I went in to have my tire changed and they found that my rim had a crack and someone tried sealing and hiding it with a sticker. I watched this happen with my own two eye s definitely no fault of theirs. They changed my tire and aired it up to get me home and didn t charge me a penny just told me to come back once I got my rim! I came back a week later with the rim (that s a whole different story but not for here). They put my tire on my rim and once again didn t charge me a penny just told me to come back when I need new tires that they just want to keep me safe! The three ladies who run the desk are very kind and friendly and so are all the techs. I highly recommend 10/10 Thank you Big O Tires for your great service!!!

I got a screw in my tire on my brand new 2024 car. I took it in to have it fixed. They said they would plug it and order me a new tire. I said no I will order my own tire.Then they said they couldn't plug it.They didn't even make sure I had air in the tire.I left and went to another tire store, they patched my tire and told me I didn't need a new tire. Big Os are crooks.

Staff was helpful. Very friendly and best price around. Other places wanted 400$ more to do the job they did. Grate customers service. Lady's at the front desk are awesome .

Not too happy with big o right now. Had appointment at 1:00. Got there about 10 minutes early and was told it 45 minutes to hour before they do my oil change.

Was very disappointed that I had appointment set up and when I got there they told me it would be 45 minutes to hour before they would start. They should have call to let me know. Very disappointed

They recommended a tower and fixed my flat in under 2hrs (I got my flat in West Point) , they did wonders! Thank you!

The staff went above and beyond when they helped me make the best of a self-inflicted decision to purchase another (cheaper) tire online the advertisement for which (unlike regular car tires) failed to mention that despite being the correct size had a completely different tire profile. Not only was the Team at Big O Tires able to make the tire work for my application, but they tactfully helped me understand that a phone call would have saved me a lot of money on my "cheaper" tire. Kudos to the entire Staff of Brandenburg Big O Tires.

Got stranded in Kentucky while traveling across the country when my breaks rotors gave out back on January. Big O Tires was able to get me day of service to replace the rotors and all the break pads at a great price! Can not recommend them enough, customer service was fantastic, speed and quality of work was perfect! I can t thank them enough!

I can t say enough good things about Big O in Brandenburg. I walked in on a Wednesday morning with a nail in my tire. They fixed the tire in 35 minutes from start to finish. The price was very reasonable. The people were courteous and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and attentive service. But do not let them work on your vehicle outside of tire change and/ or alignment.These people are not mechanics. They are 'parts changers'.They changed the parts but could not troubleshoot the problem. The problem continued and ruined the new parts that they put on.I then took my truck to an actual mechanic, and he fixed the main problem that caused the damage of other parts.

I stopped by while making a stop on a road trip, and the folks at Big O took really good care of me! Quick service and both the mechanic and receptionist were so, so kind. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you're passing through town and are having car troubles or just want to make sure your car is good to go for a road trip, these are the folks to go to!

My time is valuable and that is why appointments matter to me. I went in for a tire change, brake check, wheel alignment and only ended up getting the tires because the tires were put on then my truck was rolled out before being notified i needed brakes and an alignment which they could have did while the wheels were off. It was brought back in for brakes and alignment but 2 hours later nothing was done to it. I'm going to go somewhere else for brakes. There seems to be a disconnect between the clerical staff and the mechanics. Lastly, there was some grease on my steering wheel that came off rather easy thankfully. There should be a manager there on saturdays making sure things go more smooth. Overall the staff was nice and wanted to make it right but that disconnect really sent me.

Been here several times and will not return. Woman behind the counter is rude, will push you aside and help people after you. HUGE wait times. Have had them break things on vehicles and say it came in that way. Left the hatch open on my suv and killed my battery. Not all the employees are bad, but it's run horribly and the people in charge aren't worth the trouble. Take you hard earned money someplace where customers are appreciated and property is respected.

Basically had a flat and needed a tire plugged. Was told it could take a few hours but it was pouring down rain and there wasn't really a great spot to sit and put on my spare so I said I'd wait.Apparently someone in town had been playing Jonny Appleseed with nails because about eight other cars also came in or called in with nails while I sat and waited.Waited several hours before I was told essentially there was no way they could get my truck on a lift that day and I was SOL unless I just wanted to use their parking lot to change my spare.Staff was friendly but it doesn't really change the fact I'm a bit bitter I was told it would happen if I waited and I sat for hours before being told they couldn't help me.

