It's my first choice for auto repair. Reasonably priced. Friendly. They do what needs to be done but don't try to push for unnecessary repairs just to up the price.

I took my car to Mikes who was recommended by a good friend- Mike is so Personal and Professional, He took care of all of my mechanical problems which I am very satisfied- I am so glad I finally found a mechanic close to my home that I can trust

They assessed the state of my vehicle prior to a month-long trip out west and recommended the bare minimum- a belt replacement and new rear shocks. After 6,000 mi on an my 2008 4Runner, I can say that I had absolutely no problems with it. It. They are my new preferred mechanic in the Northern Kentucky area!

Roadside told me my alternator needed replaced. Mike tested and found it was only a battery failure. His team could have charged me double, but only did the necessary fix and for a good price. He is an honest, nice Man.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I needed a rear bearing replaced on my 2012 Mustang last minute. They had started and finished the same day, at extremely competitive prices! I will be back again. I highly recommend Mike's Garage to the community.

You want to talk about a place that will go above and beyond, well here it is. I needed a new trans for my explorer and after making probably 20 calls to find one came up short. Mike made a bunch of calls for me too and found me a trans and did the swap. I got a good price for the trans and a good price for the swap labor. He was always available to answer my questions amd did more than anyone else in the area to help me out. I won't bother taking my vehicle anywhere else in the future

Found my go-to hometown garage. Called to schedule a front/rear brake service on one of our Toyotas, dropped off the car the night before using the after hours key drop box, service was done by end of next day. Quality parts, communication, and service, Mike and his team do great work.

Mikes is a rare find. He is working on my sons Chevy Cruze. He s had to look at it a few additional times to get things right and has gotten him in right away. Today he identified a leak. Didn t charge me labor and stayed 4 hours late to finish the job so my son had his car for college in the morning. I can t say enough about this guy and his team. What a great shop. Fair prices and customer service are top notch. Thanks Mikes Garage for everything!

Mike just worked on our 2005 Ford Truck. Before we met Mike, we had taken it to three other mechanics who were unable to find and fix the problem. Mike found the problem immediately, and it runs perfectly. He is an honest businessman with the highest of integrity. His skills and prices are excellent. We will be taking all our vehicles to Mike and have recommended him to our family and friends.

This shop is amazing and full of great people and techs. I was out of town and blew an oil coolant line on a holiday weekend, Mike and his guys were kind enough to get me in and fix the issue so that I could make the 6 hour trip home the next day. I cannot say enough of how great full I am and how awesome these guys are. Pricing was amazing as well, I was treated very fairly even though I had messed up their schedule. Very impressed. My Honda Odyssey has had jerky acceleration for over a year. It has been getting worse. I ve had it to two different shops before bringing it here. Three different diagnoses. The first fix did nothing to fix it.The last diagnoses was that I needed a new transmission. After hearing several referrals through word of mouth for this place, I decided to bring it here last week.My 3-4 thousand dollar transmission job was correctly re diagnosed as an air filter and transmission fluid exchange that cost me very little. They also looked at the rest of my car, fixed a low brake fluid problem for me without charging me. My car is running like new. What a relief! I couldn t be happier.Service: Transmission

Mike's Garage was very helpful and patient with me. I had the engine blow on my 2014 Chevy Equinox and needed some time to research and decide whether to fix it or not. After about a week I decided to fix it. Mike's Garage was about half the price of the dealer and lower than most other shops. They answered my many questions and never made me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided to go ahead with the repair, they were much quicker than I expected! I picked the car up and unfortunately had another issue. They quickly got the car in and fixed it with no additional charges. I feel that they are trustworthy and honest and I'm grateful for their help! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This is a great shop. Both my vehicles get services here. Mike is always very straight forward and honest. There is usually a wait of a few days to get in to an appointment, but don't let this send you elsewhere. It is worth the wait. His prices have always come in under his competition and the job is always done right. I've also sent most of my friends his way with never a complaint.

Finally a trustworthy car mechanics shop. Took my daughters car there for a front end issue thinking it was going to be wheel bearings, they took it out tested it and found that the lug nuts were just loose. They tightened them up and charged a minimal price. There is no waiting for a vehicle repair, but price and service are great.

Mike not only does a great job on vehicles, but he will always give you great advice. I have been taking my vehicles there for a few years now, and recently got a car inspected that I thought about buying. After inspection he noticed it had a mildew smell on it, along with some other issues. He told me to be careful about buying it, and even printed out another listing in the area for a similar price that was certified. I will continue using Mike's Garage. Great service, and more importantly a great owner.

Recently had a motor put into my Jeep Cherokee through Mike's Garage and they were by far the most reasonable on the cost! Not only that but they do amazing work and are very ethical. I used to use Steeles automotive in Burlington but i have switched to Mike's and will stay with them for all my vehicle needs. Mike the owner is also an awesome dude! I Highly recommend their service!

OK. So Mike's Garage was recommended to me by a friend who works for a car dealership, and is someone I trust. The repair I needed was a rear sub-frame replacement for a 2005 Kia Sportage. Without going into excessive details, in which I could tell you why Mike's Garage is THE BEST auto service business I have EVER done business with in over 40 years and why I wish I could give 6 stars instead of 5, let me just point out the essentials:1) Very fair price on the part and work; Mike worked very hard to get the right part, in good condition and at the best price. He was very forthcoming and communicative with me for the entire length of the job and beyond.2) Based on the extensive labor that needed to be done for this job, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price range; a minimum should it all be straightforward, and a maximum should any underlying issues arise. The dollar range was only a couple hundred, so not a concern there. Mike not only stayed within the range he said, he was able to offer the lower end of the estimate.3) The vehicle rides like it's on rails now that the work is done, and my wife could not be happier with it. I am happy because my wife's vehicle is safe to drive again.4) The car was in the shop for about 2 weeks. However, this was due mainly to getting the parts shipped to his business, and with the current issues out there with COVID and the like, this was a very reasonable time frame expectation. Since that time, I've called Mike with a couple of additional questions, and he is so willing to share his time and honest insight. I never felt in any stage of our business together that I was imposing, quite the contrary.In summary, fair value, excellent work and honoring commitments: I couldn't have asked for better. Indeed, having dealt with automotive repair shops from the mid-west to the east coast in my time, I have run the gauntlet of bad and good. Mike's Garage is the most pleasant surprise I've come across in a very, very long time. It will be, without question, the go-to repair shop for all of our vehicles from now on. I keenly recommend Mike's to anyone who is looking for quality work, fair prices and a genuinely honest person to do business with.The only unexpected expense I was hit with was the $20.00 I have to spend on a case of beer to thank my friend for recommending Mike's!!!

We have been taking our vehicles to Mike's (Carroll's) for years. Mike Kearns (the owner) is very knowledgeable in addition to being polite & his prices are very fair. The work is always done correctly, quickly & on time. Mike will continue to get our business.
