Travis and bobbi.. are great I'm a truck driver otr.. I broke down heater hose crack.. middle of nowhere.. I call auto zone.. Bobbie and Travis came to my rescue they even went to Walmart to pickup more coolant because auto zone didn't have enough bottles for me.. also when they got to me with the heater hose and coolant.. turns out the heater hose i order was the wrong size.. so they both went back to their store and got me the size i needed.. they both went over and beyond to help me.. thank you guys.. and thank u Auto zone for having amazing employees..

If you go to the location in central city, I highly recommend asking for Bobbi Campbell she was such a great help to me and my family!! We will definitely choose auto zone a lot more

Service was awesome. Backed into wheel chair ramp and broke out tail light of mom's 2005 Honda crv. Salesman helped fix it he was awesome. New part was 233$ we opted for different fix and it worked for us very good service start to finish Iwish I would have gotten his name.

I went to Autozone today to pick up some parts and there was only one associate, younger looking woman with brown hair, in the store going as fast as she could to help all the customers while the other associate, a larger woman with short black hair, sitting out front on the bench. There was several customers in the store and she never got up to come and help her team member out. She was still sitting there when I finally got what I needed. Kudos to the young lady working so diligently to help all of us out. Shame she had no support from her coworker.

i am sorry that I didnt get anyones name but they were all so helpful. i had car trouble passing through and they were ever so helpful, one of the guys went as far as calling looking for me an alternator and a place to fix it needless to say there customer service was wonderful. I really appreciated considering i didnt even know what I was doing or where i was they were so helpful .

Had a cylinder 1 misfire which was diagnosed by a test from auto zone. When asked which was cylinder 1 the employee working told me they didn't know and I'd have to take to a mechanic. I literally found a diagram on Google showing which cylinders were which. It would've been nice to have help from an employee to explain more about what the picture was showing but they were too lazy to even do a Google search....

I go out of my way to buy from the Central City store, the manager John has worked with me enough to know parts I buy are non vehicle specific, because of his knowledge of parts he has always been able to come up with items that are correct for my applications. All of the employees there have always been helpful to me.

I Love AutoZone They Have A lot for almost any vehicle there, and if they don't have it in stock they can order it for you... The employees that work there are great because they will do anything to help meeet your needs on what your looking for or needing done to your vehicle!..

Nice clean store. They always have the parts I need. I pay for them on-line and it's ready when I get there. Service has been painfully slow last two visits. This is the reason for only four stars this time

When I walked in Becky the auto zone rep was swamped with customers and she acknowledged me as soon as I came in and said I will be with you as soon as I can. She proceeded to help 3 customers in front of me and also another driver that was employed by auto zone the picks up parts and transports. She finished with all that traffic and apologized to me and thanked me for patiently waiting. She then came out and tested my battery and alternator and determined it was my battery. She scurried back in the store got me some prices and explained the warranties so that I could make the best decision. She provided the tools I needed to change the battery and then came out after she waited on a couple of other customers to help me finish the install job of my new Duralast Gold battery. So to Becky she gets an A++ for her efforts and to the management of Auto Zone I would say don't get good workers like Becky be abused like that and I've seen this often with other Auto Zones as well. When you have good people support them and they will stay with you. When this employee decides to leave you want it to be because she wanted to start a new chapter in her life not because she was overworked and not supported at your establishment. Great Job Becky of Central City, Ky Auto Zone.

They were very helpful. My niece needed a new battery and he man helping us took her old battery out and put the new battery in. Outstanding customer service!!! They will have my future business.

Average pricing, average staffing. Wasn't able to accept I'm brand loyal even though a sale item was less. Rating is related to doors and accessibility for those with access needs. It would be difficult to ingress and egress.

Great employees. BUT they quoted me one price and charged more. $40 more. Almost $200 for a part when it should've been $89. Big difference. Not cool!!!!!!

This is a pretty good auto parts store,I mean lets face it theres always room for improvement any where.But I was satisfied with the help I received and the employees were extremely nice and polite and also helpful.
