Most unfriendly store ever.They all act like you are bothering them. No manners. Not cordial. You would think you were in California by the way they act. I have gone to this Napa many times & its always the same condescending attitude not with me but with everyone who walks thru there empty store, which you can tell why its empty and this is my first time writing the review but I felt its time for travelers to know, this Napa is not worth going to. Do yourself a favor & go to Columbia about 13 minutes down the road. Csll ahead of time to make sure they have what you need. BTW, at the Campbellsville location, they will dismiss you if they get a phone call...no msnners or business etiquette what so ever, especially the 2 women there. Read the other reviews. Don't support this business. Please write a review if you decide to chance going there. You will most likely waste your time cause they font stock much and they don't want business. They have not changed & refuse to be kind or professional. Especially the two women there. Worst business in Campbellsville.These are real pictures of this location. Runned down like the workers

Good selection of auto parts. Smoking allowed inside building, so good for people who don't mind that. Employees are helpful and friendly.

I got what I needed. The only problem was I was standing there ready to pick up my parts and the 5 people working were tending to phone calls. Come on take the money in front of you people. Put the phones on hold
