Early this morning, we had the joy of experiencing two flat tires during our nightly travels. After being stranded for hours in the dark, my family was never so happy to see a tow truck! Luckily, Mr. Emery was professional, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. He saved the day for my family!!!

Emery's towing and mechanic shop are really good. They seem to be very knowledgeable, very good customer service. I have had several problems with my vehicle and know people that have gone to them all is good. Thumbs up EMERY'S TOWING

Awesome people. I never got around to doing a review from back in February 2020. My daughter totaled her car in a late night accident and this company was awesome, kind, personable, friendly, easy contact and went above and beyond. They made such a bad situation seem comfortingAlso had to call them in October 2020 due to an issue with our car to try and get it to a mechanics. They showed up at my husbands work and when he explained what happened they seemed to know what was wrong and offered to go get the part and replace it there on the spot ! It is so comforting to know that there are people like this that don t make you feel like you are inconveniencing them !!! Highly recommendedService: Car towing

Ive have used this company twice. Very fast service and super friendly. Once on a Sunday afternoon in extreme heat and the other late on a Friday night. I was very given advice on other local services. Im not from around here and helping my father out short term. We both agree that this is our tow company from now on. Yall should definitely use em! Tommy was an amazing help! He was patient and also very hospitable. Made us feel as if he was a friend of our family. I needed a mechanic on a Saturday and just my luck everyone was closed. Tommie helped find a mechanic and even though my problem couldn t be fixed that day, he towed us to a local hotel near the mechanic. I d recommend Tommie to any and everyone! I called Emery s towing to have my car towed to get worked on. They showed up within less than 10 minutes of calling. They hooked up my car to the wrecker within a couple minutes and had it locked down like Fort Knox. I honestly thought my tow bill would have been a lot more than what they charged. Was extremely happy with the service they provided.

Today was a bad day but it was made a whole lot better by Tommy and his son. In a torrential rain, we hydroplaned, hit the concrete barrier on the left, spun twice, hit the end of the guard rail on the right and slid down a grassy area to hit a tree. Fortunately, we were both ok. The extremely nice Rock Castle Sheriff officers called Emery's Towing for us. They were kind to give accurate, professional advice, drop us at a hotel near the rental car company that could help us in the morning. They even helped us carry our belongings from the crumpled car to the hotel entry in the continuing torrent. We can't thank them enough for everything they did. You can't go wrong with Emery's Towing.

Tommy is the man when it comes to saving your butt from a roadside issue. Good, honest guy that will keep your best interests in mind. He gave great advice, was very careful with our vehicles and made a bad situation fun. Never thought a tow ride would provide so many laughs, we appreciate the good humor and excellent service. Amazing service and priced lower than local competitors. Tom picked my friend and I up on 75 North when the Jeep overheated. He towed us to a local car wash so we could hose off the mud from the radiator and coolers. He left us hooked up at no charge and lifted the Jeep for us and helped a lot. He stayed with us until we were sure the Jeep was fixed.What a great guy and a true credit to his profession. Id give 10 stars but Google limits me to 5.

Couldn't have asked for better service. We broke down just south of Berea Ky on I-75 northbound. I called and asked if they had the means to tow a suburban and a 23' boat and take 4 people and 2 large dogs all at once. He said no problem at all. Was to us in about 20-25 mins. Loaded the family into the wrecker. Put the Suburban on the flatbed and hooked the boat up to the wrecker. Took us to the hotel so we could get the family checked in. Took me and the truck to the shop to drop it off. Then took me to Walmart to get food for our dogs since we didn't have any with us. This is the what a great company is. He could have charged me double for everything he did for us tonight but he's not just a business man he's also someone that's fair and has empathy for people. I would recommend this company 100 times over. You cant go wrong with Emery's Towing. Thanks again for everything you did for my family and I. Its greatly appreciated.

Cannot thank Emery's enough for how amazing they are. We were in a severe car accident around midnight/1am on the 21st. The sheriff or the fire department called Emery's to come get my car out of the woods/storm run off... whatever it was in that I am sure was a pain to get it out of in the middle of the night. They gave me and my family a ride to the Berea Walmart for my mom to come pick us up since we are from Richmond. Treated us like family. Provided a car seat for my toddler since ours was goner, helped us get the rest of our stuff out of the car and genuinely showed care and concern regarding our injuries. As a very young women who has kids in the car as well as her husband it was the scariest night of my life. I would have been 100% taken care of and felt completely at ease even if my husband had not been there. Thank you all again for everything you did! We are forever grateful!

I was stranded on 461 with a flat tire. The lugs were on so sight that i could not get them off. I called other towing companies and they were just going to rip me off and most refused to come. Emerys came and took care of the issue at a reasonable price. Thank you so very much for getting home.Curt McConniel

This towing service is a fraud, he impounded my vehicle and sold it without my permission and title. Has done several other people the same way. So I wouldn't have him tow my bicycle.
