Definitely the worst workshop I have been able to go to in my life, very bad customer service, the person who is always at the counter never lets you have any type of communication with the mechanics to be able to explain further any type of problem everything has to happen through her and in the end what she says will end up being repaired. They had already told me about that place but I didn't believe it until the moment I needed it. Campbellsville has more workshops with better service and better quality, nothing special in this place

I am very sure that the people who give five stars and say that they are friendly are friends and family because everyone who goes to that place looking to solve their problem will find that the lady at the counter is the most unpleasant person in the world. world with which you can interact. Badly educated, arrogant and arrogant. Please avoid going to this place if you don't want to have a bad time.

This is the best mechanic I have been to. They stay busy and that s why! They are always helpful and they educate you on what is wrong with your car. I have been to places where I have felt talked down too bc I am a woman, but they have never made me feel this way. They have always been honest, kind, and helpful!

This place is AMAZING!!! True hospitality, genuine care & concern, plenty of love and lots of respect. The people that work there treat you like family. Jessica Pogue goes UP AND BEYOND for her customers. Why would you want to go anywhere else? They treat people with the greatest gift and that s LOVE and I m one truly Grateful customer and will only use FIRESTONE!!! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

BAD, BAD, VERY BAD! I definitely will not take anything there ever again. I recently bought a truck that was pulling to the right a little bit. I thought to myself surely it's out of alignment so I took it to Firestone and asked them for an alignment and to balance the tires. One hour after the appointment began, I get a call saying that one of the brake calipers is locked up and that is what's causing the issues. She told me "I know it sounds like a lot of money but it's going to cost $650 to fix." I said no thank you I can do the brakes myself.. So I went and bought the brakes they told me needed to be replaced, mind you they cost $400. When I took the front tires off I noticed that the brake they said was locked up was not locked up at all and the brakes were pretty much new. But I went ahead and replaced them anyways. Guess what? Now the Truck has brand new $400 brakes and it also has the same problem. Nothing has changed.. All I wanted was a $50 alignment and I ended up spending $400 and 2 hours of labor myself for nothing. It makes me wonder how many people they have told things are wrong with their vehicle that actually were fine just to take their money. Do yourself a favor, learn from my mistake and don't take anything there. It's not a good idea.

Had my G6 worked on today, needing an alignment, and the guy didn't let it off the racks until he felt it was good to go. I came in for a front end, but the rear end was completely out, and they did right by me, and was super nice. I'll most likely will be doing more business there. Affordable pricing, done professionally. Can't beat it.

Family run. The shop coordinator does a great job, and they have employees who have been there for decades. Had front end alignment and parts installed. Drives like new.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, I'm still in disbelief on the way we were treated! Was charged double the price, now the vehicle is running worse than it was before having them work on it. Would definitely not recommend giving them any business, unless you're looking to be overcharged, cussed out and having your vehicle in worse shape. Horrible people, with horrible service! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to, to leave this review.

I cannot even express how much I would not recommend this business, they do not even deserve one star. I have been here four times (fourth times the charm, right?) and every single time both the mechanical work and the customer service has been below deplorable. First I took it for a simple tire rotation and of course the man at the front desk convinced me I needed something else done to rack in more money. The second time I needed my windshield wiper transmission replaced and I had to return to get it fixed TWICE in a week because it stopped working. Recently, I dropped my car off on a Monday because of the car dying, the woman at the register was so incredibly rude and condescending and in desperate need to know more than the customer. She informed me that there was one other car in front of me for diagnostic, despite this, it still took them 6 hours to give me a phone call and inform me what was going on with my vehicle. The same lady (this was the only woman I interacted with) confidently informed me that I needed new spark plugs put in and this would fix the problem, great! Cut to the next day when I dared to have the audacity to call about my own vehicle that I had left with them, she informed me that actually that did NOT help, but go ahead and add that $175 to my total, right? Next she said that they were trying a few things to see what would work though they hadn t had time to get around to it.The next day I received no call and no update about my car. Now we are at day 4, I call to ask for an update, HBIC cuts me off (her specialty) and informs me that they have no Updates whatsoever because, surprise surprise, they haven t had any time to get around to it! In FOUR DAYS!! I expressed my surprise at her telling me, for the second time, that they haven t worked on my vehicle, and she instantly told me that I was accusing her of something and that they had plenty of business. She told me that they had spent two hours (again, in four days) working on it and even tried two other things to make it work that they didn t charge me for (put a pin in that, we ll come back to it later) She kindly informed me that, while they hadn t spent time physically working on it because her schedule didn t have time for it, they had spent an awful lot of time thinking about it ...as if that is going to do anyone any good. She then finished her speech by threatening me with the classic if I were you I would seriously think about whether you want to pick this car up now for $175 (the price of the spark plugs) or leave it here and we will keep working on it. This is now four days I have had to scavenge to figure out how to get to work while my car is in their care and they do not even have the decency to update me on their progress or call me and ask if they can add this part to my bill, I can t even call and ask for an update without HBIC snapping at me about how booming their business is. I decided I needed to just pick it up and take it somewhere else, and pay the $175 she had repeatedly told me I would be paying. Cut to when I go to pick it up, and my bill is a whopping $294.11. Why you may ask? She kindly added the price of a timing soldenoid and a 02 sensor that they a)did not ask me if they could put on and b) did nothing to fix the car. She then went on a yelling spree aimed at my father, sister, and sisters baby, complaining on how SHE had never been treated this way before and WE should be ashamed of ourselves. She concluded her monologue of madness by sweetly informing us that the car was not fixed and we probably wouldn t be able to even get it home.Folks, I would seriously, seriously reconsider if you are thinking of using this company, I have never experienced this level of corruption, greediness, and downright hatefulness in my entire life. I am sickened that this company has such good reviews online because it is tricking potential customers into trusting them and opening themselves up to nothing but a scam. But I m sure they make sure to keep the cars they work on coming back for more sooner than expected :)Service: Auto engine diagnostic

