Pedal cars were mostly broken, the bathhouse close to our camper had 2 of 4 showers broken. The shower I could use ran out of hot water half was through so I had to wash my legs in very cold water (9:30pm I was the only person around). The camp store was clean and nice but extremely overpriced. We left a day early due to cold & bad weather, they didn t refund our last day I understand that may be policy but it s also a fantastic way to loose a customer for life. I can go 1/4 mile in either direction and find a different campground. ALSO IF YOU RENT A GOLF CART DO IT FOR JUST 1 DAY AT A TIME. They don t refund that either so if you had to leave early they just keep your $100/day. Again I understand policy but I also understand customer service and a simple refund for what we didn t use would have gone a long way in our decision to come back or not. We will NEVER go back to this campground.

The day before our trip they sent an email explaining a policy change that happened in January .i was never notified of this pet change until 3pm the day before we left for the campground which was a Saturday so no way to get ahold of the vet to get the paperwork they were requesting, talked to the manager Brandy and she cleared me until I could contact the vet on Monday. Upon checkin the girls at the desk (Mercedes) got really snotty with me about not really supposed to let us in to the park due to missing documentation, o explained to her that I spoke to the manager and she ok d it, so she allowed us to stay, while her face said she didn t believe us and her attitude wasn t much better. We were notified at 10am on Friday (the day before we were scheduled to leave) that the water would be off in the entire park for 20 min, due to weather and ticks galore we decided to leave a day early, and when we left at 12:30, the water was still not on and they refused to refund us any money for the golf cart that we returned a day early and didn t give us any refund on the site even tho we had no water for over 2 hours. We will not return to this park, which is disappointing since our kids really enjoy the jellystone parks typically.

This is our first time staying at JellyStone with our family of 5. Overall if we were being honest the park is a 4. The excuse we would get during our stay is it s the beginning of the season when something would t be the way it should be. I will say when something was questionable or not quite right a staff member was made awake and a staff member from said department was dispatched to handle the situation.Pedal carts are falling apart or flat tiresBathrooms not very clean(need pressure washed and or repainted)Misinformation among staff(inexperience/lack of training with the younger staff)In closing the instructions want you to download multiple app for the park and it seems a lot to toggle. The emails/website tell you to do one thing while the staff say things like oh we have never heard of that or RSVP s aren t necessary(well it shows it right here on the email/app)Wi-Fi is very spottyDog poop in our site but it was quickly taken care of by a very friendly staff member.

We have been coming for the Halloween weekends for years, but prices are outrageous now. The futon in our cabin was broken and the pad on it looked very old. The mattress on the queen bed very soft. We had to call the plumber after plunging the toilet several times. Lost our money trying to buy laundry detergent. They wanted to charge 10.60 for a second car or free if parked in the front lot!! The pedal carts are all half broken. Not nearly as busy this year likely due to overpricing! Disappointed!

The cabin was a literal dirt infested disgusting place to stay the night for $500. We bought our own cleaning supplies just to make it habitable for the weekend.Have been here for over a decade and the new ownership has reduced the services such as cleanliness. Not coming back next year.

There was black mold in our bathroom as pictured below,Dust and cob webs all over everything,The loft had a wad of someone else's hair and multiple half eaten candy bars meaning it definitely hadn't been cleaned!A huge crack in our bedroom window,There was coffee grounds still in the coffee pot from the previous renters,The bathroom fan didn't work,The cabin said it slept six but the pullout couch mattress was so bad none of us could sleep on it it felt like mattress springs wrapped in plastic with no padding whatsoever, and we also had no picnic table at our cabin. The ac worked great and even though the loft was dirty it was our kids favorite part of the cabin. Staff was friendly. All in all I don't think we will be back

For a steep $300/ night, this place is a joke. The cabins are EXTREMELY DATED. You can see outside through the seams of the wood. There are mice. The toilet doesn't flush half the time. The beds are terrible. Be prepared to hurt the next morning. There are plenty of activities for kids to do, but they've expanded so much that it's hardly walkable anymore. You could rent a golf cart if they have any left for an extra 100 bucks per day. I just see this place nickel and diming everything while making no real upgrades. The price paid is not worth it.Rooms: dated. cheaply built. uncomfortable.Walkability: Better have a golf cart.Food & drinks: They charge a leg and N arm.

