Phenomenal Service! I was locked out of my vehicle, found Mickey s Towing online and called. Elysia answered my call and quoted me a fair price. Didn't give a 1 star review because the place was professional. Reason for the low score? They charged me $15 for a debit card fee without telling me. As you can tell from the receipt, it was $300 total for one day. I used my debit card. The lady punched everything into her card reader and even hit the accept button. Later that day I checked my bank account and it read $315. That tells me they charge you an extra $15 just to use a debit or credit card instead of paying with cash. So unless you want to fork up another $15, go to an ATM and pay with cash. Personally, it feels like deceptive marketing to not tell your customer ahead of time that using a card will require an extra $15 on top of the already high tow and impound bill for one day. Honesty goes a long way guys.

This company is dishonest, employes liars, and is not trustworthy. Almost any other other choice has to be better than this company. I hope you find a better option for your needs because this company is not it. They're practices are harmful and from dealing with I have been harmed and will decide what actions, legal or otherwise, to take next.
