I want to thank Bill, Thomas and Austin: impeccable service and professionalism. They helped troubleshoot a power issue on my RV and gave some great advice and did some great work. Helped me get my rig back on the road and enjoy my vacation. Highly recommend!

Their repair shop staff were quick to fix a leaking trailer tire. Parking facility was quite big to accommodate many trucks.Their showers had no soap dispenser beside the sink and I have never seen a soap less sink. A photo is attached.

Clean modern Loves. Busy, but plenty of pumps available. Large dog park. Lots of parking for pit stop patrons and weary travelers.Staff are friendly. Store is well stocked and maintained. Variety of food choices from fresh fruit to fast food.Pit stop for a couple of KY post cards for my nephew. Lots available to choose from

Store is clean and staff are great but a standard Love s. Also no WiFi, premium/paid or otherwise, in the lot, it went out 2 weeks ago & there s nothing they can do since it still works in the store, AT&T service is also extremely spotty here.

I stop, at loves Elizabeth town. Gas station 716 five nights a week.For the last week and a 1/2 they have been price Gouging the sign will say one price. The pump will read another. Ive spoke to Janie the night manager she will fix the problem the next day the store manager Jay comes in and changes it back. Ive also dealt with him once and he was seamed very rude. Ive been going there for quite a while and cant beleive they do not take care of the issue. I tried calling but can not seem to get a hold of a person from the main office.I am a loves reward customer...

Micheal you are an exceptional employee thank you for the Kentucky welcome as a female in the trucking industry it hard to trust truck stops but you helped and went beyond to walk me to the shower area thank you. I appreciate the little things. God bless you! Tyler was also amazing helping me with my drink refill and app totally felt welcomed by these two men however I did feel some negative energy from the females working maybe you ladies could be more friendly and welcoming

Very pleased for one fact as of this time ... and it may make you laugh. The toilet paper dispenser in the gents room is NOT placed right at HIP level ... thank God. It is placed higher than that which actually makes our ability to GET the toilet paper easy. At times, other companies or other Love stores have it too low, say at leg level, to easily get to. It's the simple things in life ... like properly placed toilet paper dispensers. And also, the showers were very nice, too.

Last night i was have 2 fruits and one refill coffee, she charge $7.58 when i asked why do you charge me the coffee refill while i have unlimited, diamond refill she told me i don t care pay or spill it. her name is Jeana time was 1:09. that is not way we employee deal with custom. my receipt number

RV review - pretty easy in and out for a 36 foot motorhome with a tow (total 55 feet). Has propane, a dog park, air, Arby's, and room off to the side to park. All right off I24.

My fianc� and I broke down about 10pm at night here and the manager, Eric, was so kind to give us a recommendation to a driver who could help us in the morning to get to different auto body shops (Truck Stop Joe). In the meantime, we needed a way to get to our hotel that night down the road. The worker at the Arby s attached to the Loves offered to give us a ride when he got off of his shift. The level of kindness shown by all of the staff that night was incredible and we are eternally grateful to them all!

First time ever showering at a gas station and it was a good experience. The whole gas station was clean, bathrooms clean, staff was friendly and informational. The showers were hot and very clean, they gave towels and had soap in showers. Each shower room had its own toilet and vanity as well. The only thing I could say needs to be better is the timing on the showers or them being able to text you that shower is available as it just calls number on intercom and then you have ten minutes to get there so your standing around in store waiting on your turn when you could be sitting in your vehicle or outside with your dog at their doggy park!

This Loves seems to be well managed. I received my receipt at the pump. The trash cans were emptied at the gas pumps. The windshield scrubbers had fresh water and soap. The restrooms were clean.

Clean and a friendly staff. Make sure you have the app for a .10 discount on gas. Small dog park and somehow with two signs asking people to pick up after their dogs, old dried up poop is everywhere. Two garbage cans, plenty of poop bags, and people still can t respect others.Like most Love s, this one doesn t disappoint.

