Went in for a DOT inspection, only because they had time, 2500$ later and 2 weeks maybe, this happens. They said I needed brakes, which I didn t and now they squeal constantly and the hub seal leaks. But they had me by the balls due to inspection needed. Avoid this place. Oh and the contact person just leaves at quitting time without giving you a update. Also, they charged me for 1/2 hour of test drive and drove it to other side of shop. Also just noticed the exhaust hanger that they replaced isn t connected and has rust. Was charged over 100$ for this, that didn t even happen.

Awesome service and excellent customer service. I brought my truck to Tri-State International Truck on July 10th 2023 because I found that one of the clamps that holds my DPF/DEF System was broken.They were able to get my truck in on the same day and replace the clamps.Logan was the assigned technician that worked on my truck. He was very professional and courteous.I highly recommend this dealership.

Paid $2000 for ac repair 1 month ago. You guessed it; this place did not fix it. Happily, they did accept my payment. It literally failed within 4 days. What a Waste of much needed money.

They have my parts in stock when I need them, wish the service writer that works after 5 would quit locking the door so I have to walk around to find a open shop door to get in

Warning!! Warning!! My truck had been sitting here for 3 months here. I drove 6 miles and every light came on my dash. I checked the oil. The oil looked like someone put something in it. It was full gunk and looked like dirt.. I had an oil change done before I dropped it off at the shop.. They said they test drove it which is not true. I was quoted $2700 and then it turned into $5000. They are liars and will cheat you. They did more damage to my engine than when I drove it in. Save yourself the headache and don't go here.

Had warranty work that was needing done. Got me right in and out in a timely manner. Mechanic explained everything that was wrong and made the repairs.

The mobile mechanic came out to us over 20 miles away and got our motorhome starter. They fit us right into their schedule to do a repair. They also let us stay the night in the parking lot. Super nice people here! Thanks so much!

It says online with international there suppose to b here till 10pm these guys are gone by 8 or before. They don't really make a customer feel good they have no clue how long it will take too fix my truck or when they will get the part.

Recently had service done here. Take it from me, Find another Shop. Tri-State isn't a bad company but the Service manager at this location on multiple occasions has; Overcharged "as in over the coals"; Milked "as in taken two hour jobs and stretched them into 3 days"; Promised completion of a job knowing that I was driving a 200 mile round trip to pick up my repaired truck, only to get there and not even have the repair job started yet. When I questioned why, in a nice manner by the way, without skipping a beat, he told me he was doing me a favor by working on my truck in the 1st place and if I didn't like it I could always tow my truck somewhere else. It sounded very much like he had either rehearsed the explanation or had said it many times to many people. Save yourself a lot of trouble, Money, Time and Anger...Go somewhere else. I know I will next time. If I were the owner of Tri-State, I would find someone to run my service department who knows my customers are important and are not hostages because of their unfortunate breakdowns. I would treat them the way I want to be treated so that the next time they have trouble, I would be the 1st place they remember to call.

Best service , Mechanics and management, Friendly And skilled, they fix any problem, And it's gonna last for a long time. When other cannot or no want do it , they can and they want you can relate on them.

Took in my truck for service. Four hours later, the problem persists even after being assured it was fixed. The "driver's lounge" is a glorified closet. You'll take your truck in anyway even after being warned, but when you leave and your truck still isn't working right, remember I tried to tell you.

Consider these people a cash only truck sales kinda place. I'm almost quoting here when I tell you that THEY said " our lenders basically only loan to people with credit so good they don't actually need the money" they're nice but they are not set up for sales at all parts and service seam to be their main business

I spent $5,748.62 for a turbo i get to drive for 7 hours and i ad to go to another dealer in Indiana the installation wasn't done correctly they adjusted so they said...not even a week later back to another dealer and they refused to pay them for the work to get it fixed.. terrible place to deal with from service to management.

HORRIBLE!!! 12 days to install a turbo that I had overnight-ed because they could not locate one. If you call they transfer you to full mailboxes and hang up on you. STAY AWAY!!!!

Rip off people take my truck in for check engine light i told them to get me a price before they done anything called several times trying to get a price took them over a week to get my truck fixed then told me i owed them over 3400.00 i will never go there again I advise you to stay away from them

It says open till 3 saturday went in at 11 and closed really should change hrs of operation. Taking my business elsewhere
