The service was quick, but I had to refuse extra service multiple times. I told them 3 times I only wanted an oil change, but they insisted on asking if I wanted my lights checked and steering fluid checked and coolant level... As I'm pulling out, my check engine lights came on. The tech told me it's common and that it should turn off on its own shortly. We'll, it hasn't. Not only that, but they got oil all over my truck. Almost 100 dollars for an oil change, and the service isn't any better than that?!? I'll take my chances elsewhere from now on.

Took our freshly detailed pearl white cadillac there for a 100$ oil change, left dirty prints all over the car, oil drips all over engine cover. Coolant overflow left empty, brake fluid at minimal level. No washer fluid. Called multiple times to be told a manager would call us. Over a week later it still hasn't happened. Will never go there again.

Props to the three gracious staff members who kindly topped off my oil even though I didn't need an oil change plus checked my tires and fluids. Greatly appreciate y'all's kindness. Been a really rough year and you definitely boosted my morale!

Terrible experience. They usually do pretty good, but after this last visit . Im done.- 2 hour wait- Out of stock of oil filter (after they removed the filter)- Technician left in middle of job,- Oil Filter leakedWhile sitting in the office another customer said they messed their car up too. Started the unit without putting oil in it, now check engine light is on.They have a mess here. My daughter is stuck at school. I hate to leave bad reviews, because I know everyone has bad days.

Ben sitting here in line For one hour, watching a female and another man talking about their days off and what they were gonna do for lunch. I do not think this is better professional. When you have cars waiting to get their oil changed. I could get stuffed in a lot faster if they quit their gossiping.

Second time going and will never go back!! Got in fast!!! That's the one star with the review. The service was unprofessional like a bunch of trade school kids learning without a teacher to guide them. The portion that upsets me the most is how they left my truck!! Oil filter loose!!! The oil pan drain plug is dripping oil as well!!! How can they treat there customers like this?

So when we went there Kaleb (one of the workers) was being very rude and was not pleasant to us. But the other workers were very pleasant and caring, but I would ve gave them five stars.

Great staff, the manager Tyler was great and very helpful. We were traveling and being treated with so much kindness makes us want to come back to this company. Thank you great team!!

Takes 30min per car, I had to wait 2hrs before it was my turn. That s the last time I go here might as well just make an appointment with Midas.

They were a little busy when I went but they did a good job, and were very polite. They will let you bring your own oil and filter and take it off price.

This was my first time using this facility or any Valvoline. I usually use Ford in a different city. I can say that these people were polite, showed me everything that was needing to be done, and the cost. When I told them I just wanted the oil change and 1 other service, they were very nice about it. No pressure at this shop. I think it was Austin, Bobby and Freedom that did all my services. They are awesome.

Reliable service with honest feedback about our vehicle. Only complaint is they had us move our vehicle around the line a few times before actually servicing us, and that it took almost an hour to be seen when we went during their least busy time of day, and only having one car in front of us in line.

A sign outside of this location states Customer rated 4.6 out of 5 stars . I don t know who they are paying to write that review because no human being in their right mind would consider visiting this place a pleasurable experience. On two separate visits, I have waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. Instant is a loathsome lie on the logo for this location. The staff reminds me of a high school freshman shop class with the teacher out sick for the day. Inexperience is rife at this location and they WILL damage your vehicle, as other reviewers have doubtless brought up. After wasting precious hours of your day, they have the audacity to try to up sale you on pointless services, simply to drive your bill through the roof. If you need an oil change, I implore you to visit your local dealer or, better yet, a mom and pop shop that has integrity and experience. Valvoline instant oil change, sadly, has neither.Service: Oil change

They tightened my oil filter on so tight the shop I took it to had to use 2 different air hammers to get the old filter off... please stop torquing the oil filters on so tight!

Been going here for years. The most nicest and upbeat staff. Explains everything everytime. Love those guys. I would never go anywhere else.

