and tell them I sent you lol.

I bought my tahoe through a diff dealer b however it did not take me long to figure out I messed up after my car being in the shop 4 times for the same thing and nothing ever done about it nothing fixed indeed to go else where so legacy will Forever have my buisness! Ernie , Chris and Larry in service will be my go to ALWAYS !! THEY ARE THE BEST

Very upset with this place. Went here 12/22 to get four brand new tires and a wheel alignment and sat here for four hours, so when my truck was ready and it was time to pay they never did my wheel alignment and wasted my time like it s not valuable and then lie to me about applying my veterans discount straight to my face.!! I would never come back to this place after I spent $1200 dollars with them. I would not recommend them to any of my friends or family. I would just take my business somewhere else.!! Very disappointed

Got a new key cut and they printed me off the steps... the whole process was only about 30 minutes long and I was able to get my car going without any issues!!!

I was told to there at 8 AM l got there at 730 and they had me pull on into the garage and they started on flushing and refilling my transmission and they was done by 9:30 less time that I was told it took I drove off and it drove better it was cheaper than other places I checked on for my 2017 Chevy Colorado Z71 I will be taking mine back when it needs serviced

So let me start off my saying that the rep in the service area was great But the mechanics that charge $120 a hour doesn't know there butt from a hole in the ground.I won't tell you the first bad experience...Second time they was going to charge me $540 for two parts and 3 hours of labor.I took the truck to my normal mechanic and he fixed the problem in 10 minutes, for $40. It was a simple bushing.. it wasn't even the parts they was going to replace...Save your money and go elsewhere.

Everyone truly cared about us as we were stranded 120 miles from home. Answered the phone, returned calls, went above and beyond. Arranged a loaner car and stayed 30 minutes past closing for us/tow truck to get there
