Just had my windshield replaced. The ladies behind the counter were very courteous and professional. They offered the remote to the TV while me and my 2 year old waited. I had th appointment scheduled for a couple weeks and they even contacted m to get it done sooner because of a cancellation. This is SERVICE! thank you very much!--Dom R

A+ five star service. I am fairly new to town and I had an excellent experience. They even offered to pick up and deliver my car to get the windshield replaced for no extra cost. I will highly recommend their service.

First I would like to say that I am rough on glass, lol. Second I demand great customer service, because that is what I gave in my own jobs and business. I will not do business with a company if I find it lacking in customer service, great products and passion for what they do. I get disappointed a lot! That being said Gowen's Auto Glass is not one of those companies. I am amazed with the excellent customer service. Their products are top shelf on top of the line. They're installers are time tested professionals. The owners Travis and Tina truly have a passion for what they do for their customers and for their community. When you go to your insurance company with a claim about Auto Glass, there is only one name you should say Gowen's! Sometimes they can have you fixed the same day or next day. If I could give it more stars I would. Every time I use this company I feel cared about. Not just another number but a personal service to me and all their other customers. They know their stuff and train their employees to love their job. The proof is in the pudding. Great job again as always Gowen's Auto Glass,,, it is truly a pleasure doing business with your company!

Gowen s Customer ReviewMs. Paulette Caywood commented..I had my windshield glass replaced yesterday at Gowens Glass replacement and my braking system recalibrated. I couldnt have asked for a better place to take my car. Savannah was a wonderful coordinator with the insurance company and Ashley was very welcoming and kind when I returned to pick up my vehicle.The business was spotless and very professionally run. The lady who did the calibration apologized for it taking a little longer than expected but my wait was very pleasant and I will call them in the future if need be.Highly recommend Gowens in Campbellsville Ky

Replaced the front window after bad weather.Very friendly staff, excellent customer service, after a dispute with insurance the lady, the employee who the phone helped me talk with insurance and get the claim transferred to them, the replacement looked brand new. Would recommend to anyone!

Had a windscreen replaced on 2020 Ecosport. Savanah was a perfect concierge from the first call until it was ready for pickup! She contacted my insurance company and had everything authorized. Flawless replacement with a spotless dashboard when they were through. Thank you, Gowen's Auto Glass.

Savannah was super helpful to the point that she came and got my keys after they closed, because I couldn t get back from work before they closed. Really great service on replacing the windshield in our Mercedes 3500 Sprinter-based RV. They estimated it would take up to five hours to replace the glass, but they were done in about two. Gave me a loaner car and I went shopping instead of sitting in the small waiting room. Campbellsville is a cute town with an interesting downtown district.

Gowen s was easily the cheapest windshield replacement I was quoted from over 7 businesses by $190. A deer shattered my windshield, which they replaced quickly and efficiently. They even vacuumed out the majority of the glass for me so I could drive my car safely. The tarp and towels I d used to protect my car from the rain we re folded neatly in the backseat and they did an amazing job cleaning everything out. They even replaced my rear view mirror for free. 10/10 stars and top notch customer service. Would gladly recommend them. It s been awhile since we ve used Gowens but back when we needed a windshield replaced and fast, Gowens was on it. They came to the house the next day and installed it right in my driveway. Highly recommend them. Friendly, A+ service!I had a great experience. I had to take a vacation day to get my windshield changed. They said it would take about four hours to change my windshield. They let me borrow their car to come home do laundry and clean my house. You will not regret choosing Gowen's auto glass.

A couple weeks a go I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced. When he got done I got in my car headed to my next stop and saw mud on the floor on both sides, glass left on the dash, remnants of a window seal on the floor and passengers seat, smeary window, and several pieces of glass left on the dash which was difficult to remove because it was very close to the window and there is still a small piece in the crooked window seal.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This place is fabulous!! They are helpful, friendly, informative, affordable and they stand behind their work. I thought my windshield was leaking so I brought it in for repair and it turns out it wasn't the windshield at all but a clogged drain. They cleaned it out and had me good as new. Another time, my rear view mirror fell off and they put it back on free of charge. I highly reccommend Gowen's Auto Glass to anyone in need of replacement glass. P.S. They also dabble in some flat glass too!Update: right before the holiday I brought my car in for a windshield treatment to make the windshield easier to see through in the rain and bad weather. I figured it would wear off in a week or two but it is still going strong. The rain beads up on the windshield and clears while you drive making it clear to see through in rough weather. I barely need my wipers!! The stuff they do here is amazing. Gowen s auto glass is so knowledgeable when it comes to auto glass. I HIGHLY recommend them and the windshield treatment!!

And the lady I talked to informed me that since my ole lady has full coverage insurance the window that I busted out ,because my baby was locked in, would be covered on insurance.