Hannah and the boys were great! excellent customer service, checked with us on optional services without the pressure to get more than we wanted. They don't work off commission so we didn't have to worry about up selling. Comparable to dealership prices. We would definitely go back again.

Employees were really nice but service was a different story. Took an hour to get my oil changed because something wasn t done right. They ended up having to re do it. Will never come back , bunch of kids working here they spend hours discussing how to change my car oil , they are all unprofessional. If you care about your car then find a better place .

If speed is what you are looking for this is not the place. Waited over an hour and a half for 2 cars to get in. Then they moved like molasses on a winter day doing the oil change. I could have got out and done it myself and saved myself 30 minutes and not have to wait for the people in front of me. I ll stick to doing it myself and save myself some time.

They got me in for an oil change 10 minutes before closing AND offered to change my wipers and air filter while I was there even though it was late. All of the employees, especially Caleb, were very kind and jovial about the situation. They had me in and out in no time and I left feeling good about my car and truly cared for and not just rushed through the shop since it was closing time. Awesome service and I will definitely be back again!

They told me that my vehicle they did not have an oil filter for. They referred me to their other oil station area across town. As I m pulling out of the Valvoline in Oil place, I noticed that there is a automotive parts store within walking distance. They did not want to even go and get an oil filter. I will never use them again. Waste of 45 minutes worth of time.Service: Oil change

Is the point not quick service? Because if it is, I don t believe it should take more than 30 minutes per vehicle. I waited for 30 minutes after I pulled in before one car in my lane was done. With three more cars in front of me, it was on pace to take two hours just to begin service. This was my second time at this location. The first time, it was the same. I don t plan to return unless I see there s no waiting.Also, why does the app show this place as having over 2,000 reviews w/ a 4+ star rating? Google clearly has a better picture, and the owners/ company should be ashamed.

Hannah and Gavin were great. So polite and nice. Definitely knew what they were doing. Answered all my questions. They didn't try to push repairs on me that I didn't need like alot of places try to do. Overall a great experience would definitely go back.

I won't be returning since during my last oil change, an employee tested my battery and told me that my battery needed to be replaced ASAP. He asked me if I wanted to go ahead and pay to replace it there, but I said no. A few minutes later, another employee tested the battery and the results showed that my battery was fine. The whole thing felt scummy to me, but even if the first employee just happened to make a mistake and test it wrong, if I had said yes then I would've paid a lot to replace a perfectly fine battery. I even had it tested somewhere else to make sure it was fine and it was.Service: Oil change

I went here yesterday, and even though it took quite a while to get in and out, it was worth the wait. All the services were done well and quick, once inside the shop. They did not try and sell me stuff that i did not need which was nice. The cost was 113 dollars but for a full synthetic oil change (6 qt), some good wiper blades installed, as well as checking every thing i asked them to without hesitation, and turning my cold air intake, I think it was a great price. It puts my mind at ease knowing all of my fluids are good, and everything is running as it should. I will definitely go back if I am still in town for my next oil change.

I was suspect that this was a good service. It just seemed too good to be true. Today I went and now I'm a believer! They were so fast and professional. As a female I didn't feel taken advantage of with my limited knowledge of cars. They even helped me to understand some things I didn't know about before! Super friendly staff. Oh and my full synthetic oil change was only $84 with my mail in coupon for my truck. I'm used to paying more and waiting so long. They really get it done in 15 minutes. I won't ever go anywhere else!

I love the Customer service at this store! Every employee is always very helpful! But Jen, the now manager , goes above & beyond & is always so kind & helpful . I ve only been here 3 times (once with my daughter) & Jen was the reason I came back . This last time I had a complete, oil change , tire rotation, cabin filter change& engine cleaning , ( Jen did the engine cleaning) Jen knows what she is doing & very good at her job!!! There was another guy ( I didn t catch his name ) but he was the first one to air up my tires & start the process of checking things , he was very professional too & very knowledgeable! Very well run store!! Thank your kindness, & for always taking good care of my car!!
