They didnt test drive my vehicle after replacing parts. I had to find out on my own when I took of fron their junkyard

Took a truck to randy willis shop to get a diagnosis on some stuff. Was told would get it in few days turned into 2 weeks. Then was told I needed a turbo so I ordered one and it got delayed so I had him order one from local parts house and I paid 892 up front for parts that he stated he ordered. Come Tuesday still no parts have showed up no receipt provided or confirmation he ordered parts. I called autozone and oreilys who he deals with for parts and they stated no turbo had been ordered. So not only did he take my money he lied. Horrible communication. Ended up paying his labor fee and taking truck to another shop to find out his diagnosis wasn't event right to begin with.hes not a mechanic he's a parts guesser. Beware of this shop nothing but issues and lies. Will never step foor in this place again or recommend to my worst friend. This is the biggest joke of auto repair shop I ever seenService: General repairs & maintenance

As a lone female traveler that day, I feel fortunate to have broken down where I did. Stranded in a state not my own, these humans not only fixed my vehicle the day I was towed in but were some of the kindest mechanics (and wife) I've yet to run across in my 42 years. I absolutely recommend this place and you can leave knowing they did their absolute best to get you safely down the road and without ripping you off. Thank you for your kindness and all of your help!

This shop is by far the best in our area. It is owned by down to earth good people that stand by their work and they don't bail on you when things get difficult they will pursue your automotive issues until they are solved and if they aren't equipped to do it they know a shop that is. Their employees are great as well

When I got my SUV back from a water pump job , the coolant was over a quart low, after a rear brake & wheel bearing job on my truck , the lug nuts were loose on one of the rear wheels and vibration was still there. I took it back and they had it for 10 days, when I picked it up , $90 more and still has vibration.
