Called about a drain plug that another franchise didn't have in stock nor did any other stores around. Sammie, I think it was, said they had one and had it in stock. I asked her to grab it and I'd be there in a minute. I walked in as she was going to grab it. Talked to another person there as well and they both seemed very polite and well spoken .

Employees are great and will help you out with what you need. My problem is having to wait 40 min plus for the one person who has the code to return used cores because they are on lunch break. There are multiple employees why does just one have the code to return used cores? Seems like bad management too me...

O Reilly s is my auto parts store and more. If they don t have it, it s usually there by the next morning.

My go to store for my Ram parts. Customer service has always been exceptional and employee parts knowledge is above all others. I ve been to several other same name parts stores and competitors around the Brandenburg, Hardinsburg, Radcliff and Louisville, Ky. area and they can t compare to this store. The high standards and quality service provided means as much as the in stock parts they usually have for my vehicle. Thank you! Keep up the great attitude and job!

Parts were available which is always good. It was a battery exchange and we were told the next day that salesman changes them out for you. In our experience the man behind the counter said they're hard to get out so he didn't offer. We did it at home.

Young man who answered the phone was rude and lacking Customer Service etticate. I was checking on a gasket that I was told would be delivered as we were waiting for it to finish a repair on my car. He told me the delivery truck paperwork didn't have any exhaust pipes on it so maybe it would be in tomorrow. When I tried to confirm that I was looking for gasket and not the pipe he hung up on me. I went to a competitor and will not be returning to this store. They need teach employees how to treat customers and some simple auto repair knowledge would be helpful too!

Best investment I could have made, the old shocks were spent. These were easy to install and the ride is so much better. I have yet to put the camper on the truck but I suspect there will be no more squat.

People there actually know what parts for cars are. What do a place couple years ago and they didn't even know what a flywheel was.

That was very happy to help me and my brother in law with are problem aon a starter and give use the Rong one so I had to take it off the car three times and return one get other one to go back on the car it was a smaller tuqestarter and it worked fine the therd time I changed it and now it's good as gold. I had to do it in the rain thow and it was really wet on the ground

Lady had a problem waiting on me like I was bothering her yelling across the store instead of walking up to me asking me what I needed and had an attitude i left went across the road to the other auto parts place no problem
