Bought a car from here, drove good! Noticed the oil pressure was a bit high. Took the gamble on it. Few days later check engine light comes on and it s 2 sheets of paper full of all kinds of weird codes that I ve personally never even seen on a car. Here I am 2 weeks later with a blown transmission and all these problems . It be nice if they actually told you what was wrong with the car, but no they d rather clear all the engine codes and pretty it up so they can get over on ya!

Bought a 09 chevy malibu hybrid before 72 hours the transmission is in limp mode and won't shift out of first gear. They sold me a junk car for 2500. Buyers beware DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Stopped by this place and they just received the vehicle we purchased. It had some faults and we worked them out. Samantha and Emily were the best and very professional.

Very unprofessional! Didn't buy from here, but I was communicating with a woman named Teresa, via Facebook. There was an ad posted on marketplace for a truck that I was interested in, so I messaged about it. Turns out it was at a dealership. Mind you, that wasn't in the post ANYWHERE nor was it mentioned in our conversation, at all. I didn't find out until she sent me an address and it popped up this place. I told her I wasn't aware that it was a dealership, as her post made it seem like it was a private sale, and that maybe she should include being a dealership in her post. Her response was "Nobody has an issue with it I've been doing it for 7 years" then she blocked me. After reading reviews here and reviews about her on Facebook, I'm glad I didn't make the 2 hour drive, one way, to look at said truck. 10/10 don't recommend!

Bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze from the Glasgow location, drove the vehicle for 1 day and immediately started having problems with overheating. After paying almost $1,000 to have the fan and water pump replaced the stabilitrack went out and now the car won t even start. The only problem with the vehicle they told me about was that the trunk didn t open without an electronic key fob. It is now a full month later, and even after having to call and ask, I still have yet to even receive the title for my new lemon. 0/10 would only recommend this place to a person I hate.

if i could give a 0 star rating , i would .. if you don t have to , DO NOT purchase any vehicle from this place or people who work there , especially Angela .Angela had a personal car she claimed to be selling .. i drove over an hr and a half to look at the car and possibly buy.first thing i noticed were the lights that came on when it started.. i asked multiple times and she said her late husband was a mechanic and did all the work on her car , had replaced a bunch of stuff come time for mileage and that the lights were never removed .. i had her hook it up to a scanner and everything was told to me it passed .. come to find out after purchasing and taking it somewhere professional to have it checked , 13 different codes , with 6 being serious , popped up . tried to contact her about it and was blocked .she earned my trust off the top telling me things wrong with cars on her lot currently but never once said any issues were wrong with the car i was purchasing . please do not buy from this place !! cave city area to be specific ! her daughter as well as another gentleman there all co-signed the lies she was saying .. if they can do that with a so called personal car , imagine what they re doing to people who buy from their lot i have all text messages for proof

The two women who work there are nice ladies but, the cars are not as great as you think. Bought one and she said they left something on and it ran the battery down. So I thought drive it awhile and it will charge itself. No big deal, yeah right cost me al lat $300.00 plus my old one for one to keep me from buying as I called it a lemon, I paid for the tags and waited 2 weeks to get them and then met a lady from bowling green to get it inspected so I could get my tags. The day she picked the place to get tags was out for voting. So here I thought they would give me temp plates until.i got tags well, I asked.and.he said well your behind on your payment I really shouldn't even get your tagsI said well I got pulled over 2 times for expired tags so with no tags I lost my job. I'm still made no payment and they didn't even call and tell me to pick up my tag at the Glasgow store. So I went but he told me she didn't leave no number so he was sorry. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Sales lady was really sweet, made the process of buying my new to me car easy. The test drive with her almost felt like she was one of my friends in the car with me. Would highly recommend anyone to buy a car here!!!

My sister bought a van from them sometime last summer and after about a month the transmission went out. I just thought it was bad luck for her and i also went there to buy a car in December. It only lasted about 2 weeks until the car wouldn't start again. I had to take it to the shop and spend $400 to get it fixed. I had another sister who said she was willing to take a chance and loom at the cars here. We went to test drive some; the first one didn't have a radio, and the tires were so bad that it felt like driving down a bumpy road. She said that they just needed air. The other car we wanted to test drive didn't even start for us. We asked why most of the cars didn't have radios and she said that they buy them like that. Needless to say we didn't get another car from here.

