Shelly and Ethan are always helpful, trying to get the right part for what you're working on- they certainly have a great track record with getting what we need!O'Reilly's Corporate must be proud of everything they have, since their prices are sky high -- even with a Commercial account -- and not even close to competitive with online retailers, but I guess the stock they do keep as a brick and mortar store is kinda handy, in a pinch.

Great service and very helpful staff when our car broke down. These guys were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for all your help!They even let me borrow their code reader to figure out what was wrong with our car.

So, first went in, was not greeted, but a second later a man came in behind me and was. First problem. Only went in for a quart of oil and for check engine light. Dude obviously doesn't know what the hell he is talking about. Ran the codes, said its only evap, I knew that but someone else showed me it was reading catalytic system. HE TURNED MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT OFF then proceeded to tell me "it's your evap system, so put your oil in, turn the car on, turn it off, check the oil again, then turn the car back on and the light will be gone."That man needs fired for being so dumb as to think women know nothing about cars.

Super helpful in purchasing a battery and wipers. She was quick to get everything I needed and the correct tools to change them out then and there. And did me a huge solid on the price of everything. This is why I go to O'Reilly, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a great experience every time. Highly recommend over the other options in town.

Terrible, young lazy punk kids who think pranks or joking with customers is funny when it come too their cars. One lazy punk kid just lost you guys a customer. To many other part stores to deal with disrespectful punks

The lady who waited on me just wasn't very "customer friendly", and didn't even smile any.. She looked up my parts but kept forgetting what they were (should've wrote them down). Then when I took my battery to get changed out she actually gave me the wrong one so I had to go back again and switch it out then back again to get my core charge back. So it was frustrating. I haven't used the other parts yet so I hope they are right. Maybe if the morning crew had been friendlier I wouldn't have been so frustrated.

Sometimes you 'don't want' the cheapest part you can buy but... O'Reilly is usually about 25% cheaper for the same part; no brainer. I buy stuff from all of them... Car batteries (like everything) have gotten stupid expensive; maby they can't get chips for them?

I went to get shoes. Spring kit. Wheel cylinders. (I have 1 leaking. Wrong shoes she didn't ask if I had the 10" drums or if I had the 11". I got 11". The shoes r for 10"". I called them.not in stock. But going to order them in & be there at 11:30. I was told. So I'll see how it goes tommarrow.

Staff was down right rude when my husband was last there. Disappointed after reading reviews about how nice the staff is. .. Because they sure weren't very polite or helpful:(

Would have to get parts ordered so we waited but very pleased that they were helpful and did take time to look--wait on slow computer to look up parts that was needed.

Personnel are great they go out of their way to help you it is the only parts store I use unless they don't have it and I am in a hurry other than that I will wait for the part to come in I have used their reman motors and trans and never had one come back yet along with all parts I have purchased 1 out of a 1000 may have problems.

This is a great auto parts store. The employees are very knowledgeable in auto parts. The employees are focused are serving the customer. This is my go to auto parts store.
