Took in my vehicle today and brought a set of tires to have swapped out. After about an hour, they call to let me know they can't install the tires I brought in because the are 2" too small. They were less than a half inch shorter than what I had on it and were well within specs to work on my vehicle and I already knew this. I made sure they would work before I bought the tires. I also took my daughter's car there to have a tire swapped out and an oil change about 6 months ago. They did the same thing. One hour in, they called to say they couldn't do either service because there was a radiator leak. I took it somewhere else and they confirmed there was no radiator leak. Bottom line these guys don't want to do the service, so they make up trivial or untrue excuses not to. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere- ANYWHERE else.

Great and affordable options as Walmart always has. The downside to this particular location is the quality of service lacks consistently. A few of the employees push work or mistakes onto other staff members or prioritize their cell phones and/or work drama over provide excellent care.

Expect a long wait time if you don t have an appointment, however, you can t beat the price. Devonn W. is who helped me at the service counter, he is an exceptional costumer service associate. Very kind and patient with all costumers, not just me. Very helpful guy and was always working on something productive when not with costumers. He was personable and charismatic throughout each interaction. 5/5.

I specifically told the lady that I dropped vehicle with truck required 16 quarts. Last time they only put 12 in. It may show full but it requires 16. She wrote this down. Guess what, I got 12 quarts again !Smf,

Great service at cheap prices. Best prices on an oil change and they would top off fluids and vacuum your floor mats. If you have a flat you can even just bring in the wheel by itself and they'll take care of it for you. I recommend to go early as wait times can get pretty long during the day due to high demand.

Guy who checked me out knew I was sitting there for almost an hour and waiting. Turns out they couldn't change my oil because of a leak they found. Which whatever but I never received a message or the guy who knew I was there never told me that they couldn't do it so I wasted an hour of my time and they didn't even get the oil changed. Never coming back here again.

We had a nail in our tire and stopped here on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were prompt, polite, and friendly. Even though we did not have the correct supplies, the staff got the job done anyway. They said it would take one hour, and it took BARELY twenty minutes. Best Walmart experience we've ever had (and we've had ALOT).Service: TiresService: Tires

Very friendly and prices are better than most. I wanted several things done and expected to spend no less than $400, but because the wrong lugnuts were on my front wheels, they could only do an oil change (safety reasons). This told me I could trust them, they weren't just interested in my Money like most mechanics!

The "manager" on weekends kept my daughters car illegally because she didn't want to pay for a tire they replaced without her permission. The store manager was shocked and was wonderful. But Tyler is rude, uneducated on policies, and lies. He should not work here.

Tire warranty is complete B.S. Less than a year later and they have conveniently lost all record of my purchase/warranty and since I don't have the paperwork with me (in another state) I can't get my lifetime tire rotation that I paid for. Also they left me sitting for 45 mins only to find they hadn't even started on my tire puncture repair.

I would never recommend this one place to anyone in a million years. The workers are awful cheapskates that just care about getting you in and out. They don t care about you, and the certainly don t care if they permanently damage your car. The manager lied to me and belittled me as a woman. Extremely disrespectful and rude experience. They didn t let me speak up for myself and honestly broke my spirit.Service: Tires

Do not get tires from there. This is what happens to store that they put on my car 4 months ago did not even drive 1400 miles yet. 2nd set of tires from them. Got what I paid for that's for sure

Paid for additional protection on 4 tires, however when I had to bring one in for repair they charged me more than I initially payed for the tire. Will never buy tires here again and their tire protection is a joke.

Took about an hour for tire change and rotation, cost about 120$. Tire service itself was satisfactory, but customer service is well...walmart-esque. Did not respond to multiple thank-yous and did not let me know where car was parked after asking. You get what you pay for. Also, entrances are unclear from the parking lot, you're supposed to go in the door that says "FIRE DOOR ONLY"..?

Picked up a nail as I passed thru the area. They was able to get me in and the tire replaced and back on the road in a short time.

RUDE! I normally don't rate places, but was treated very RUDELY at Walmart Tire Center by MAGGIE. Her badge said "manager". She acted like we were stupid and also like we were a huge inconvenience., then proceeded to assume I would lose the slip she handed me, due to being forgetful. Maybe she treats others that way to some how feel better about herself. Anyway, it needs to stop! Walmart needs to teach employees the golden rule, ; how to speak to and treat other humans with respect and dignity --Things I guess they didn't learn at home.! THANK MAGGIE!!!

Had a flat tire due to tornado debri in the road. Was one of "many" needing same repair. Guys were very kind and stayed after hours until all were completed!Service: TiresService: Tires

Bowling Green Walton Ave was great. No 4/5 hour wait, like there was at the Glasgow location. But the Employees at Glasgow were too busy being intimate with one another!

Waited almost 2hrs to have 1 tire mounted. Told they had a tire with higher mileage warrantie, but was out of stock. Paid same price for tire with 20,000 miles less warranty. Very disappointed.

As long as you're wanting something simple done, Walmart is a great, cost efficient option. The tire warranty is definitely a really nice option...

Pretty standard but open Sunday which seems to be that I always have a flat tire. So convenience is nice.

Terrible service. The lady that rung me up kept giving me attitude for no reason. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not recommend coming here.

Expect to wait. First in line when they opened. Took 2 hours to install 2 tires and balance the other 2 tires.

They have a lady behind desk right now that is very unprofessional. Needs to be bumped down a few notches. I walked out. Take my money elsewhere.