This place takes advantage of the As is no warranty document. I purchased a Trailblazer from the location in Cave City. Before driving to the car lot, I told Wade Miller that i live an hour away so I wanted to know everything before making the drive. He told me nothing was wrong with it and It was ready to drive as a daily driver. Also he said it had heated seats and a DVD player that works. When I got there I found out that it does not have heated seats and the DVD player does not work. But the price was good so I overlooked that and focused on the more important stuff. It test-drove good so I figured it was worth the money and bought it. Before i got the suv home, the check engine light came on followed by a bunch of other lights. The oil pressure gage went to zero. Even though all of this was going on, the vehicle was still running fine so I drove it home. Decided to drive it to work a couple times to feel the vehicle out and it suddenly started running really rough and ticking and the battery was draining overnight. Dropped the SUV off at the shop and it has a bad fan clutch, bad stepper motor, power steering pump not holding fluid, and the number 4 cylinder had zero compression. It feels like there was a lot of cover-ups going on since it lasted long enough to get it half way home. Will not purchase from them again. It is really hard to find honest people anymore I swear! He seemed so honest but fooled me. Also, I found out it had the wrong license plate on it when I transferred the title. Very crooked deal. Very crooked business. Very crooked people.

Bought a car from them that needed a tie rod, oil change, brakes, bushings, sway bar, fuel injectors, spark plugs, coil packs, tires, yeah that's really a safe car. Not my experience with them really sucked with their cars we replaced all except tie rod don't buy anything from them and expect to move out of county not state or u will go to jail for GTA.... If ur looking for a decent car THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO AT ALL. THEY ARE IN GLASGOW AND BOWLING GREEN .. people are nice but cars suck even cash cars... Was not happy with out come and definitely not a place to go for a dependable family car....

These people are crooks! Not professional and sell cars with severe issues. My fiance and I bought a car for 3000 (1000 down) that blew up the day after our first payment. 1 month. They would not help with any labor costs to replace the motor and pretty much told us it was our problem. Since the motor was replaced, the transmission started failing and the back brakes are locked up. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from Shelleys auto sales.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Never in my life have i felt so humiliated and forced into a sale i really didn't want. This place is weird. Period.

Well I think they re the nicest salespeople I ve ever met, our truck is great we ve been to Orlando from Glasgow, ky twice and we are still driving it no problems! We re planning our next trip to St Petersburg in April!

Shelley Auto is wonderful! My son is driving up north today from Florida and his drivers side window fell into the door. He went over to Shelley Auto and they helped him right away and got the window up and secured so he could continue his drive. AND when he asked the charge, they said no charge and were very friendly and supportive to help him get safely back on the road. THANK YOU!!! As a mom of a young man out in world, I am very grateful for the folks at Shelley Auto.

I contacted the owner on car they had for sell , and what I thought by the messages is that I had it set up to look at the car. When I message them to tell them I'm on my way they say the car has been sold . So not only did I lose out on a full days pay at work but they sold the car out from under me . That is for sure not a good way to do business.

went car shopping and went to shelleys in cavecity the lady in office was so nice . helped me . i looked at alot of cars . i bought a sentra 2008 . very good car. i ask for if anything was wrong with it and she told me a couple of things not much at lot . i love my car ! thanks shelleys !

I purchased a car from these people about 5 months ago the temp tag went out April 1 and still haven't received a title when I call they are very rude and say it's not there problem it must be lost in the mail have talked to the postal service they have no record of it being sent this people don't know where it's at and have never sent it do not purchase anything from them they will rip you off the worst people I have ever done business with!!!!! I am warning you do not make the same mistake we did... edit more info we have found out we have found out the car is from a auction after I directly asked the guy if it was and he said no the biggest lier every the car we purchased has had 2 blow outs ac and radio has stopped working drive shafts has broke and the spare Tire wasn't even the right bolt pattern

Place is awful I test drove the car and it seems fine until I took it home it started loosing power and I called them and they said bring it back and I did and they said it was an o2 sensor but it wasn t and they refused to give me my money back so be very careful cause they are crooks and I had to pay the taxes on when I got my license plate

Great place to buy a car i bought a 2007 Volkswagen Eos there and dealt with a man named wade he was very helpful very courteous and the price was more than reasonable I would suggest purchases of vehicles from here to all of my family and friends

Best place to get junky cars lol they will sell you a car that's almost blown up or trans is bad for cheap down payment and screw you cause there mechanics don't know anything about working on cars they rig them just to screw women and poor people that can't afford a good car

Got a car from here blew up before I even made my first payment transmission went out took it back traded it for another one ended up losing about $1,000 and they still put a repo on my credit