WAS WORKING IN THE AREA, FOR 4 MONTHS, FROM UPSTATE N.Y. MY NAVIGATOR HAD SEVERAL THINGS THAT NEEDED FIXING, THEY REPAIRED EVERYTHING, WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED TO SEE MY BILL, SOME OF THE BEST PRICES IVE EVER COME ACROSS, ANY WHERE ELSE WOULD OF COST TRIPLE.. WAS COMPLETED SATISFIED, THEY MAKE U FEEL LIKE FAMILY, AND KEEP U UPDATED ON EVERYTHING DURING THE TIME THEY HAVE YOUR VEHICLE, THEY EVEN PUT GAS IN MY VEHICLE WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF EMPTY , I WISH THEY HAD THEIR BUSINESS IN MY HOMETOWN , I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THEM AS MY MAIN MECHANIC..THANK U

Very short handed right now due to Covid illness, is what I was told. I had a new tire put on a rim there, 2 days later it was done. Great price just be patient for service during the pandemic. Everyone is effected in one way or another! I recommend Campbellsville Firestone.

Crooks, and scammers. I honestly believe they break things when you come in to try and get you to come back. Go in with a brake issue and leave with a bad altenator. Do not get service from these guys.

Was so rude that I had a problem with the windshield wiper motor missing a Bolt told me that I had to reschedule Anne said that I needed to pay $25 just to have it looked at First off was OK with paying the $25 till I figured out what it was I have some mechanical inclination so I decided to look into the problem all it was missing was a boat just a $3 Bolt they wanted to reschedule me for a repair that would have cost $650 in total and then when I went up there to point out their mistake as politely as possible they decided or at least the lady at the front counter decided that her best course of action for me pointing out a flaw was to call me a freak and not let me speak to the owner Brad now I understand she may be co-owner I don't really care but to have a Karen sitting at the counter Ann running your customers off for a valid complaint and then she comes off with I have a business here to run and that I am a freak because I know how to fix my own vehicle was not polite nor professional Anne then preceded to try and call the police on me when I clearly did nothing wrong sadly one star is all that I can give them if I had a choice I would give them no star because of the way that they treated me they treated me like I was a junkie they had walked in off the street and I'm not trying to pull any type of privilege or anything cause I must force they come but $650 just for a part that cost $65 if I was to buy it new from AutoZone or advanced auto or o'reilly's that is low and then to call their customer a freak not right my advice to anybody who has ever took a car there before at one point in time they were OK but they just cost a lot now they want to arm and a leg just to repair a vehicle specially somebody who makes $7.50 an hour talk about scamming on people that don't know anything about vehicles heck people will be up a Creek without a paddle if I didn't have the mechanical knowledge that I already knew from growing up around mechanics this would have made no sense do not recommend utterly wretched service and very disappointing and pathetic you talk about having a good business and you're running a business isn't honesty part of being a good business instead of trying to make the problem worse I understand standing by your mechanics words but if your mechanic didn't even look at the problem and try to say it needed to be a new part when it did not need to be a new part and I'm not hating on the mechanic the mechanic wasn't the one I had the problem it was the person at the front counter who blew up at me for no reason just because I called out a flaw an gave some criticism I didn't really even get to speak and explain what went wrong she ran me out like a bat out of heck but I digress go somewhere else besides this place at that point Broadway tire and auto would have been a better choice not these guys Woods and sons is a better choice on Greensburg road this place Firestone is sad and disappointing and a shell of its former self they used to be good a little expensive but good now it's just awful.Service: Auto engine tuning

Thought this was a good place & I'm not making accusations but every time I'd get one thing fixed here something else that had been working fine would mysteriously break/go wrong. I'd just say buyer beware imo.

Super nice people but every time I leave that place someone else on my car messes up. I ve took it in there 3 times and my car running worse then before I took it.
