The sign on the door says they open at 6AM; they open at 7AM. When I confronted an employee about this I was laughed at and told there was no explanation for this error; the sign still remains posted with incorrect times. The mechanics are lazy and have very poor hygiene. The lack of people skill was so apparent I left without even starting a service for my vehicle. Go somewhere else for your auto needs.

Despite the fact that they nobody was there when I arrived on time for my appointment @ 7:00 AM (aka opening time)they still put my tires on in the time frame that they quoted me. Then 9 days later I was shopping there & got screw in my tire in the parking lot & thankfully I got the the warranty so they replaced the tire right then & there. However because we didn't have an appointment we waited over 5 hours (Patrick who singed me in had gone to lunch & came back asked me "had they still not started on your tire?" When I said no he said "I'm doing it right now" & that he did & in approximately 20-30 mins. So, thank you so much to Patrick!!! The moral of the story is don't have take your vehicle there without an appointment or you will be there all day!!! Side note: I managed to spend another couple hundred bucks while in Walmart waiting for my car and I just wonder if that was maybe what they were hoping for �?

Front desk is pretty helpful, trying their best to helping me.But everyone on tire side takes lunch break at same time......well, good for them! Almost 1 hour straight no progress at all.BTW....they pulled off wrong tire.....if not I noticed on time.... they'll put a new tire on my good one, I guess they had a really good party lunch.

I made an 8 am appt to have new tires put on my car.I was given a wait time of one hour. 2.5 hours later my car was finished. I arrived home to find the paperwork had the WRONG car info on it. I called the store and spoke w the thir, I needed to head back to the store to have the ticket Fixed. The ticket was "doctored", I made the 35 minute drive home. The next day my husband told me the balancing wasn't right. I returned to the store this morning to have it fixed. After ANOTHER 2.5 hours I was told it would be another hour. I asked for my keys. I will NOT be returning to this Wal-Mart.Service: Tires

I originally went to the one on Walton Ave and received very poor customer service. The girl at the cash registered seemed like she just had it with life- but the mechanics did a great job!! The took great care of me and my car and even gave me some good tips!

So the manager broke my key then employee goes on to not be able to turn on my car so now instead of communicating they blame me and my vehicle when they messed up I told them I could still turn it on and they were so defensive and rude so they just said go somewhere else I was okay that s fine told him I guess you just don t wanna do you re job and he almost got to the point where he wanted to fight meI have the front desk and my family as witnesses he s such a joke I was being polite and even turned on the car for him and he still decided to try to make me the bad person even his co worker couldn t believe how he reacted also he kept bragging about being a fore fighter I highly doubt that also if you want to know he wears glasses forgot to get his name so avoid going when he s there he would rather be fighting fires then working it seems first time at the Walmart car care and doubt I will ever suggest any there again they lack the intelligence to do their job also my brother has a business so they for lost good customers so sadService: Tires

Good service but it took them for ever to get my wife's car in and they wasnt even busy at all! There was only me and one other guy and it took almost 2 hours. Once they got my car in though they was really good on time and really friendly.

Worst service ever, got 3 tires put on Friday (2 hours) but they didn't rotate them so had to come back Saturday for the rotation(3 hours), just to wake up Monday morning to a flat tire. Now been here for 2 more hours for a valve stem change.

Lots of self-checkouts but I always seem to come by on days where they are between restocks. They're always out of the wet food that my cats like. But the staff is usually pretty helpful and proactive about helping. When I have a question, I can usually find someone to help me in under a minute.

I arrived at 6:40 and the mechanic closed the garage door on me even though he seen me pull in. I called no one answered. I went in and he was rude and said we re closed. I said you close at 7:00 it s isn t 7:00 yet. He said we re closed. Very unprofessional didn t even ask what I needed or my eye contact.

Good place to get your vehicle serviced everyone goes in order they came so if your just getting tires rotated you'll have to wait in line till anyone who came in front of you gets there car serviced regardless of the service. They have several people working and several bays open. Prices aren't bad.

Spent over 2 hours to wait in line. The goal was to replace spare and put it onto front passenger side. Mechanic returned paperwork and keys so I was called and paid and went home. On a half way I still filled vibration and stop a car. I was surprise nothing was done at all, I paid money, nobody told me nothing....I was lucky didn't have any accident but if something happened I had complete work on the paper from Wall-Mart. Very disappointed with Wall-mart service and technical skills of mechanic. On another side mechanic did side work for friends or people who were familiar, after reasonable question why he is getting work from outside when my truck is staying already in and waiting more than two hours he answer very rood: "WHAT?Get inside!". It is very bad customer service, very bad attitude to work and to customers. After that I don't want even to make shopping at Wall-Mart.

Went to get an oil change. Have gotten them here for 4 years. Was told they were out of my oil in the shop so I would have to pay retail to buy the same oil off the shelf, making my oil change nearly $20 higher.Why do I pay for your mismanagement of inventory? Well, I don't .

I went to this walmart to get my tire changed, gave them the keys, and went inside the store to get me a drink. When I came back out, I found them having the inside of my car unassembled mainly the ignition. So I asked them what is going on, and they tell me that one of their technicians didn't know that the whole remote control goes in the ignition and took the remote apart and stuck part of it in the ignition. I ask the supervisor that I wanted it checked out at the dealership and any expenses Walmart should be responsible for, and he tells me that they didn't do anything wrong and that they won't be responsible for anything. So they have untrained technicians, and very bad customer service. I'll be taking them to court very soon.

Good price and good value. If you plan on shopping just be aware that about an hour sometimes turns into 2 so be careful about getting frozen or refrigerated stuff.

They had just opened their doors got an oil change they put the wrong oil in wanted four tires but they had to take their brakes first never again

Replacing all 4 tires on my honda Civic took 6.5 hours. Initially they told me that in 2 hours it would be ready. I came back at 3 o'clock and it wasn't ready yet. until 3.30 pm

The customer service is extremely poor. Inside workers are rude and very unhelpful. Will lie about wait times. The "mechanics" are on their phones and the quality of work shows. Very dissatisfied.

I just waited 2 and a half hours to get new tires just for them to tell me they cant do it because i have a stud missing i told them to put a new one on they take no time they couldnt do it so ive wasted my time with them never will i ever be back here for tires or any other car issuse

Bought the more expensive oil change specifically for the oil filter change. Later called me and said that they were out of oil filters and had to pay an additional $12.

Dropped my car and there was only two cars in front of me, went grocery for two hours came back and still two cars in front of me so i took my car and went somewhere else.
