Stayed for 5 weeks due to my job. Ideal location right off the highway, lots of food close by.Parking lot is akward, they allow pets and every day i walked oast the same door and always the dog barked.Theres only one washer and one dryer and they are a bit worn out but get the clothes mostly clean. (Good enough for contractors)Ask for contractor rates and tell them you are staying a long time and they will give you a break.

Arrived at about 10:30pm.Staff was friendly and helpful.Room (110) smelled damp and smokey even though it was a non-smoking room, and we found a bedbug crawling on us. No sign of bedbug infestation on the mattress itself, but there were signs under the bedskirt.Parking lot was also very dark.Did not stay the night.Noteworthy details: Bedbugs

Love this place. Staff super friendly and helpful. Big clean rooms with comfy beds. Pet friendly with plenty of grass outside. Nice quiet neighborhood with many food options walking distance. Good crowd, nice people in terms of other guests. 5 min from river, 15 min to job site. Will always stay again. Great rate too.Rooms: Nice big clean room. Comfy with plenty of pillows. Shower has good pressure. Plenty of counter space. Just got all new big tvs!

A few weeks ago I came to the state to visit family, when we were close we called this location to ask prices and availability. When we got there the guy looked at us with distgust like he really didn't want us there and gave is a higher price than what he gave over the phone. We were kind of upset about how he was treating us and we went outside to discuss whether or not we wanted to just stay there anyway or go somewhere else. We were exhausted from the 2 day drive so we got out children out of the car and decided to stay. The guy treated us so disgustingly, he actually said we couldn't stay there after all when he saw our kids and said that kids are dirty and they make lots of mess so we could not get a room. I'm convinced this guy is either racist or hates kids or both. I can't believe that someone who works in the service industry could conduct themselves with such contempt and hatred towards other people for no reason. We went to the Red Roof Inn instead which was basically next door, they were very, very nice there and their prices were even better for the weekly deal. I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn in Carrollton, KY but definitely not the Super 8.

The minute you walk in they have the air on low that it s so warm and uncomfortable. The rooms smell musty, the carpet in the rooms has nasty Looking stains and our towels And sheets looked dingy and didn t smell fresh. They need to use bleach and fabric softener. The beds are extremely high Good thing I m not vertically challenged. And it would be nice if they cleaned the windows in the rooms. They come into your room while you re away and cut off all the lights and air. The room is dark because the light bulb was born and the other 2 were about 40 watt. They need to make sure all of their bulbs work before they book these rooms. There are no irons in the rooms, no ironing board, and no additional soaps when they do come back to sneak and turn the lights and air off. Well the good part is I didn t see any roaches and there s a Taco Bell about 100 feet walking distance.

This place is nastyyyyy. There are roaches galore. There were cigarette burns everywhere. Roaches fell when I opened the shower curtain. We did a bedbug check and found a vape under the sheets. So they do not change the sheets. There were all kinds of stains and burns in the blankets and sheets. The microwave had someone's food still in it caked up. It was bad. I've been to many hotels and this one was bad. We Went and told the front desk guy. He was so gross. He said he didn't care. We could switch rooms and get to walking but we aren't getting refunds. The fact that we are women with kids must have made him feel like a big tough guy. He was a disgusting coward.Anyway y'all.....do not stay here. It is so bad.

Just wanted to go to sleep. Room was right at the upstairs hall right next to ice machine. Room also was NOT clean orange cheese all over remote, dirty wash clothes hanging on shower rod. Very dirty

I expect a Super 8 to have a clean room, decent bed, and a working shower. This one achieved those items, but disappointed in the smell of the place. All the hallways smelled like someone had been smoking and a strong chemical tried to clean it up but failed. The bedding was also much less warm than usual, wouldn't be bad if we'd turned the heat up, but the room was comfortable when we got into bed, just didn't have enough blankets. Breakfast was better than expected, with some yogurt and fresh fruit.

What can I say... this is a budget one star hotel... The entire hotel smelled very poorly. That was the worst part of the place really. It was like they allowed smoking once upon a time, but were never able to get the smell out.Otherwise, the room was large, clean, had a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfortable, really no complaints other than the smell.

So far from first glance it's a great run hotel and my room is extremely clean. It's unfortunate they don't offer any kings (only double queens) but the bed is comfortable and the pillows are soft. Shower is nice and hot with a good spray.Staff is Awesome, looking forward to a great stay!