Our whole family went and we each had a poolside efficiency cabin. They are extremely small and not great if you have kids. They aren t kept up well. I was glad my sister who doesn t have any kids got the cabin where the bunkbed rail was broken, otherwise we wouldn t have been able to stay here. The light bulb outside our door was burnt out. We reported it, but it wasn t fixed our entire stay. It ended up being very problematic because 2 people fell in our fire pit at night (obviously without fire). We really enjoyed the activities that were planned though! Our kids loved the hay ride to the pumpkin patch, trick or treating, and jumper! One of the jumpers was broken too though.

So we stay here every year and this is our third year here we noticed this year that the park is so much cleaner and the crazy part is a lot of it is being run by teenagers but these teenagers are working hard and killing it. Every morning I wake up and Cathy has fresh brewed coffee right at 8:05 she is the most pleasant person and very informative on the park. We haven't had any issues this year as far as trash pickup goes there is one one pool down. And while they are renovating this it has made the beach a lot Fuller and the other pool almost impossible. That being said the park is looking good and you can tell they are renovating the second pool. The whip it is so much fun and us and all of our kids really love it. Trash pickup this year has been excellent whoever is doing the trash is on time and doing a great job! Sarah really helped us out with adding an extra night cost effective which was amazing and we could camp anther night without moving campsites! The craft area could use some work it's always a really long line and a really long time before you can get crafts! The ultimate restrooms are not that ultimate. They are very in the sun and the place could use a few trees in that area as well as the ultimate fishing pond there are no shade. Last night we did arrive late to the cafe to try and order cheese curds and the girl was more than willing to cook us an order at the only problem was they were out of cheese curds. Overall it's still my favorite campground to stay at this place has so many things for the kids to do you can find Yogi Bear Cindy and all of the crew just hanging out there's activities every day and the activities go off on time and they go well planned ! The rabbit is the best and the staff is always willing to help you work your way through the whip it !!! We love this place and we will continue to grow with them

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Jellystone Mammoth Caves. Our toddler had a blast participating in the hey hey rides, morning crafts, fish-feeding, and more. We thought the amenities such as the jumping pillows, pedal carts, pool, etc. were great. Our site was terraced and felt private even when there were other campers next to us. We appreciated that you can just put your trash bag out in the morning and they come pick it up. We had good Verizon and T-mobile reception in the park.

RV camped here in October 2023. The place was practically deserted! It s probably hopping in the summertime when kids are out of school since it had many amenities. The full hook up site we had was relatively level. All services were in working order. It was under 20 minutes to drive to Mammoth Cave, our reason for the stay in this area. There are no trees or shrubs between sites for privacy in the area we stayed. Wooden picnic tables at the standard sites are a bit worn. Premium sites have Polywood gliders and picnic tables which were quite nice. Multiple playgrounds on the property looked well taken care of. It s not bad to stay here, but if you like a more peaceful and private camping experience, this would not be the place.

My family and I have been coming here yearly for over five years. The place is wonderful for kids and adults! The lake area was the cleanest it has ever been on any of our visits! We can tell there has been some effort to make the lake area nicer. The activity pool was crowded, but it is clean and fun. The splash pad has been updated, and it is better than last year. I didn't give five stars do to two issues- 1) There was only four working pedal cars, so my entire party couldn't ride together; and 2) The yellow side is really missed. I wish the owners would consider bringing another one to replace it. We have talked to many other campers who really miss the slide, so the park is probably losing some business do to its removal. The park is a wonderful part of Cave City, so I want their success to continue for many, many years to come!

I felt the cabins were grossly overpriced for what you get. The only thing that was nice about them was they had AC. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were the cheapest, smallest things I ve ever seen. The kitchen floor and bath mat were falling apart. There was a hole in our bedside lamp. Large staples exposed on the bathroom floor, coffee maker didn t work and was leaking out the bottom. The room was dirty when we arrived, and the faucet for the shower was literally about to fall off the wall.We stayed with several friends who said their rooms were nice, so maybe it was just cabin 45, but if you get that one I d stay away or ask to be moved.Separately given the amount of people staying I didn t feel like they had enough space at the pool, or shade at the lake. The pool literally had so many people in it that you couldn t move. At the lake, you had to line up early to run over and grab one of these large umbrellas if you wanted any shade. There was plenty of space along the beach that they can put in more umbrellas and other shade options for the amount of people at this place.Maybe it s just me, but for the price per night I just didn t think it was a good value.Rooms: I think I said enough up top.Safety: At the pool there were these large fake palm trees. One of our friends leaned against it and it rocked backwards as it clearly wasn t secured to the ground. It looked like the adhesive or whatever was supposed to hold it had melted. There must have been some kind of large pole holding it in place but it definitely scared us and the thought of it falling the opposite way could easily kill someone. We told the people at the front desk in the morning, since there wasn t a life guard on duty. However, they didn t really seem to have much sense of urgency to fix it. Maybe they did but just got the sense they didn t care.

