Very friendly and helpful, took care of what I needed with an easy process. Spent some time talking to them, and they seemed very knowledgeable and much more committed to completing quality installations than many of the car electronic installers I've come across. I typically install my own equipment, but if you can't do it yourself and need someone else to do it, I would definitely recommend them as a solid business to check out to do whatever you're wanting to get done

Chris was busy when I went in and took the time to work with every customer to make sure all their questions were answered. When it came my turn, he took the time with me as well. He quoted me a fair price and got me scheduled for just two days out to take care of my install. Great place, great service.

David went out of his way to help fix an issue with my boat stereo and install new speakers. They were even able to install a battery switch I'd been wanting for a long time. Cant recommend these guys enough, top notch!

David and team were outstanding! I had an issue where my sunroof and rear window on my pickup wouldn t close. They fixed it in less than two days. The tech who worked on it even stayed late to complete the job so I could pick up the truck sooner! And the bill was even less than I expected to pay! Needless to say, I m a very satisfied customer!!

Live in Louisville, 75 miles away and had to use them due to them being the only location in the area specialized for my needs. All i can say I am glad! These are the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met! I will drive there going forward for any of my needs. Only rated 5vstars because there wasn't 100!!!

Personally have have multiple people leave from there shop and come straight to me to gave it completely redone.I've seen loose connections and grounds that should have never been grounds self tapping to sheet metal and not even grinding the paint off.15 years ago traffic jam was well known... now if you want audio done I would not advise this to be the place to go

I went to check on a viper system that was installed in my truck. I didn't know what the equipment was and Mr Underwood looked into it and got me the information I need to get what I needed. Good work!!

They did an awesome job on the subs and amp I got yesterday!!very very professional and know exactly what they are doing.very pleased with our purchase.the way it was installed was exactly what I wanted.at 60 % on the gain I can shake the metal on the building next to our house.perfect job!!thank you very much for everything!!!will reccomend for sure in the future!!