Dirty, musty, bad a/c it barely cooled off the room, people screaming in the halls till 1am & people were complaining so much that the police were nearly called, ceiling coming down in the bathroom & pile of dirt in the corner. There were hairs in one bed & a mysterious milky substance on the blanket on the other bed. We sprayed down the ENTIRE ROOM with hand sanitizer. All of this can be yours too for $100 a night!!!! SERIOUSLY WYNDHAM!!!!! However, I must admit the bed, although dirty, was comfortable.

Customer service was great, comfortable bed. BUT bathroom floor was all busted up and when stepped on by tub, sunk down was very afraid of going threw the floor. Hope they fix before someone gets hurt.

I've stayed at other Super 8 hotels that aren't nice at all! I have to say this one was nice and very clean, I think it's a newer one. We checked in late and left early, so we weren't there long but it was very nice room. I love my coffee, that's the only thing negative I have to say , the coffee wasn't good at all!

My tire blew on the way from Cincinnati to Louisville. At short notice, I needed a place to stay. Needless to say, the front desk was accommodating and the room was fairly priced. The bathroom was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for helping in a time of need!

I don't believe this would not be my first choice to stay at in the future. I felt it was expensive per night for the quality of the room and hotel compared to other hotels I stayed at in Carrollton in the past. I have stayed in Carrollton probably 14 years in a row around this time of the year for an event I attend (except last year because of the pandemic). I felt the room was in poor shape overall and could use a few minor replacements (shredded curtains, very worn carpeting, bed coverings that need to be replaced). I think their ice machine may need service since it was outside my room and VERY loud when it made ice compared to others I have seen. I will shop around for a different hotel next year in Carrollton.

This place was found at the very last minute and also had a friendly staff member working overnight. He even tipped us off on the nearest attractions we would have fun with and carried a cute little accent! Rooms were clean and nice and absolutely didn't hear any outside or inside noise in the room during our whole stay. I recommend this location 10 times to anyone passing through!

This place has bed bugs! Once I discovered them I went to the lady in the front to tell her. She came in the room, she also saw them called her boss & they did nothing! They said NO Refunds that they were going to take care of the problem and I could find another place. The rooms are very nice but they are filled with bed bugs. They were very friendly at first but the first problem we had and they turned on us. When people where walking in I told them it was best if they found another place and she got very angry saying it was only one room! How are bed bugs in one room only? The whole month I stayed there I was scratching and we had 3 different rooms.

Clean stop with mostly comfortable beds.the staff were pleasant. The hotel itself was a little loud and the rooms were not as nice as some of the other similarly priced places along this route. All in all though I this is a clean stop for the weary traveller.

This is a GREAT!!! Place to come for sure they are very clean and they got 100% on the place me and my girl stay there for 3 days this place is one of the best place to take your family and friends there they are very respectful people and friends you got to go there for the weekend it is great on the real

Place has bed bugsCharged for an extra night that we didn't stay and when I called the manager was very rude and hung up on meBathroom was very disgustingThe rooms were very smelly, and the manager also raised the rates for weekly stay.I do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

I thought it was a very nice place! I left some items in my room, I live 5 hours from there! I called the owners and not only did they keep my stuff for me! But mailed it back to me at their expense. Definitely will stay here again!!!

This place had very smelly rooms. We found semen stains on bed spreads. Asked for another room. Found more semen stains, hair and dirty sheets. Urine on toilet seat. Asked for our money back. They said no they would give me another room. (By the way we have traveled all day and we are tried and short fused.) So I said you will refund my money. The clerk them says we have to wait 2 to 3 days for money back on card. I said them I want cash back for a room at another hotel. She says they don't do that. And if I don't calm down she will call the police. Oh no she did not....i called the police. When they got there they inform me that they have had complaints for the same thing before. They also have trouble getting them to refund the money. He gave us a card and said to call if we don't get money back. So we proceed to the hotel across at red roof inn. We we tell them about what happened and they also know about them. I will never stay at a super 8 again. Disgusting.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Liked the 12 noon checkout time. That said, I obviously didn't wake up in time to judge the continental breakfast. All in all it was a good night's stay.

This hotel allows smoking, and you can smell it even in the non smoking rooms. The fire alarm went off at 230am falsely and took about 15 minutes for the staff to shut it off.
