i was just passing through and had car trouble and was sent to them to put on my alternator. Everyone was so nice and welcoming the got me in and out seems like no time . Customer service was off the charts , made me a priority and sent me on my way. Couldnt have broke down in a better area everyone was so nice.

I scheduled an appointment for new tires to be put onto my car.I was able to drop off my car and be notified when ready. Service was completed by lunchtime. The crew working was courteous and made for a nice first visit. Will be back.

They were very quick to fix my ride-on lawn mower tire. I didn't even know they could fix lawn mower tires, but they were able to fix my tire within just a few minutes. Awesome store

Wendy goes above & beyond to make sure customers are taken care of & feel satisfied with their service. She is also one of the friendliest people I have met in quite a while. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the service I received & the price! I definitely will not be going anywhere else!

Bought 4 new tires about a month ago and found we had picked up a screw and had a slow leak in one of our tires. Went in to have the tire plugged and employees were friendly and quick to fix the tire. I always say Customer Service is dead. Not true with this company. The lady at the front desk has excellent customer service skills ensuring return customers. She is definitely a keeper. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I needed an oil change, thought I would try Raben Tire Center, the service was prompt and courteous, they offer no wait oil changes with a free tire rotation. This added service is what made me decide to let them do the work I needed. I chose to wait during the oil change it was not very long at all and it was done. The price is competitive with, if not a little less considering the free tire rotation, than other oil change/garages in the area. I would recommend checking with Raben for any vehicle services you might need, I know I will. UPDATE, Had vibration in my suv, asked them to inspect and balance my wheels and tires, they did and they took care of the vibration. This was a walk in request that was taken care of quickly and professionally.

I had the tires on both of my jeeps rotated, and an alignment on one. I received a call about the Jeep with the alignment. They said that it was still in the green and so they did not do the alignment since it would be a waste of my money at this point. Wow, I ve never had a place save me money like that.I was also able to make an appointment, no need to drop it off and figure out how to get home and wait, then pick it back up. This place is awesome. Thank you Wendy for helping me get both my jeeps in back to back.

The people were very friendly and helpful here, but they told me my total was $40 and my card was actually charged $47. I realize this isn t a huge discrepancy which is why I m still giving four stars for the excellent customer service I was showed; that being said, I didn t appreciate the surprise.

I have been as customer of Raben Tire for over 30 years. For the most part, service has been very good. Recently, however, they have begun to require an appointment for service, including oil changes. I called ahead to make a 12 noon appointment for an oil change. I got there at 11:53, then sat for over 50 minutes and the car was not moved. I asked if it would be soon and the attendant said he would check. Ten minutes later they finally came and got the car. Then it was another 50 minutes before it was done. I was there with an appointment for almost two hours for what should be a 20 minute job. While there, another man came in and started telling me a similar story. Raben does good work, but they really need to be more efficient about their appointments and getting people ready to go.

The process was made so simple! I went to website and filed out info for services needed on my car. I was able to take to local location for next day service. I parked my car there and put keys in drop box. They called that afternoon to say it was completed! Paid over the phone, which was way cheaper than other places. Thank you Raben!!

Again, to Raben for tire repair and replacement. They have save my life because they listened, properly investigated my issue, and discovered the problem of my tire. Raben is very comparable in prices and service they provide. They offer other solutions if they don t carry certain products or services instead of leaving you out to dry. They also make recommendations, not because it costs more and they need the customer funding, they provide the needed recommendation because they care about you. They want you to be safe and provide you with the care to be safe so you can make to your destination. I greatly appreciate their integrity and compassion towards their customers, and this is the reason why I always come to Raben for all my tire needs.Wendy Gonzalez, thank you ma am for your kind and warmth heart to help me with my tire. Thank you for your positive and happy demeanor with sense of joy knowing you made my day comforting. Thank you and your employees for taking their time to show me about my auto issues and taking the time to locate the same tires I needed instead of having to replace all my tires or even drive on mismatch tires.Lastly, I recommend all customers to visit Raben for your automobile needs.

I have always used Raben for alignments. I prefer them for things like this because they offer set time appointments for repairs. Other places offer drop off and they will get to it when they can services. It's hard to do that when you work and need your vehicle. They always do a good job.

Raven is awesome! I had a slow leak in my tire and stopped by. They got me right in and made us feel very well taken care of. They quickly repaired my nail puncture and sent me on my way! I love Raven!

The guy doing the work was very nice. But they charged me $200 for 1hour work and $50 parts. So I guess they charge $150 hr. Never again. The work was done on a small 5x8 trailer. I took my truck to Clark s tire and they changed both wheel bearings on my truck for $130. Raben Charged $200 for bearings on a small trailer. If you like been over charged, go to Rabens.