Bought four new tires and they were on it. Got right in and the ladies up front were friendly and very helpful. I was in an out in about an hour. There pricing was good and they even recommend cheaper tires and pricing options.

Rebecca is the sweetest! I had a flat and was in dire need and brandenburg big o tires, took care of me. I had a flat tire over the weekend and they made time for me. They stayed late to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. 5 star all around. They take good care of their customers. I recommend them.

Was given a good quote on 4 tires by Manager, Rebecca so brought my car in on a Saturday morning. My car was serviced quickly with no problems encountered. I will return after 3000 miles for a free rotation. Thanks for the great experience Rebecca and Renee.

Renee at the front counter was extremely rude, blunt and unfriendly. I had made a 10am appointment for a vehicle I'm buying to get a free brake check and free alignment check, which is standard for any shop to have. All she was concerned about was getting me to pay $59.99 to "pay her techs". No paperwork was handed to me, and no specs were taken. She would not even allow for the front end to be "shaken down" which is routine on an alignment check in order to make sure the vehicle will hold the alignment. I tipped the two guys $20 and then swore I'd never return for any future business . This is the worst attitude I've ever encountered in the vehicle service industry. She even came into the shop to yell at the techs for going above and beyond to help me. Renee, you have to help your customers to make money ma'am. Sugar catches more flies than vinegar.

Went in for new tires and new brakes cause brakes are squealing. Been in everyday for 6 straight. Because they kept having to order more parts. Rebecca was also rude on the phone. Now Im signed up for the acima loan thing for my brakes and my brakes are still squealing just as much as they put new pads and rotors on it. 895$ to pay now for the loan. Mechanics are really nice though. Not coming back to this big o.

Great service!!!, I got a flat tire on my vehicle and I found that it was not repairable, not being local to the area, this store was the 1st place I called and I am glad I did!! I had no appointment scheduled, they were able to get me in and out quickly. I will return if I have any future issues.

Staff was amazing. The mechanic confirmed my suspicion that my brakes are wearing. He rotated my tires and helped me with a timeline to setting up further services.

It took forever for someone to even acknowledge I was there to have someone look at my tires and then they got my keys and I waited 45min longer till I told them I couldn't wait any longer and made a appointment so I think I'll take my car somewhere else.

My husband and I only go here. They are so helpful and treat their customers with respect and courtesy. We have never had any difficult getting in or with the work they provide!

This place was exceptional in every way. It started with the staff at the desk. The ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful.I explained my situation and they provided a very economical solution and did not engage in high pressure sales tactics. I was in and out the door in an hour. I highly recommend them for your tire needs.

Today I set an appointment request online for 9am that was approved over the phone to fit me in. It took until 2pm after we were quoted an hour wait time after dropping the car off at 9:30. They told us we could not do an alignment because there was no availability. We went ahead and said to just change the tire then we left for lunch. We gave them a call while at lunch and they said the car was not even worked on yet at 12pm. The women on the phone were rude and disrespectful. Quoting She s throwing a fit to her coworker. When we got there the lady apologized saying that s just how we talk here very unprofessional. It is now 2pm and is finally ready. They changed our tire putting a new tire on that was more expensive then the one we quoted on the request. No call was given. My original quoted price with an alignment was $114. I just paid $145 without an alignment for one tire. Such a lack of customer service at the Brandenburg location.

Great people good service.. They got me right in. Only bad thing is I had them fix a slow leak in 2 tires. 2 days later one of them is flat again.

Went in to simply get one tire balanced that had lost a weight. My wait time was from 9:50 am to 11 am with a scheduled appointment at 10 am. During the service I could hear them revving my car for no reason. It is a sports car.After inspecting the serviced tire I noticed that they did not put a valve stem cap back on, and they also over inflated the tire almost a full 10 psi.I ve been to their facility previously but this completely changed my opinion on their staff and shop in general. Definitely not going back.

Very first time I heard oil change needs labor fee after giving me quote Twice! Money is not a thing they just should tell me before hand ! Before I went to that shop.I asked a quote over the phone. One price. They quoted lower than other shop that is why we chose big O tire .Then we Got to the shop Before they took my car. one higher price!! After oil change another higher price !! They are not trustworthy . Money is not a thing we just need to communicate before head ! Honesty !!!!
