I called this local business to get an idea of how much they charge to put an alternator in my SUV and how soon they could get to it. I am not an existing customer but I live in the Brooks area and thought I would use a local business. They told me they are not accepting new customers and even if I were an existing customer that they are booked a month out. OMG...really? I have heard of physicians not accepting new patients but a business turning away a new customer? IDK? I won't try again, I guess they have all the customers they need.

These people were awesome to me! My broke down car showed up before I had a chance to let them know that it was even coming. When I called, Teresa was so nice, she assured me that I was in good hands and they would get to it ASAP and let me know what was wrong with my vehicle. They called me the very next day with the issue and didn't charge me a dime for the diagnosis. I definitely found my new mechanic shop for any future needs! Thank u Teresa!!!!!!!

I always feel great bringing my car here to get it serviced. I trust the work being done will be complete and the service will be of high quality. I am also encouraged that they so such good work at reasonable to low costs. I recommend them to anyone having vehicle issues that need quality service.

Very great full service auto mechanic! I've taken my vehicles to them since they opened. They have been honestly the best auto service I've had and I refer everyone I know that it's owners are so great! I really appreciate them for the help and service they have provided me and my son! Highly recommend them for anyone's mechanical needs!

We were driving from Tennessee to Ohio in a snowstorm March 21, and our car started acting up. We got off the highway, found this shop on the internet, and just barely made it there before we stalled. The folks couldn't have been nicer, looked at our car right away, found the problem, and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Two weeks later, the car's running great. They turned a potential nightmare into a very lucky day for us. Cheers!

I am very glad I found this shop in my neighborhood. They are much more reasonable than taking my car to, say, Ken Towery, and the service I received was impeccable.They are also very friendly and stand four-square behind their work!

Took my truck and had some pulley and belt work done. Was completed quick and the people are very polite. Price was also well below what I expected. Great place, will be back for any future work needed.

I had my camry towed to his place after a local shop (that I can walk to) couldn't find the problem. He had it for three weeks, but the email I sent said that time wasn't a problem because I had a loaner car. I picked it up today, whirring like it hasn't in a long time.For all of you who needed your repairs expedited for the holidays and may have jumped me in line, I waited. I'm glad I did. Not only does Jerry do good work but Theresa in the office is a sweatheart, and the dog, Ammo, wouldn't let me stop the butt scratchins.

This is a family owned business. Jerry and Teresa have run this place for a long time and are very trustworthy and reliable and if they say something is wrong it is and they will make sure your car is in perfect working order. I highly recommend them.

Dropped off my diesel truck to have my glow plugs replaced since the truck would not start in temps below 50 degrees. They said they tested the glow plugs and they were good. They said my power train control module (PCM) was bad. They refused to touch the glow plugs or any other components until I replaced the PCM. CCARS charged me for the labor and testing . I replaced the glow plugs myself and now the truck starts just fine. I took the truck to percision diesel repair in Shepherdsville to look at the PCM and they tested the PCM and showed me nothing was wrong with it. Frustrating to say the least.

This place was awesome! We were on a road trip and our A.C. went out. We didn't expect them to have the car fixed so fast! Definitely a pleasant surprise.

I like then they are cheap and close for me. Don't know about going back for a oil change though. They left my in laws oil filter lose in their car

They refused to work on my truck because of a imtox a lock on it. I told them I had brand new mouth pieces too.
