Usually the best place to buy tires online and ship to store. Prices are usually reasonable. Only downside would be , at least at our Beaver Dam Ky Walmart, they are short staffed quite often.

I would give this joke of a Tire and Lube Center 0 stars if I could. I called yesterday to ask for availability and price of the tires I was needing, and was informed that they had 8 of the tires in stock and they were $90 each. I asked when they closed and she said 7pm. I drove from a county away (1 hr trip total) and arrived at 5:20pm. I was not waited on for over 10 minutes (reason explained later). When the gentleman finally got to me after checking out 2 other customers who were not waiting like me at the counter. I was informed that they could not change my tires, because they quit taking tickets at 5:30pm.......(insert the 10 minutes I didn't get waited on at arrival at 5:20pm). I asked at least twice to talk to a manager and was told that he was gone for the day. Not only was I refused service but a young lady from 2 counties away come in right after us who had called earlier as I had and was told the same thing. So that was probably close to $1000 in sales that this Walmart lost out on and not to mention any future sales from me. This center was an absolute joke and I would suggest that store management or even corporate investigate, because I'm sure we were not the only two customers that have been treated like this.

Went in today for oil change & tire rotation. Left with A/C barely blowing out correctly. NOTHING was wrong with A/C--it was blowing out strong and super cold beforehand. Will be reporting to Walmart. Now I understand why mine was the only car there.

This auto center NEVER answers the phone! I have went to a different Walmart on several occasions for tires and oil service because they don't answer! I have called for days and let it ring for 15 minutes sometimes, and nothing! The service itself is ok, but you will more than likely have to go in store to talk with someone in automotive. And, not all the people that work back there are friendly.Services: Tires, Oil change

Had the oil changed, they said the plug was leaking. They never asked to replace it. So now the oil leaks more fluid than before it was changed. Had this done less than 46 days and We are sitting at less than 50% oil. Don't get your oil changed there.

They did not check all they were supposed to with my oil change and I ended up having problems. Once I complained they tried to make it right

One car in the shop. Four workers standing around eating breakfast and hee hawing.Told I would have at least a two hour wait to have a tire checked! Ridiculous!!!
