We took our F350 there to fix a steering issue and they were fantastic. The customer service was great, the price was more than reasonable and they did the repairs in no time. We will definitely be back.

Had a great experience here at 191. They totally saved us and did good work for a fair price. Very glad to know there is a nice, fully equipped garage nearby when needed. Junior and Tammy seem like very nice people and the mechanics were quick and friendly also.

I can't believe that there are honest and fair shops out there. This place is extraordinary...Ccame for a tire repair that took almost 2 hours...Cowboy charged me only $15 !!!!!. True southern hospitality and customer service.

I've went a couple of times before. But this time, I was very impressed with the service, the men that were there was so nice. They took t bgg e time to explain things that happened to vehicle, gave me a solution and told me what all was wrong with my car. And the cost. I have an appointment on Monday morning. Thank you men and especially Cowboy.

The alternator in our 1999 Eurovan went out and these guys had us back on the road the next day. Top-notch work at extremely affordable rates from a friendly staff. Who could ask for more?

191 Service center Saved my Butt. I m from Indiana traveling to West Virginia to ride ATV s. My 2013 Duramax broke down. Had something get into my radiator. So I m 4 hours away from home and 2 hours from my destination. Had the truck towed to them. Wow what a clean nice shop. It was just before closing on Thursday. One of the workers called around and found a radiator. It was in the next town where he lived. He got the parts store to stay open and he picked it up on his way home so they could start on it first thing in the morning. Got it in the next day only to find a bad gasket. Got the gasket replaced and success. Now for the price. I won t give the exact amount but I can tell you if it was doubled I would have thought it was a good deal. To add the the fantastic experience as I was left stranded at there shop waiting for other friends to rescue me which were over two hours away. The owner of the shop came up and sat with me two hours past there closing time.5 stars is not enough for them. I will never forget how they took a bad situation and made me feel so at peace.Thank you to the whole team at 191 Service
