They always go above & beyond for me. If they don t have a part for my vehicle, they call around until they can find it & go pick it up for me. I m always given the best discounts & am treated with kindness. It usually takes a while, but that s probably just cause my car is difficult, but I don t mind the wait because they are so nice & are always so apologetic for my wait!!

This place offered me full service at no extra charge. Went in for a routine oil change. They not only changed my oil but they also changed my air filter and topped off the engine coolant and windshield wiper fluid along with an inspection of my headlights and tire pressure. These people go above and beyond!

Pulled up and had to wait maybe 15 minutes to get in, they even was going to pull me into the opposite lane when it opened first but I just waited. I had a drain plug that the last place had put on way to tight and I couldn't get it off. I bought a new drain plug and they were able to get the old one off, change the oil and replace it with the next plug. Even with the initial wait I wasn't there that long, 45 minutes tops. Nice staff

Valvoline is the best due to they are so nice and they go out of their way to help you in anyway possible! I would recommend anyone that needs help to go to them.

Overpriced but I keep going there for some reason. I feel confident they know what their doing & its pretty quick. I like being able to stay in my car.

Service was efficient. Technicians were skilled and knowledgeable. The cameras that show you the underneath and back of your vehicle while they work, were actually working! I'll go back there.

Clean, courteous, and efficient. I m a repeat customer with two vehicles and I appreciate the courteous service I receive. Whether it s just an oil change and/or tire rotation, the folks there are always great to deal with.

These guys, and young lady, Jessica, are absolutely wonderful! While I was there, they handled an angry customer with grace and dignity. They even apologized to me for being witness to it, but, it won't change where I take my car! Ricky and all the staff were so friendly and courteous! Great job guys! I m always nervous to drive on the ramp when getting my oil changed but Ricky and the whole staff was very nice and didn t make me feel bad when I took a minute to get it right lmao. Went to get my oil changed in my 2020 Silverado Diesel pickup. Was told that it takes a premium oil filter and they needed to order it. It will arrive in two days so was told to return which we did. Upon arrival in two days was told filter not here please return in five more days. They wasted our time making two trips. No apologies. Will never return. Going to my dealer for the oil change.Service: Oil change

Worst customer service ever!!! I pulled up to have my oil changed and sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence. A truck full of men pulled up next to me and within 2 minutes an employee walked out to address them. After speaking and laughing with the man in the truck for at least 5 minutes the employee walks back into the building. I sat for another 2 minutes and then reluctantly the same employee walks outside to address me. He asked me if I wanted to get my oil changed today and I politely declined. I told him that my intentions were to have my oil changed but after the total disrespect and rudeness that had just occurred I will be taking my business elsewhere today. He was not the manager, however there was no way the manager could have missed what was going on, after all the manager never sent anyone out or even walked outside to address me either. Simply put this happen because I am a woman and that is absolutely ridiculous and absurd!! Seems as if new management is needed and maybe new employees as well. You do not treat customers that way. Or any person that way, for that matter.

Never disappoints, these guys and gals go above and beyond customer service. Always a delight!!! They work hard, perform at %100 and all with a smile on their faces. They do all the checks and suggest replacements of needed, but are never pushy or sales pitchy. Thanks ya'll again...another satisfied customer

Everyone at this location are wonderful. The teamwork is amazing and quick. While one person changes the car oil from beneath the car, others check the levels of the fluids in other parts of the car engine. What I really like is that everything is really checked, topped off, and changed. The receipt always contains recommendations for future service. Thank you for your professionalism!

On my vacation my AC wasnt working. I seen the sign by the road saying AC service so I stopped. I met Darrell, his customer service was excellent. He was patient and thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. He didnt seem annoyed with me at all. As a women who doesnt understand things like this it means alot when you feel like you've met someone who's has integrity and honesty when doing a job on things I dont understand. Which puts me in a vulnerable spot for people to take advantage. He was upfront on what he could help with and what he couldn't. He was transparent with the prices and policies and explained the pros and cons of my options and held no pressure over me about my decision. He also came to me multiple times throughout the process to explain exactly what was going on and what to expect next. He also explain why things were being done. Which I loved. i didnt feel like he threw me in a room and forgot about me. He made me feel very much involved. Thank you Darrell!

Great people, friendly, nice, helpful, they explain things thoroughly. The only fault I could find is they try extremely hard, probably because they are told they have to, to up sell things. I appreciate the military discount and the time they save me not having to do this myself.

Getting an oil change should not be an unpleasant experience and it is definitely not at the Valvoline Oil Change shop in Brandenburg, Ky. The staff is very efficient and knowledgeable. They provide a fast and efficient service and will provide you with lots of information regarding services available without that pressured feeling. I am really pleased and will continue to use the services they provide.

Ricky and staff are awesome!After pulling in (in a vehicle we bought this weekend), it wouldn t restart when they went to do the light/wiper check.After many many trouble shooting attempts, we were able to get it started, and proceed with the oil change.When we went to start for the oil pressure check, I ran out of gas (seems E is 1/2 hair before E). I walked across the road to circle K and purchased a gas can and gas. Then back to valvoline.Due to company policy, we could not add gas inside the building, so the guys then attempted to push my vehicle outside the bay doors. One of the calipers was stuck, making this task 100x s harder then it should be.Lost story short, Ricky and guys will go above and beyond on a Monday morning and do it with a smile on their face and while cracking jokes! They have earned loyal customers, but I will be sending my husband in with the other two vehicles!