Wendy at Raben was very helpful. She had great knowledge of the products and services she was selling. Me and my family will always do business with Wendy and Raben.Only concern i had was Raben wasn t able to due my alignment on my Lexus. The software for the equipment is not updated. So this was a bit of hassle having to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Associate behind counter was very helpful...explained things to me well...and gave me options on ways to fix bent wheel and also informed me that outer tierods were in need of repair...Raben didn't charge for inspection and removing wheel, dismounting tire and attempting to round out flat spot in wheel....recommended replacing wheel as a precaution. Great service and knowledgeable crew. All this in a timely fashion....would recommend to friends.

I came to Raben Tire of Central City while visiting my Father, after having my car serviced earlier in the day at Toyota. Toyota found a nail in one of my tires, and told me it was not fixable, but holding air just fine. I discovered after running an errand for my Father that air was leaking all around the nail, and brought my car to Raben. The guys working at Raben immediately took my car to the rack and had a new tire on the car and returned to me in less than 30 minutes. The service was very fast and efficient. I will happily return for future service on my car and recommend them to anyone.

Great service friendly group of people. Went in and needed two tie rods done and didn't take very long. Drove home feeling like a new ride. Thx yall. I will return when I need work done no doubt.

Raben was awesome and true to their word. Originally was schedule to get tires from another place, but it hey just kept leading me on about when my tires would be there. Raben told me they d have the the next day and they did! AND they had them installed within one hour! So thankful for their help!

Worst experience I have ever dealt with . Please avoid unless you like getting taken advantage of.On Wednesday Oct 7th 2020 at 11:20am I called to make an appointment for 4 new tires. Talked to Tyler, told him what I wanted, they had 2 of the tires but needed to order the other 2. He said they'd have them the next day. No problem, I had him set me up an appointment for that Saturday the 10th at 9 am. He took my name number, car make and model.I arrive Saturday at 8:55am talk to Wendy. She looks at me like I'm lost. I told her Tyler set me up an appointment. She proceeds to tell me that no appointment was made not where my other 2 tires order. Granted this isn't the end of the world it is VERY INCONVENIENT and very unprofessional considering I work Saturdays and took half a day off for this. She then takes all my info again and says she'll text me Monday when the tires arrive and make an appointment.Sue finally reached out to me WEDNESDAY and we try again for that Saturday the 17th. I drop the car off Saturday. I get a phone call 3 hours later stating the car is ready BUT they didn't have THEY didn't for the "alignment and tuning" and I needed to come back another time for that.Imagine giving a company $1000 dollars for a tire change service and it taking at least 3 separate "appointments" to complete.According to my bill I was charged for a road hazard protection per tire THAT I WAS NOT ASKED ABOUT.Just an abomination.... This place just doesn't care about you or your time.

They worked me in since my appointment was for the next day and I decided I would like to have it done a day early.The job was done efficiently and professionally at a fair price.Not a single complaint. I highly recommend Raben Tire.Tom

Raben Tire in Central City has took care of servicing my vehicles for several years. Just this past week they replaced all my rusted out brake lines on my pickup. Fantastic job done!!! I though at a reasonable price.

Amazing staff! I was on a road trip home and had a tire lose it s tread on my trailer. These gentlemen had both my tires changed and ready to be back on the road in an hour or less. Very courteous and helpful!

Very professional and a good staff of mechanical technicians. Highly recommended!Update! They have gone crazy.50$ to plug 2 pick up tires that took 5 minutes.Bye bye... no more raben. They price gouging.

I went there to have an alignment done and I just got done replacing all new front end parts... even a new control arm...I told the guy that he needed to adjust the control arm on it and he NEVER touched it...I day and watched.Drive all the way to Georgia but I knew something was wrong with the way it drove. So I took it to a Goodyear in MsDonough Georgia and waiting to see what they find.I spent $1335.00 there on new tires and an alignment... thought you would get great customer care and all. But the lady at raben was rude, the crew wouldn't listen to what i was telling them...VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED

Understaffed and overworked. Employees didnt seem to have the equipment they needed to perform tasks, and the equipment they had access to was in disrepair. Had them take 4 tires off an aluminum set of 4 wheeler rims and mount 2 of the tires on a different set of rims. The equipment chewed the rims up from a new pristine state to a beat up and banged around state. If they had told me they didnt have the proper equipment from the start i would have taken the work elsewhere. As it stands, took 3 hours of time and they charged me 70$...to "repair" the problem they created, leaving the rims in a horrible state. On top of this they seemed disinterested and rude to every customer who approached them for any reason. The two tires they mounted for me were flat the next morning. Ill never return to this business again.

The workers there were very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk was very informative and helpful in making my tire decision and suggestions that could help me save money on my next tire purchases.They took my car back and did a very efficient job in a timely manner.

Service time was decent. Appointment 9:00 tire rotation and oil change completed 10:30.Biggest complaint I have is when I pick up my vehicle the black footprints on the floormat. In the past papers were placed to step on and they would miss those and still leave black marks. But, this time no paper and complete footprints left in floorboard.
