Ray's is awesome! They have the best of both worlds: a small dealer vibe with friendly folks, and a big selection with competitive pricing. The dealership made my car-buying decision so easy and stress free. I saw the car I liked on a Friday and drive away with it the following Monday! Easy as pie!In every step of the short and simple process I felt no pressure or stress. They did everything they could to make the experience pleasant and were willing to work with me every step of the way. I seriously recommend checking out Ray's Ford if you are in the Brandenburg area. Ask for Joetta - she's great to work with .6/5 Stars if I could!

Shout out the the great team at Ray's in Brandenburg, KY! Keith was a great sales person, very respectful and not pushy, made the process fast and easy. This is my first car that I ve gotten with Ray s Ford!! Which I ve now had for 5 years! My family has been doing business with them for years and years!! I will never go anywhere else to purchase another vehicle, nor will I take my car anywhere else to get worked on! When you walk in those doors, you feel like a part of the family!! You can trust them to get you the best rates when purchasing. You can trust the service department when they say something is wrong with your car that you didn t expect!! Make sure to check them out for future vehicles!!

Bought a vehicle in October and they were excellent. Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they were super kind. This was my first vehicle from this lot and so far I m impressed. Keith Barton sold me the car and has been excellent with anything I needed going forward as far as questions about my car. Thanks again!

The service department is wonderful and a BIG shout out to the person at the desk. You are super helpful and friendly. Thank you for that. My Van was having issues and I brought it here to be fixed. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The part took awhile to get there but that wasn't their fault. They kept me informed about it through phone calls and I wasn't worried at all leaving it with them. I picked up my van today. It's running great. Thank you guys!

Very disappointed in the Service Department. Waited a couple weeks for a scheduled appointment to look into some warranty related issues. (That part is fine). Dropped vehicle off on scheduled day and was advised that by end of day possibly next they would be able to advise me on what was going on. We'll four days later and no call, text or email I called them to see what was going on. Turns out my Truck was still sitting in the same spot outside and had not been looked at. I was advised by the representative that the two key fob replacements I originally requested would not be covered by my Warranty according to the mechanic. I advised her that I read my warranty and I know it is covered. She went back to the mechanic to verify and the mechanic told her, Oh I must have missed that part but advise him that they will only be replaced if they are faulty and he will need to test them. I again advised the representative that is not what my warranty says. I can get up to three key fobs weather broken, lost or stolen with a max benefit of 600.00. Anyway on day five went there in person and told them I was picking up my vehicle. They brought it into the bay performed a tire rotation and apparently a quick look at the other issues but did not fix anything and put my Truck back in the parking lot? Really? No keys ordered, no warranty issues rectified, so no will need to schedule another appointment at a different Ram dealership to get my issues resolved. No loaner vehicles here either. Thanks so much for the 138.00 dollar charge for a five day tire rotation...Never again.

I took my Ram in for a warranty issue and they had to order the parts. While they were waiting on the parts, they noticed a recall and immediately took care of it and called to let me know and that the parts were on order. Definitely professional and courteous. I would and will definitely trust them with my business in the future. This was my first time ever experience at Ray s.

New to the area, had breakdown on our F-150 and decided to give Ray s Ford a chance. Couldn t be happier. Everyone we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue at a reasonable cost, even checked and repaired a manufacture recall item. Definitely our new go to for automotive needs.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Parts department gave me a great price on new tires. The service writers (Charlie's Angels), were extremely knowledgeable and took great care of me. All people that worked on my car were second to none! Great crew and great dealership. Will be back as they treat us like family.

Thank you Ray's Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for servicing our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica with a check engine light for Low Oil Pressure, after determining that the issue was not a sensor, a simple mistake made by another dealership was determined. The wrong oil filter was used to trigger the check engine light. Ray's Ford took care of the filter. My mistake was trying to utilize so many other shops and dealerships to identify the issue. It was well worth the drive to have it over with. Thank you again Ray's Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for all you do for your customers.

Ray's ford has got to be the most lying crooked dealership. Took truck in for rear-end noise told me it's alternator belt!! What!!! Seriously!!! I also put new rotors, brakes, and calipers 3k miles ago told me all that needed replaced.. are they serious? Just had alignment you guessed it they said I needed one of those to.. after all that they never even looked at rear-end which was the reason for the visit.. I will never do business with them again and for those of you with good reviews maybe your naive about what you really need or don't need.

Have trusted Ray's Ford to service my vehicles. Bought many vehicles from Ray's sometimes I'd take vehicle in for oil change before oil change done would already traded it off.Now my one vehicle has over 250 thousand miles .Been customer of Ray's over 20 years.

Brought my car in for warranty work because I had an electrical issue. I was charged $29.95 to reattach an alternator wire and lug nut. The reason given was the Chrysler warranty doesn't cover that. You'd think if a lug nut came off and the wire needed to be reattached, that would be covered on a bumper-to-bumper warranty. But the dealership charged me almost $30 for that 5 minutes of work. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Enjoy the $30 Ray's Ford, it's the last dime you'll ever get from me.
