They have really done me right. Helps I pay a lil extra each payment to keep my warranty. But by doing so if anything happens to your vehicle over the next 2 yrs you don t pay out of pocket

IGO has been completely amazing to us! We started out with a van from them and the process was so smoothly then anything we needed from paying our payments or whatever they was there to help! Then we decided to trade our van in to another vehicle we liked from them and the process was absolutely amazing and fast! Ask for Scooter!

Normally giving your money away every week makes you feel a certain type of way,But with (I go motors)I find myself feeling better after making a payment. GOOD PEOPLE. Highly recommend.

We were more than satisfied with the excellent service from Scooter. He answered all of our questions and broke down the various options in a very comprehensible way, got our paperwork done and approved rather quickly and we drove off the lot with a smile. highly recommend this company and rep! thank you Scooter!!

Vehicle just kept breaking down. The service department is difficult to get ahold of and the roadside service for towing is way more complicated than it should be, when the vehicle was first purchased it was amazing service and fast but as the car was closer to being paid off customer service became worse and every time we brought the vehicle in somehow more stuff would suddenly go out/break. I paid for the VIP platinum and never missed a single payment, oil changes were done on time with receipts being emailed in on the same day. Honestly I would find an alternative place to purchase a vehicle it s just not worth the stress and worry especially if you have children and need something reliable.

Terrible buisness, they practice no integrity nor do they stand behind anything they say, they are sneak and it took 3 months just to get a title and they sold me a severly damaged vehicle that had been wrecked multiple times and used as a rental vehicle lying saying it hadnt.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This place is a huge rip off, and Brandy is very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Also I pay 720.00 a month, for a car I'm being charged over 19,000 for. Has 2 screws holding the front bumper up and both sides dented. With a moon roof that soaks you when it rains! The videos are after it done poured a 5 gal bucket of water over my passenger and myself! Let me add yes the car I've had roughly 8 months but it stays covered so I didn't know it leaked for months, then today Keith sounded like he was frustrated I left a review! I want people to be aware when they're being ripped off, some people fall on hard times and this was the only option I had for 8 months, I was going to pay it in full last week, but was told it'd be 14,000 way to high for the condition of the car!
