This hotel was okay but not up to my Hampton Inn expectations. I will say the staff was very friendly. The issues with the hotel. 1 The lobby smelled like smoke when you walked in (but the room did not). 2 The room doors need fixed. Unless you are extremely careful they slam very loudly. Quick fix that needs done on multiple doors. 3. Breakfast was pretty pitiful. The waffle machine worked (!) and there were pastries but the eggs looked well done and crusty brown, at 8am (breakfast 5-10 am) there was about 3 pieces of bacon, the fried potatoes had been mostly eaten and no one came to refill food while we were there. Around 9:30 (on our way out) they had fresh bacon. The oatmeal looked like it had been cooked and then someone poured water over it to make sure it didn't dry out. But the container the oatmeal was in was not working to keep it hot. There was cinnamon sugar to put on the oatmeal but the raisins and granola containers were empty. There were a few yogurts available. There was only one other person around eating breakfast and I never saw anyone come to check if things needed refilled on the first day. On the second day they did keep the potatoes filled and the eggs and oatmeal were better. I do want to mention employee Mari Bays for her help. Ms. Bays was super friendly and when we encountered a problem and she went out of her way to help us. As I mentioned the staff was super nice but I would not choose to stay at this location again because I didn't feel it stayed up to normal Hampton quality.

Great hotel for price/points. It is older but well maintained. The front desk people could use some lessons in being cheerful and smiling. Overall, it's a good deal. The pool is closed if you really want to swim, this is not a good choice.Rooms: Room 206 was clean, but smelled like mothballs.Food & drinks: Hilton needs to find a new supplier of pre-made frozen breakfast dishes!

The hotel is cleaner than the reviews led me to believe, and I have no complaints on the service or breakfast either... I came prepared with insecticide thinking Id have to empty a can daily, but I only got my first bug on the third day. I've had worse lolWalkability: Several hotels and fast food places nearby

I'm giving a one star due to the roaches climbing on our bed all night. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, the hallway smelled like mold/mildew, a utility ladder sat outside our door for the duration of our stay, the pool had been shut down with no warning or reopen time given, and the roaches...Aside from that, it looked nice on the outside, upon check in, we were given the option for a drink, check out was easy, breakfast was small but, one you might expect at a hotel - no fruit options.Overall, I'm very disappointed. We stayed here just because it is a Hilton hotel and it was just awful. Not at all the par with others we have stayed in.

We ve stayed here many times when visiting family. We have been getting many rooms with no duvet covers and no blinds/window covering. I ve posted a picture of the window covering in some rooms, which is see through. It does not offer privacy to the room occupants. The sheets have been dirty. I m almost a Hilton diamond member, but I will be finding a new hotel to stay at when I m visiting family because we should be able to consistently expect window coverings that are not see through, duvet covers, and clean sheets.

I booked two rooms for 3 nights. The hotel property itself was ok. However, our check in on Thursday evening was horrible. There were two women working the check in. One of them was the absolute rudest person I ve encountered in a very long time. If it wasn t 10pm at night, I would have walked out! I booked these rooms back in March. They were having issues finding us a room that night because elite members got first choice of rooms and blah blah blah. It made zero sense. I almost feel they may have overbooked or we were going to have to room hop from night to night. Zero eye contact, please, thank you .nothing. Only thing I got was here s my general managers card this was after no complaints were made and I questioned why she needed my credit card again as I just had given it to the other girl. Not sure how I was supposed to know that each room was processed separately. This person really needs some training.

Beds were comfortable, but very noisy. The AC would shake all night, making it hard to sleep.Outside of that, no issues. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent.

Says Hampton Inn. The dirty sign was a giveaway. Floors were greezy. They had to let us into our room because the locks didnt work. Loose tiles in bathroom. Not even attached to the wall. A tobacco pouch on the bathtub side. Room smells like smoke. Probably because people smoking in the bathroom. Gross. One of the top 3 worst Hampton inns ive ever stayed in. I travel every other week all over the US. Need to go back to staying at choice hotels. Last 2 Hampton inn stays have been really bad. Also the room key issue was not brought up until after the room was charged to my card. non-refundable... Imagine that. She should have led off with that. Not held that in reserve till after payment was rendered. Every time I leave my room i have to wait for the clerk to finish whatever shes doing then have her go open my door. I feel uncomfortable having to deal with this arrangement.Rooms: GrossNoteworthy details: No key for rooms in the entire hotel. More like motel.

The employees were very friendly. Rooms were clean (I used to inspect Hilton hotel rooms for a living) pool was broken, which was a bummer for the kids. The breakfast bar was amazing. Something for everyone. Quiet and in a great location to restaurants and stores. Bed was very comfortable.

Front desk receptionist was very nice from check in to check out.. breakfast was really good as well. The room was extremely clean bathroom and towels as well. Complimentary shampoo conditioner and mouth wash and a bath of soap. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I was able to see my truck from the window. Check in was also fast.

Beds are rock hard, wifi was horrible, 3rd floor hallway smelt like vomit. When I pulled the blanket down to check the bed it looked as though someone had laid in the bed with all the wrinkles in the sheets. The lady working the front desk was very polite and friendly and genuinely caring.

Giving a 5-star rating overall because this property is ... satisfactory. Competitively priced. Property is not bad-bad, but we were not blown away either. Staff is quite professional & courteous. Fairly nice location; several fast food choices walkable from the hotel. Facility is in need of some TLC. Halls & room carpets beyond time for replacement. Evidence of a water leak from 3rd floor into our 2nd floor room ceiling. (See photo)

We had a great time. We took the grandkids for a couple of days of fun, the hotel is very nice, and sm elled awesome when we walked in. Jaimie was so outgoing, friendly and energetic. She gave us lots of fun suggestions for the area. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the free breakfast was really good, they had so much variety, so something for everyone. It was close to the park, and close to a variety of restaurants. We would recommend the hotel highly and would definitely stay again.

We always search out Hampton Inns when traveling. The team members at this Hampton are wonderful, willing to go the extra mile. Everything was clean (more than important in today's world). The mattresses and pillows were wonderful and really important to us - our room was quiet. We didn't hear other guests talking in halls, closing doors, etc. This property is in the end stages of doing some remodeling and there are a few minor things they need to finish up with but our stay was great and we'd easily choose this property again.

Came into town to visit Bill & Brittany Lewis for the holidays & Hampton Inn delivered. The lobby was warm & I love they offer coffee & water 24hours a day!! The Christmas decorations were a nice touch. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. If you forget your tooth brush just ask the front desk, they got your back!Breakfast was fantastic! They have a variety of offerings. I really appreciate their care for the environment with recyclable & renewable Dishes. That s not something I was excepting but really appreciated! There is a gym & a POOL!! The pool is currently closed for Renovations.Overall fantastic experience!! Highly recommend.

Hotel itself is older but very clean. Front desk staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to help with our needs. Went back to the hotel later in the evening and the front desk girl was wiping down the lobby walls, smelled so fresh and clean! Breakfast was very good, good variety, and very clean and neat. Rooms were clean and neat as well.
