Came in there July 25 around 3 oclock, these two girls where working one was ringing me up she was nice but had no idea what was going on, I assume she was new, and the one behind her skinny brown hair kinda older just sat back with her arms crossed with a sour look on her face and the way she was speaking to me was just rude someone who doesn t need to be working costumer service. Also should do something about the crowd of overweight men hanging out behind the counter if they don t work there they might have had something to do with her sour look. Wish I could say this was only a one time thing but it s happened on multiple occasions I Use to love filling the boat up and shopping for fishing gear, but now after this visit and previous I will not be coming back and neither will my family and friends.

Need to be up front and tell people that you charge $2 for the bag and $2 for the oxygen on your bait BRING A BUCKET AND SAVE $4!!!

I'm new to fishing and an older gentleman behind the counter helped me with finding baits, spooled my reel and gave a few pointers. Great service.

These guys and gals are first class knowledge about the lake will give you great information about lake conditions and stop in early morning they have an awesome tenderloin slider

my brother and I found this bait shop and the staff was so friendly and helpful, their selection of fishing tackle was amazing and the prices were reasonable I have been back twice and have told all my friends about it I'm from Nicholasville in Jessamine county but it is worth the trip great store

I have visited Somerset a number of times from the UK and Greg and his team have been excellent in every way. I am used to sea fishing for mackerel, pollock and Cod in the irish sea and not fresh water. They have spent time in discussing the best methods of fishing on lake Cumberlad and ensuring that the rods, lures and baits get results. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service! Called to see if they had what I was looking for. Was told they were to busy and could I call back later in the day. Ordered the part from Cabelas instead.
