I just bought a 2024 Equinox today. The sales staff was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the process very easy. This was not my first purchase from Flaherty Chevrolet and will definitely not be my last. Thanks again for the great service!

DO NOT buy a pre-owned vehicle from this place... I bought a 21 Trailboss from here and it was not what was described to me at all. I was in a pinch and bought this truck on line. The only reason I did was becuase it had the 6.2 and low miles.. I had asked the salesman about any scratches or dings which he replied there were none. There were several when I got the truck. The frame had a ton of surface rust and I asked them to treat it and they refused even though it had a corrosion warranty on it until 2027!!! The truck was filthy when I got it, there was dog hair and dirt on the floor. The truck had so much overspray on it from the previous owner. It also was way out of alignment when I got it, so bad that the steering wheel was turned when when you were going straight, the tires were absolutely awful, and it had a leak at the rear differential. I'm not sure how any of the team there missed those issues, because anyone with half a brain would have noticed it. Or they just didn't care. I did receive a check for a measly $400 towards $1600 tires... the customer service was awful, the sales manager was rude and I wish he would have spoke to me like that in person... stay far away from this place, they're either idiots or they just don't care... I added pictures of the tires they said were "fine"

All I can say is go to Flaherty Chevrolet and see Chris and his team. They made the purchase of my vehicle as easy and comfortable as it could be. They were so down to earth and friendly which is hard to find in today's society unfortunately. Thanks again!

From the time we drop of our vehicle to the time we pick it up, we are always treated like part of the family. The service team always keeps us informed of any changes or the status of any extra repairs if needed.

I went to have my car looked at because it sounded like something had broken off underneath it. They took me right in no questions asked and fixed the problem right then and there. I also had an appointment later in the week for an oil change and they did it while I was there so I would not have to come back. Anytime I have ever had an issues they were great about getting me in.

Cannot say enough good about this dealership!My parents & I were on our way home to MI from 4 months in FL when we unexpectedly (kind-of; long story) broke down in Elizabethtown, KY.It was Saturday afternoon and I had called every dealership, either getting no help, or no call back (I get it, it was Saturday.) I was just looking for information at that point.Decided to call Flaherty Chevy as a long shot as it was out of our range (again long story.)From Jenny, who answered the phone, to the manager (who called ME back to offer additional help,) to the diesel mechanic giving me an honest time-frame for repair, we couldn't have asked for more.They moved multiple vehicles so the camper could be dropped, helped set my parents up with a campground to stay at until the hitch was installed, and then allowed them to take the truck they had just sold to them to the campground, because the new one didn't have the appropriate hitch yet!My dad loves his new truck and couldn't stop raving when they finally got home. I almost wish I hadn't had my boyfriend rescue me because they couldn't say enough good about the experience. Thank-you! We'll be back to purchase more vehicles from you!

This dealership has some customer service and inventory issues. The story goes we called and talked to a salesman interested in a Chevy Colorado. We asked multiple times if the truck was clean and was told there seemed to be no issues. Specifically we mentioned any deep scratches that were either touched up or still showing. When told there wasn't any we made the 2.5 hr journey to purchase the vehicle after putting an "out of state" deposit of $1k down. However, when we got there the truck and the customer service was something else. We seen the truck and the pictures doesn't do justice to how the detail guy performed. After stating we needed to talk to the sales manager to the salesman, he went and got said sales manager. Without looking at the truck, barely listening to the issues we were having with the truck, & mentioning how far we had drove; he told the salesman to give us a refund and walked away. DON'T do a deposit on a truck here and don't waste your time at this dealership. Instead go to the cleanest one I had seen in the general area within 500 miles where we ended up purchasing one later that day. Craig & Landreth in Clarksville Indiana will show you how it's supposed to be done and done right.

THIS is the place to go. Went to 4 places throughout the area. Got the absolute best trade in amount for my Jeep by 1000 s$. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and a home like atmosphere. The entire shopping experience took less than 3 hrs. Dave was one of the best thorough sales reps I ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable on what s on the lot and will help find what you and your family is looking for .

Tony in the service department goes above & beyond to get me in & out as quickly as possible. His mechanics keep my car in tip top shape. Al on the Sales floor sold my Buick to me 4yrs ago and I love it! I go to Flaherty Chevrolet for all my vehicle needs!

Love that they picked up my car, did the work (replacement of front brakes), dropped it back off, and made payment efficiently without waiting in the waiting room. The whole team (and worked with Tony B and Bethany B most times), over the years and they have always provided excellent customer service. Keep up the great work guys, and appreciate the service!!

Excellent customer service!! Everyone we dealt with was true to their word. I felt like family when we walked in and were looking to trade in our vehicle. Seamless process, went for a test drive, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured. I ll be back here to purchase another vehicle!

I had an awesome experience with Flaherty Chevrolet!! I got a more than a fair trade allowance and purchased a 2021 GMC 1500 from them. Everyone was friendly and professional. Chris our salesman was very personable and went way out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I had a stress free no games played experience. They all earned this 5 star review!!When you go there ask for Chris.

I realized I was getting close to needing an oil change. I dropped my truck off at 8:30 in hopes they could fit my service in if someone canceled. They gave me a ride home and was able to service my vehicle that day. That is one big reason why I buy all of my vehicles at Flaherty Chevrolet. My daughter buys and services her vehicle there too even though she lives an hour away.