Great family destination! If you have kids and are looking for constant entertainment for them, this is the place. The kids loved every second. Clean cabins, comfortable beds.Tips: definitely get a golf cart. Everything is spread out, so it's pretty necessary for convenience. Be sure to get a schedule and find out all of the activities offered each day. There are enough events to keep young campers happy.Cons: Once I booked the cabin, it was difficult to reach anyone by phone. I spent close to 40 minutes on hold when trying to call.Everything closes up shop way earlier than advertised. If it says closing at 8, expect the workers to be packing up at least 30 minutes early and turn you away.Pros outweigh the cons. I definitely want to visit here again!

This was our 1st time at a yogi Bear campground and we will definitely be back! They have fun activities for the kids every hour to keep them busy. On top of that they have a pool, splash pad, jump pillows, beach, and movie area! There is so much more to do I can t even name it all. You can stay here a week and not get bored. We got to see an amazing Santa all week and hang out with him. The kids loved him! The bears were great too! Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because our site felt like it was on a massive ant hill cause they were everywhere! We had ants on everything! Other than that it was an amazing experience! Thank you! :-)

The campground and resort could be a wonderful attraction; however, the service was less than par for as much money you spend to have a fun family experience. They never answered a single phone call that I made to them. I even left a voicemail with no returned call. I sent an email before we left, and no one has yet to reply. While we were there, the staff was less than enthusiastic about anything. They often showed up late to the activities, and you could definitely tell they didn't care to be there. They often hurried the activities so that they could leave. There were a couple of employees made it nice, such as Brittany, who worked in the camp store. Speaking of the camp store, the prices of everything are ridiculously high. Buy souvenirs on Amazon before you go. The lake was fun, and so were some of the activities if the parents participated to make it fun for their children. There is only one pool, which, on their map, it indicates there are two. The pool is so overly crowded, and there is no lifeguard on duty. Overall, it was o.k. because we made it fun by doing the work ourselves, which is something we paid the workers to do but couldn't provide.

I absolutely loved our stay at Jellystone Park! My wife and I had our "kid honeymoon" here. We got married on Saturday and enjoyed camping Sun-Wed. . . It was a blast! Even tho it rained almost the entire time, I didn't want to leave! We did the primitive thing and pitched a tent! I thought my 5yr old daughter wouldn't like it but she loved it!! We enjoyed doing all the festivities, going putt putt, swimming, jumping pillows, the gel blasters gun war and much more! The bathrooms could have a better upkeep by keeping soap in the men's room. We seen lots of people riding their bikes (electrical and regular, which we was told no kind of electric bike) around the campground without the proper wear (helmet, and pads). We also seen kids driving golf carts. They should not be driving them because their not a licensed driver, like your rules states!Nearby activities: Lots of things going on. We went Fathers day weekend and they had a list of things.Safety: kids driving on golf carts when their not supposed to! Kids on ELECTRIC bikes and scooters. . Riding around without proper bike wear (helmet and pads). If I knew the "safety rules" was for show, my family would have brought our bikes as well,!!Walkability: You can walk to anything in the campground. . If you don't like to walk, then they have golf carts to rent. . If you need your child to operate the golf cart it's no problem. They let the kids operate them as well!!Food & drinks: Not sure, we brought our own stuff.Noteworthy details: Enjoy the things that make you happy. . Life is to short to be unhappy!

We stayed at an RV camp spot! It was wonderful! We had the best time & the staff was absolutely amazing! All the activities & the lake are amazing! I would also like to acknowledge 2 very sweet ladies on staff that were so sweet they made me feel as if they ve know me forever! Ms.Cathy & Ms.Sherri! These 2 went above & beyond & this park is extremely lucky to have them!

