There really isn t anything quality about this hotel.It s very cheaply designed.The rooms are extremely outdated, the breakfast isn t anything fancy. They do have delicious biscuits and gravy but it honestly throws me off that they keep the gravy in a crock pot. I ve never seen that before at any hotel I ve ever stayed at.The pool is small and not warm. The halls smell like a dirty apartment and there was never any hot water for showers. The only real good thing about this hotel would be the comfortable beds.All in all, I wish I would have booked a different hotel, but it s too late now. I just know I won t return to this location.

We just booked in and got in are room and 10 mins later my baby girl had a bed bug on here. So I had all the kids get up and we seen 3 more under the sheets. I don't not recommend to stay here. Then we went to the Hilton hotel and talked to them about it and the lady said they have know about the bugs. I will be contacting my lawyer on this issue. Only reason I ranked at all is it would not allow me to rate 0. I'm am very upset. I just hope I did not leave with any on are stuff. The place is very dirty as well.

The staff was very helpful and the prices are better than any nice hotel with a indoor pool. If staying in brooks this is the hotel that you want to stay!Rooms: Nice suites with two rooms

Friendly staff. Filthy rooms. I was concerned that the room was dirty when I first entered the bathroom and saw hair and dirt and residue being the door. The tile looked like it hadn t been cleaned. I used a washcloth to see the filth. There were coffee spill stains on the wall next to the mirror. In the main room, it was clear that the carpet had only been vacuumed along the walking path not under the desk or chair or trash can. It also appears that a soda had exploded all across the wall by the desk and not cleaned.Breakfast is very lacking.

Rooms were very small. Shower was good. Coffee in the room was horrid. Check in person very nice and funny. Had to move microwave to plug in coffee and housekeeping had not cleaned under microwave for months. Won't stay here again. Needs to be refurbished.Walkability: Several restaurants close by.

It was ok. The coffee amenities are in the bathroom which is weird. The walls were dirty with splashes of coffee or soda running down the wall. Housekeeping needs to step it up because cleanliness is atrocious. 2 stars because the front office lady was very nice but the room was not clean.

The rooms really need updated. They were clean, for the most part, but everything looked old. The couch really needs replaced, it was filthy! The room is spacious and has a separate bedroom area that has a door between bedroom and livingroom area. Bed was comfortable enough. Breakfast area was okay, other than a broken toaster. Can make a waffle, have cereal, or sausage geavy and biscuit. The only fruit offered was an apple. It's good enough for a quick stop. It was a reasonable price and good location.

First room we were put in smelt of smoke/mildew and since I had a baby with me i immediately requested a relocation. The staff had no hesitation moving us when asked. The second room was also not the cleanest or freshest but it was 330 am so at that point I was just ready to sleep. The halls we re quiet, slept soundly until 9. Breakfast has decent options andseems pretty clean and well kept.Overall: not the cleanest but I didn t see any bugs Good service and decent breakfast

The room was ok and looked clean. It couldn't have been very clean because someone left a taco in the microwave so I know the microwave wasn't cleaned out. The rest of the room did appear clean though. This hotel offers breakfast if that's what you want to call some cereal and a bagel breakfast. Very disappointing to say the least. They do have an indoor pool but honestly I don't know why anyone would want to get in it. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the first step and the water looked like it was very thick so my family steered clear of that disgusting water. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable for the stay. I will check around for pricing at the other hotels next door to Quality Inn before using this hotel again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, we had checked in Friday night with a young man who was very nice and accommodating!Breakfast was great too!Definitely good location. Right off the highway.Rooms: Our room was nice and clean, no bugs, sheets were very soft, bed was comfortable, loved the blanket, it was so soft!Safety: Definitely didn't seem to be an issueFood & drinks: Very well set up, coffee was fresh and hot!

Room was not clean. The remote had something all over it. The bedding was stained. There was something sticky on the night stand. It obviously hadn t been vacuumed in a while. There was toilet paper shoved in the peep holes because they were broken. Breakfast was not stocked well at all. 2/10 would definitely not stay again.

No hot water to take a shower and room was a mess as well as the battery was removed from the rooms fire alarm. When guest services was notified about no hot water they moved me to a different room because they thought it was room specific (?). The other room was even in worse shape and of course no hot water. When I called guest services they stated that their boiler was down but they said that I can still shower even though it was cold. I ended up having a debate with guest services about getting a refund because I was already checked in. Ended up packing and leaving for an other hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. We had a hot tub in the room. That was very nice. The swimming pool was small but nice. The fitness room was small but nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. It's a good thing I don't eat breakfast though because it did not look good.

The staff was competent. The room was spacious and updated, and the bed was comfortable. Room temperature was hard to regulate, and the 3rd floor non-smoking room and wing smelled like smoke--which was my biggest complaint. The shower was good. Breakfast included waffles, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs. The bananas we're too green, and the yogurt was frozen solid. For the price, the overall experience was OK.

Cleaning the room involves more than changing sheets. There was vomit on the floor. Some liquid all over the wall above one of the beds. A used tissue in the corner since the only thing cleaned was the sheets. Smelled horrible. Got in around midnight and the front desk clerk had no clue. No use in complaining. And the breakfast is a joke. Go elsewhere. 3 hotels right next to each other. Stay at the others.

Did not stay. Had reservation to arrive after 3pm on a Fri since was arriving on Sat early by 7am. The man at front desk who seemed to be from India refused our stay. Says reservation got canceled and should have arrived by 4am. I asked if could check availability and willing to pay for another reservation.said no have to wait until 3pm that Saturday. We were tired with my 3 small children driving from out of state. He was so rude and no empathy

The smell is nearly unbearable. I have no idea what it is (?curry or some spice) but it permeates the room. I opened a window and ran the fan and still feel like the scent is clinging to my body and contents of my suitcase. We are here to go to a bucket list event and all I can imagine is that our entire family will reek of this unknown spice scent. I knew this wasn t a Renaissance or higher end chain when we booked but hugely disappointed. No quality at this Quality Inn!

Upon immediate entry, the whole lobby is under construction (March 2022). There's a lingering smell of mold and mildew as soon as you walk into the lobby. The smell is from their pool, which I was told by the front desk that they do NOT use chlorine. This isn't a saltwater pool, so I'm really perturbed as to what chemicals they are putting in said pool to keep it up to code.A week and about 20 showers and loads of laundry later, I STILL cannot get the mold/mildew smell out of my daughter's hair. It's permeated thru all of her clothes and laundry she brought to the hotel. But not oneLobby staff was never accommodating when asking for the owner, as this isn't a corporate location and is privately owned.Bathroom was filthy. Room smelled of weed and cigarettes despite there being a very large no-smoking sign on every room door.10/10 don't recommend ANYONE staying at this location.
