I can't say enough good things about Eric and his wife. They treat me like I'm the most important customer they have ever had. Any time I ask a question, he is always happy to answer me, he teaches me things, explains how things work. His work ethic is absolutely insane. He is an encyclopedia of car knowledge. MSA is the best hidden Gem. Super humble nice guy who is rediculously talented. His communication is amazing and the work he does I don't think can be matched I researched shops all over the country and ended up choosing him, I will never take my Civic to anyone except him. You cannot go wrong with them.

I tried getting Eric to tune my 2019 Civic Type R for 2 months, he kept pushing me back a week at a time. Telling me he was going to look up more info on knock timings for pump gas, finally he said it'll be $800 to tune to my car simply because I annoyed him. We had scheduled the following Thursday to get my car tuned. He never responded. He's very hard to get ahold of and constantly blames being to busy to be able to respond. Would go weeks without a response so I'd have to message him again. Then he'd say I'm rude for sending a question mark when he hasn't responded on 2 weeks. There's tons of tuners out there, don't waste your time on someone that thinks his time is more valuable than yours.

I walked into this tuning shop with a stock Civic and a dream. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a journey to the outer limits of automotive absurdity! These guys cranked the spice dial up so high that my car now attracts alien conspiracy theories.When I rev my engine, my neighbor's rooster thinks it's Judgment Day, and the squirrels in the neighborhood have formed a secret society to worship my Civic as their new god. I heard a rumor that Elon Musk himself is now reconsidering electric vehicles because he can't compete with the sheer shockwave of charisma my car exudes.Eric doesn t just work on cars; he composes symphonies of horsepower and handlebars of torque. I half expect him to replace my rearview mirror with a vanity mirror, because I can't stop admiring my ride.In summary, if you want a car that turns heads, confuses wildlife, and has Tesla owners nervously checking their rearview cameras, bring it to Mad Scientist Auto. They've transformed my Civic into a roaring, fire-breathing dragon, and I've never been more grateful. Five stars just don't do justice to the wild ride they've given me!

Great guy, great work, not a sheep. He doesn t have 8 booster shots but seems like he s still healthy and happy. Shocker.

I don't care how good of a tuner he is, he will never see a dime from me or mine ever. He called me very choice words because he's a covid denier and conspiracy theorist. One of his own customers (a younger guy) has been in the hospital for a week. Hopefully he wakes up before he or someone around him doesn't make it out of a hospital.Ironic science is in his business name, yet he denies it. Maybe learn to not call customers or potential customers words I cannot even repeat in a review.