We just got home from a weeklong visit to Jellystone at Mammoth Cave. Where do I begin? What an amazing trip! The location, beautiful. The cabins, pavilions, activity areas were clean and had many updates. We visited the website ahead of time, so we were aware of the cost for the wibit and knew that the big yellow slide was closed. We didn t know that the second pool was under construction, but it didn t impact our visit. The staff was very kind and kept the kids engaged in the activities. Although, there were times when the staff was late to an activity or they seemed hurried to complete the activity. Some seemed annoyed, but most were nice. There s always some thing to do for the kids. We never stopped. We never got bored. The beach was a lot of fun and really clean considering it s sand, but the showers at the beach were pretty bad. The ones that were working were flooded, like standing water, and the rest were missing components as if they were in the middle of being fixed. Shade is a hot commodity at the lake and if you want some, you have to arrive when they open. It would be nice if they added more shady areas. The food shop ran out of ice cream and only had 2 flavors by the time we left. First world problems. Lots of Yogi, Boo Boo and Cindy appearances. Free craft every morning. My kids really looked forward to that. Movie nights, karaoke, dance parties, so much to do. We rented a golf cart while we were there and on the last day the golf cart got a flat tire. We were unable to use it for the last three hours that we had it. The staff was so kind. They immediately gave us another golf cart and extended the time that we had it. No questions asked. Just a wonderful resort. We will definitely be going back.

We stayed over the weekend. I got a cabin for 8. The kids had a blast. However the whole weekend the only bear they got to actually see was boo boo during the morning flag. Karsr beach was shut down the entire time. 2 pedal cars worked...one jumpy pillows was popped. There wasn't a lot of activities like expected, gelly blaster, laser tag,hay ride... it was bingo, karaoke, yoga things like that. And there was one tiny little TV the size of a laptop screen in the cabin and I couldn't connect to wifi. Howeverr!!! Positive!! The kids loveess the pool and splash pad,we enjoyed corn hole and horse shoes with the family and the arcade could have been better but was fun. Great location,on site laundry room with play ground attached. Plenty of play grounds available. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful and absolutely beautiful place! Beds was comfortable and the room had great air conditioning..the staff was so friendly and I love the vibe...kids also enjoyed fishing and golf!! I guess I expected more after paying $400+ to stay two nights...had to provide own bedding and some of the things we expected wasn't available and we really thought there would be more yogi and maybe a pic nik basket or two definitely be back tho so and I do recommend going!!Rooms: Could be better they are small,no blankets, tiny rv,no extra pillow or anything for futon bed,no toiletries or extra tp $400 for two nights a few things could be better or my expectations are too high. But cozy room, dishes provided, air conditioning, dish soap, cure decor...Nearby activities: Ravens cross, alpine slide and action park, jbs haunted mansion, treasure trove,2 miles from big mikes ..gelly ball, antique shop, wood carving shop,Jesse James riding Stables, onyx cave,Jesse James cave, gun town, haunted hotelSafety: It feels and seems pretty safe. However no on duty life guards and don't see a lot of staff,no phones in room to contact staff.Walkability: Can walk easily to antique store, ravens cross, treasure trove... very close to gas stations, restraunts, groceries 2-3 min by carFood & drinks: It does have a kitchen area in the main building. I never seen it open but also didn't check it out much. Was only actually in there one time in 3 days. But 3 min away from plenty of fast food and groceries..by car

Our first experience at Jellystone Mammoth Cave was just okay. Quite a lot to do with the kids, but it was not as advertised. The pool with the big slide was closed and not disclosed before booking. Staff was not really interactive with the kids, making the activities a little boring. No one really seemed to be having a good time working.Everything seemed a little dated for the price. The arcade only had a few games, the mini golf was uneven, the pool didn t seem clean, and the cabin had broken screens and just overall not as advertised.Nothing was really bad, just the marketing was very deceiving.

Beautiful camp and very clean for kids and families. We had issues with leveling out motorhome and having the dump tank placed on the uphill side of the site. That made it difficult for the full hook up to work properly. Otherwise we very much enjoyed ourselves. Our dog was very happy with the clean and big dog areas.Safety: Very safe for kids

This campground was amazing. It was our family first time at this yogi bear location and we loved it. The staff was very welcoming made us feel comfortable and at home. The only thing I would love to see improved are the pedal go karts a lot weren t broken or tires deflated. Fishing pond was very clean family together caught about 10 fish . Great family campground a lot of kid friendly activities we will definitely be back.Nearby activities: Mammoth s cave and dinosaur world