The store itself was stocked and neat, though some customers were wearing masks improperly. The bathrooms were spacious and clean, all utilities were motion sensor and in working order.The dog park was another matter. The dog bags were out, so be sure to bring some yourself. The area was FULL of dog poop, literally all over. Disgusting. It was very muddy near the entrance, and the gates were left open, I tried my best to fix them up. There was a gross amount of doo, so PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS! There is a large field area around the fenced in park, I would recommend walking around there instead of using this dog park until they clean up a bit.

Went here for a shower, and the hot & cold are backwards; so I took an ice cold shower. When I mentioned it to the staff, the staff just said "We should probably put up a sign". I'm frustrated bc I just spent $17 to take an ice cold shower.

This Loves boasts of a clean place with friendly service and is stocked with everything you need to keep driving. It is definitely clean and well stocked, and I can't say that everyone wasn't friendly. However, their coke and coke zero were both out. When checking out the woman behind the register was forceful in giving me my total without a greeting at all, and then after I told her the drinks were out, she didn't acknowledge I had said anything. The only reason I know she heard me was because she told the second cashier "I guess I'll go change the drinks out because they are apparently out", again never acknowledging me. I felt the entire encounter with her was rude, but otherwise, the experience was a decent one. I will stop there again if I come back to this area.

This location may be one of the cleanest I ve ever been in. Through the week I m here between 5am-6am each morning and the manager is always outside picking up trash around the parking lot. The customer service has always been great here. It s Love s, it s off the interstate, so like any other store in that prime location, it s a little pricey. The hot food selection isn t the greatest, but there s an Arby s here to compensate for that. The cold food selection is much better than neighboring stores, though.

It was clean and well stocked. There are showers and laundry for long distance travelers. There was free wifi and "premium wifi" starting at $4/4 hours. Arby's is attached and has diningroom seating with many tables offering outlet access to charge your devices. Didn't get any pictures .

Very clean restrooms, cashier was upbeat and friendly. They have dedicated RV parking in the main parking lot. Great place to get off the road and grab a bite to eat (there's an Arby's inside) and stretch your legs for a bit.

Never left a google review for a gas station before today. From the restaurant to the gas station, you can tell the staff here are a team. Working well together, presenting care in their action, and great attitudes all around. Short but sweet visit.I hope that district management encourages and fosters this current team environment, because I believe this is a Loves worth returning to.

One of those loves if you are rolling at night and getting your sleep at the day. Because you won't get much sleep at night. Bright lights coming from shop constant traffic tight spots. It is what it is. Beats driving tired. The staff do a great job taking care of everything.. but shame on us drivers.. the amount of trash Is incredible and I wonder why everyone hates us drivers

If I could give the Love's truck stop the shop a negative five stars I would all I need him to do is check the lights on my trailer and there's three people standing behind the counter not doing anything but they can come out in the parking lot and work on other trucks I hope I never have to come to this one again

Time to stop and play ball!Nice smaller but mostly grassy dog park! Its nice when other's clean up after their pups! Clean park and easy in and out for larger RVs.Bought fuel here too....Nice clean place!Squeege for tall windows actually worked perfectly not like some others !( Lol. Just a silly pet peeve!)Stopped here Feb 28th 2023. 1 pm.We'll be back on our return trip!Thanks Loves Crew!

Nothing wrong with the Love s. There s is no AT&T internet there. I planned on parking overnight but instead I took a shower and went to Hucks instead.

Stopped for gas in $21 in gas in October. They did a pending charge of $175, which my credit card company tagged as a stolen card & shut my card down. When I called and spoke to the manager Brad Burken, he told me that was normal for Love's to do. They charge the max allowed by the card used. Since this shut down my card, when I stopped for gas again, it would not allow me to use. Had I not had an additional card to use or cash, I would be stuck. I will never use Love's or any other companies associated with Love's and have also told everyone I know to only use Love's at their own risk. I can old assume that had I used a debit card, they would have taken $175 out of my account and for anyone who doesn't have the amount they charge in their account, it would also include overdraft charges. Want to give everyone fair warning. Buy from Love's at your own risk.

I have never found a Loves I didn't like and I travel all across the US for work. It's always nice to see consistency across a company especially one as big as Loves.
