So far I have only used their service department and storage. Both are excellent as well as the staff! Very helpful with any questions you may have. I am new to the area and was trying to find a company I could trust. So glad I found Hilltop Marine.

We took our little tri-toon to HillTop to get year end service. We had an excellent experience. Great communication and pricing. Real easy to work with. Thanks for everyone involved!

Our family couldn't have asked for a better 1st time buyingexperience! The entire staff at Hilltop was very helpful, walking us through the purchasing process from beginning to end, and they were awesome with showing us everything we needed to know about the boat operation during the water test. On top of that, they remained much more patient than I assume most places would have as we worked through a few unforeseen snags (due to the distance from where we live); even working after hours to help us complete the purchase. I will definitely be recommending Hilltop Marine to anyone and everyone we know looking to purchase a boat!A million thanks to the entire crew - you're the best!!

Not sure how to express our thanks. Hilltop rebuilt our pontoon as a result of a major warranty issue with the anodized aluminum. With Hilltop's support the manufacturer accepted responbility. Hilltop did a PERFECT job of fixing the boat. This was not an easy job. Many hours of work. It was done perfectly. A lot of dealership support here. Drove 14 hrs to pick up our Manitou. Allen and everyone there did everything they could to make the our experience a great one. From having the boat ready to water test, to getting it ready for the long trip home to NY everything was great. Thank you!

My family was a 10+ yr customer of Hilltop Marine including purchase of 2 Formulas; all services; and storage of boats. What drew us to Hilltop was a family-like experience including personable interaction with owner David Hulett, his family, and all his staff. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. In the brokerage of our boat, the buyer and friend of ours, contacted Hilltop 1st inquiring if the boat of interest was ours, Ohana. Once confirmed, buyer reached out that day and inquired and negotiated direct with us prior to visiting Hilltop. Hilltop qualified this inquiry as an existing customer translating to a 2.5% increase in commission. Long positive customer relations compromised for $3400. Unethical and desperate David!

I am 69 years old and I have worked with many companies and many employers including the ownership of my own marine sales and service center. I must say, since I have joined Hilltop Marine it has been an exemplary experience. From new and used boat sales to rea lprofessional caring boat repair service to back office operations, I have never seen an organization that is more customer focused, more concerned about fairness, more emphasis on creating a positive experience for customers and employees, more focused on quality than Hilltop Marine. This is a real group a-fish-ionados when it comes to boats. David in particular has an affable demeanor that warms the soul. If you go anywhere else for any boat-related services, you ll surely spend the rest of your days tasting the bitter wine of regret.
