Had a simple buy-wiper blades-that turned difficult. Glenn and Drew handled a difficult return-system issue-with the utmost patience! Easily the best customer service experience in Brandenburg in several months. Well Done!

I went in to return my brake pads that we didn't need and the older lady and gentlemen had no clue how to make a return from the receipt on my account and then the lady was very rude when I tried to help her. Maybe training is needed at this location!

Not worth it unless you buy parts online while using the online discount codes and rewards card. Same with the other big auto part sellers, like Autozone, etc...

I needed some help making sure I got the correct bits today and Adam delivered excellent customer service! I haven't had a csr go above and beyond in a bit and I really appreciated it today! Thanks, all the parts fit perfect.

The lady that waited on me was very good with what she does I didn't find what I needed there but she directed me to Napa which had exactly what I needed she deserves a pat on the back for being so good.

This is where to go for all your automotive needs. If it's not in the store, which it usually is , they can get it to you faster than that big online place that starts with "A".

I was one of two cutomers in the store. I was looking for an oil filter for my vehicle. One guy was taking care of a customer, sort of, and another guy was asking about issues with the computer system. After about 3 solid minutes standing there I left. Considering how the employees were acting I felt invisible. I wasn't acknowledged once or made to feel I was actually in the store. I went down the street and purchased from a competitor.

This place was awesome the gentleman in there helped me with everything I needed on my car, but the female that has red hair that was in there I try not to talk to her because she pro files people and it's kinda rude all the time don't see how she is still working there but other than that had a great experience.

The employee was very helpful. He came outside to take a look at my car. Then he went inside to get what I needed and came back out and fixed it.

The elderly man working the counter would not put the oil in my car however he did help me get the lid off of the oil in the car! And he allowed me to borrow their funnel....even gave me paper towel! So I was very grateful.

@rich you do realize it might not have been a 70 man's problem, it could have been shipped out from the hub wrong but ordered right by him.....you seem to be probably a younger generation with no responsibility in life my advice, ask mommy and daddy to fix it for you! I have shopped advance Auto for years and if they don't stock a item they usually look into it and start carrying it no issues for the 16 yrs I've been doing business with them and I have built entire motors with ordered parts no issue!

Well I don't go here much because they are high on alot of there stuff. That's why I go to Auto zone or O'Reillys that's why point of view. People are great

I hope someone in management reviews this review. Your website clearly states you carry starter rebuild/repair kits. Store stated they do not have and they cant be got. So lier lier pants on fire.

Advanced Auto allowed our band to hold a car wash in their parking lot. Even gave us the products to use to wash the vehicles! Very grateful to have a business in Brandenburg that is so giving!

This is my primary auto parts store in Brandenburg. I've never been let down by their service or attitude. Everyone is willing to help you with any question you have.

They test starters for free. It is really quick too. But just because the product is listed on line as in stock, does not mean they have it. Was told to go to Corydon from Brandenburg.

Great service didn't have my parts but helped me get part numbers to order myself non. Of the other 2 auto parts stores couldn't even help me. Thank you

Basically, just like the other Advance Auto parts stores but some of the employees are very rude, belligerent and overbearing! I have simply stopped shopping here!
