Here for work and the most friendly staff and welcoming. Kristen and Wendy are the best so bubbly and hard working can t ask for a better person to take care of you. Breakfast is awesome for the convenience. Do recommend a I ll be returning!Walkability: Great axe throwing/bar down the road!!!

Staff were all very friendly! Rooms were nice & bed comfortable! Pool is small but the kids enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again if in the area.Safety: I was shocked at how many rooms left their doors unlocked as we walked by.

I must say since the phone call with Joshua to make the reservation who was very friendly and helpful going the extra mile to answer all my questions. To Kristen who checked me in with a smile and quick check in process, and she was very sweet as well. The room was beautiful and well kept. A+ for detail to cleanliness and having a fully operating room with no issues. Beds are unbelievably comfortable which turned my 1 night stay into 2 nights and Dustin who extended my stay was pleasant. Location was nice close to restaurants and stores also very quite and peaceful with a view of beautiful stars at night time which was nice seems we are from the city and don't see them much. Overall great experience. If your looking to stay it is definitely worth your while and money.Nearby activities: Jail house pizza and the riverfrontSafety: Was very safe and quiteFood & drinks: There are vending machines and a close by store

All of the staff were very accommodating and helpful even during the busy time of morning checking out on a Sunday. The facilities both inside and out were very clean and orderly.I was at this location for business and rented the conference room for approximately three hours.Upon arrival and entering the hotel, I was cheerfully greeted and taken care of by Ms. Kristen Norton. She even brought ice water and ensured that the location / conference room was acceptable for the needs of the meeting.Ms. Norton professionally represented the Quality Inn & Suites with a high level of friendliness and work ethic.I would not hesitate to hire her and have her represent my company.Outstanding work by all here.I will definitely be a return customer.Steve WechtenhiserBluegrass Polygraph Services, LLC.Safety: Well lit and uncluttered access areas.Walkability: Easy to get around even when handling baggage.Food & drinks: Clean & sanitary food / beverage area.Noteworthy details: Very clean and friendly staff.

Coming in from southern Indiana bout 2-3 miles off the Matthew E Welsh bridge you ll find this place. What I liked about Quality Inn was Teresa, desk clerk, she was engaging, informative and a joy to talk to. The room we stayed had a very soft, comfortable mattress, that is, if you re a fan of a soft mattress. It has small but adequate pool to dip in if you choose to do so.It s clean building and smoke-free building. Our room was well maintained. Oh, the parking lot has 2 or 3 electric plug-in car chargers if you re driving an EV.It s close many standard conveniences including a short walk to Little Dave s Roadhouse. There s a Elkay water bottle filler for those want to stay hydrated; a huge plus. This Quality Inn doesn t have a workout facility on the premises. But, if you have a Planet Fitness membership that ll be a 20 minutes to Radcliffe, KY.Rooms: Typical sized rooms which are well maintained, clean and up to date.Walkability: Little Dave s Roadhouse is a very walkable distance as well as the Axe Lodge. But, for the most part you ll have to drive. Walk ability score: 3Food & drinks: Plenty of local mom & pop places to eat so enjoy. Also, has the typical American Fast Food chains available. Mr. Gatti s pizza buffet seems to be a local favorite.

Treat was amazing help at the front desk. Property is fresh and the rooms are remodeled. I understand property owners abandoning carpeted floors but I still hate it.This is a definite repeat stay when I'm back in town. Property has an owner who obviously cares about his/her guests experience

Just spent 5 nights at this hotel. We were visiting my friends son at Ft. Knox. It was about 20 minutes to the base so very convenient since both hotels on the base were booked. I've stayed in many Quality Inns across the US and this one was the nicest of them all.Very clean, extremely friendly staff, comfortable beds and quiet. If I ever am back in this area I will definitely stay here.Great job to the staff!!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV had plenty of channel options, and bathroom spaces in a nice tub. This quality Inn had by far the best breakfast of any other quality inn I ve ever been to. That s what made me write this review. They had biscuits with sausage gravy, sausage patties, eggs, cereal, DIY waffles, and even non-gluten options to top it off. Highly impressed can t recommend it enough.

For us the location was perfect. We only traveled one night. The pool was clean, fun and 84 so nice! The rooms were super clean, beds comfortable, staff was really nice! The only suggestion I would have is if you have a handicapped person with you, you will have to open the door for them. The from door is not automatic and is super heavy! My grandma (87) with walker could not open it by herself. Other than that for the money it s top notch! We have traveled from Texas to Michigan and this is in top 3 of choice hotels.

Great place to stay. Have been staying here for 3 years due to work. Pleasant staff always friendly. Clean rooms and free breakfast. We start work early they accommodate serving breakfast early. Would recommend to anyone. To the lady that complained about bed bugs. Things happen. The motel can't pick and choose who stays there. They don't know peoples hygiene situation.

Room seemed nice at first. Checked beds for bugs, cleanliness etc. Upon arrival and didn't see anything. Woke up with my arms covered in bites and found bedbugs crawling on the pillows. The pillows seem to be infested with them. I got so many bites I had to go to urgent care for a steroid shot. They did refund our room but now won't answer the phone for me or corporate to resolve this. The Doctor I saw said it must be horriblly infested for me to have gotten this many bites in one night. Don't stay in room 202!! If not all the rooms!

Stayed 2/14/23 and 2/15/23, room was nice, clean and updated, bed was comfortable, AC was pretty quiet for a hotel and didn't constantly cycle on and off. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular. Be aware that theres no elevator but its only 2 story. Would stay here again.

Nice place. Looks like it has been renovated in the last couple years. Clean and neat. No weird motel smells. The night clerk was so sweet and helpful. They have a great breakfast bag they offer with all kinds of stuff in it. Or you can make waffles in their breakfast room. The beds were comfortable but a bit firmer than I prefer. All together I was very happy with this hotel.

Ended up with a jacuzzi room. The problem with the jacuzzi? The water flows so slowly from the spigot that by the time the tub fills up, it s cold. The breakfast was rather paltry and there were no coffee cups for the coffee. I also heard a lotta noise from people in the stairwell All in all, not a real pleasant experience.

Had a wonderful stay in the quality Inn in brandenburgh had to stay a few days the room was clean and the staff super friendly. The pool was clean and a great way to relax during my stay. All in all I will stay here again.Rooms: Rooms were clean and didn't remind me of other hotels I normally stay at.

Our room was a little smelly, the a/c was leaking so the carpet was wet and likely moldy. Otherwise, most of our issues were with the other guests, not the (very kind) staff. Smoking guests, lots of loud motors in middle of night, poor quality toiletries. Room was dated but okay, beds were sufficient and not saggy.Location was about 15 minutes from Ft. Knox.

We recently stayed one night during a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was meh, but other than that, it was a awesome visit. The hot tub in our room was perfect. The bed was a little too soft, but that's my personal preference.

Less than pleased with my stay. Previously stayed here 6 months ago and the rate was rarely reasonable and the room was very satisfactory. This time the room was $40 or more roughly, the room was half the size of the previous room which we asked for when we booked and there was a ring around the jacuzzi tub and the jet nozzle kept floating around in the tub no matter how hard we tried to get it to stay. I thought this was the perfect little getaway spot but now it leaves me second guessing
