Fantastic customer service and very timely! They gave us a price range expectation over the phone (before seeing the truck), came and got it from our house an hour away, then immediately let us a know the exact price after diagnosis. They were able to repair everything needed on the low end of the original estimate and it was finished exactly when they said it would be. Great place, highly recommend! Repair also includes a great warranty. Use this shop with confidence. Thank you guys!

Fantastic company to work with! Owning a service business with multiple trucks on the road it s nice to know a company such as wholesale transmission when you need them. We have had one transmission rebuilt by the company with no issues, and recently had to bring another truck to them. Instead of charging us for something we may not need they were honest about other mechanical issues that could be causing our transmission problems and recommended we take it to a mechanic first. Sure enough we were able to take care of the issue. I can t say every company would have done the same. We re grateful for such an honest company. We will always refer them and we will always use them when we have transmission trouble.

I brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado in last year due to some issues I was having with my transmission.They determined it needed a rebuild. After paying almost 4k for the rebuild they told me it was ready. I came back to find out quickly that it was not fixed and still having the same issues.Took it back 5 times until the last time where they called me back and informed me the truck was ready, however they dropped the garage door on my cab and I will now need body work.The transmission was still not fixed and then ended up in worse shape then when I brought it in.I would not recommend using this place

I have a 2500HD that just completely quit pulling on my way home from work on a Saturday night. I had it towed to the house that night. I had several people told me to reach out to Wholesale Transmission. I called them Monday morning and they come to the house and got my truck. They called me that afternoon with an estimate that was very fair. My truck was done 2 days later. Highly recommend these guys. They are the only Transmission shop I will ever use. I send everyone there now.

I'm so happy with the job they did on my BMW. They replaced the bad torque converter and another piece that was cracked. My car drives like a new one now. I would highly recommend them! I had been told by several people that they are the best in town, now I know why!

Amazing service. We were traveling on a road trip. Ben Jr was willing to fit us in early on New Years morning. Gave great advice and did a temporary fix then wouldn t even take any payment. We were able to continue on to Texas.

After some recommendations from my peers I decided to take my truck here when the transmission went out. I got it back about a week and unfortunately it suffered a premature failure due to a faulty pressure controller. They took it back no questions asked and they made it right. That says a lot more to me about a business than anything.

I ve waited two years to review the transmission rebuild on my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse. Everyone at Wholesale Transmission was very kind and respectful. The work was done in a timely manner. Most importantly, the job was well done. I ve put 39,000 miles on this transmission rebuild and all is functioning well. My original transmission lasted 195,000 miles (change your transmission fluid as recommended). Hopefully this rebuild does even better as I was told the replacement parts are much better. I ll get back later with an update on longevity.Service: Transmission

Fix my envoy did a wonderful job in a time Ben even came and got my vehicle and had it back to me in a timely manner they are very professionalIf I ever need anyting else fixed I'll take it to wholesale transmission without a you know there's people in your life you meet,.And they do a good job for you, When he came and got my vehicle he told me every step he was doing to get it loaded on the roback, your kindness will always be remembered if you have a transmission problem take it to wholesale transmission they will never do you wrong,, they are very professional, and you know the price wasn't bad either even with the haul bill, thank-you wholesale transmissionGod bless I'm a very happy customer Service: Transmission

Ben and his team are first class. Excellent customer service. My vehicle is my office and when I had issues Ben got me in right away and took care of the repair. Ben is honest, transparent and runs his business with integrity. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing service and will definitely be back for any future needs I have.

Outstanding service. While having my transmission serviced I asked for a recommendation for a brake shop. Ben not only recommended a place, he arranged for the shop to pick up and communicated what the brake shop said needed to be done, he had the vehicle delivered back to his shop and I was able to pay for both services at one time.DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Excellent Customer Service! Excellent Workmanship! A Truely Great, Honest Company, That Cares About Quality! It's been one year 07/07/2019 since Wholesale Transmission rebuilt my 4L60E trans on my 01 Chevy Silverado Ls 4.8L 4x4. Wholesale came and oicked up my Truck & towed it free. Rebuild came with Upgraded Heavy Duty Parts and a 1 year, Unlimited Mileage Warranty(which i didnt need to use)! I have since put a little over 16,000 miles on the Trans and no issues! Was Quoted $1600.00 before pickup, once completed, we paid in cash with military discount Total Cost was $1412.00! I will use Wholesale Transmission again and I have recommended them to Many Many People! Some of the persons i have recommended have used them and are Extremely Pleased as well! RVer in trouble on the road is not good. But when you run into folks like the ones at Wholesale Transmission center your day gets better quickly. They took the time to see if my transmission was failing and when found not to be a transmission problem they pointed me the Champs Auto service and even called to see if they could take a look at my coach. They were great guys that found and fixed my problem and had me back on the road. These are two Bowling Green KY companies you can trust based on my experience

Wife's 05 Sport Trac trans popped a c clip from the clutch hub. I brought it in for repair. They had it in and out in less than two days. Then encountered another issue unrelated and they repaired it no questions ask.
