They are really quick to pick up your car! Very slow to look at it although they said 1-2 day turn around. Yates looked at the car 6 days later and did not disclose any storage fees. When I go to get my car the storage fees are for the 12 days they had the car although it was not looked at until the 6th day 65 dollars a day it made up 75% of the bill. Then Yates would not help get the car towed home because they are too busy but can come get the car no problem. When you tell them you don t want them to work on it they just throw the parts in the trunk and the whole attitude changes and the greed comes out slowly. Sincerely blue Toyota

Austin was great!! Very open about everything. Was able to get my vehicle towed to the shop same day that I called him and the estimate from the insurance company the next day. Found the parts quick! I would never go to another body shop after having the experience I have had here. Yates Body shop and Austin has earned a customer for life now.

My wife got into a fender-bender with her Altima coup. We took it in and Austin Yates took care of everything from there with the insurance company and rental car authorizations, etc. The parts that came in for the car were not up to par and he could have saved a buck and put them in and nobody would've ever known. But, Austin's integrity wouldn't allow him to cut corners and he took care everything. I definitely would recommend him to anybody looking for an honest body shop with quality workmanship.

Great body work. Awful service as a collision center. They refused to release our truck even though insurance was willing to provide proof payment was sent. They would have then charged us more storage fees that we would have had to pay out of pocket. Thankfully our insurance was able to overnight us a check to take of it instead. If you are going to refuse to work with the insurance company, don't take the vehicle!As to Yates reply to my review, my insurance OVERNIGHTED us a check to take care of the situation. Insurance can't pay what they weren't invoiced for yet. I think you have us confused with someone else because our insurance was even trying to provide proof of the payment they were sending and you refused it. This was the FIRST time they were trying to pay storage for our truck. I'm pretty sure if they can overnight us a check, they would have gotten you paid quickly too. Our insurance company absolutely took care of us. You on the other hand, did not.

Everyone that I spoke with was honest, friendly and helpful. The work was done for the estimated price and my Mustang looks good as new. If/when I need more body work done I will go see Yates first.

Been going to Yates for years. Just got my brand new truck back from them after a wreck and it's perfect. They treat your vehicle as there own, work with your insurance, and go the extra mile every step of the way.

Yates really came through for me when another shop in town kept my car for two weeks and hadn't started working yet. Not only did they do a great job, but was able to finish before I had to turn the rental back in.

Extremely friendly service. Austin took care of my vehicle and kept me informed the whole time it was in the shop. Highly recommended if your vehicle got damaged in an accident.
