I called the Tint World BG location to get my car windows tinted. They got me right in same day. The staff was very helpful and took time to explain about the differences in the tints. Dustin, Patrick and Luis are true examples of what great customer service looks like. When I say these guys are THE BEST, they really are!! They'll definitely be getting more of my business in the near future, GREAT GUYS!! And oh yeah, the tint is perfection! Check them out, they won't disappoint.

Just got my bronco tinted and it looks stunning! The guys here are extremely helpful and accommodating. I had several questions regarding the type of tint and their warranty coverage. Despite my skepticism, the guys were extremely patient and offered great pricing and services. I absolutely will be coming back with my other cars!

So I took my feshly painted yukon to tint world to have them do the ceramic coating on it and I can say I more then unsatisfied. They did a poor job of trying to do paint correction. They put the coating right over scratches and over a water mark on the truck so now you can't fix nor wash it off. Then on top of all of that you can see lines in the paint where they applied the coating which also will not wipe off. I called Patrick and told him and he told me to bring it back and he would take care of it. They had it for three days. When I went to pick it up and actually seen it I found more problems then when I dropped it off. So if you like and care for your car my advice is to take it a professional because this place is far from it.

I don't even know where to begin - I paid $460 up front in November 2023 for a service because they needed to order the part - okay, I understood that. 3-4 weeks later the part comes in and service is scheduled. They keep my car all day and Patrick calls me at the end of the day and tells me they had ordered the wrong part and service was not completed. He seemed to feel really bad and was very apologetic and even offered to schedule an additional service at no charge when the correct part did come in. Okay, no big deal, that's cool. It's now February; three months have passed since I paid for this service, and they can give me no ETA on when the part will come in and service will be scheduled. Patrick even tells me I may want to reconsider having it done. I'm like okay, just give me a refund then. I think I've been pretty kind and understanding during this entire process. He tells me he refunded me and I should see the credit in 2-3 business days, but did not offer to send a receipt for the refund. I give it over 7 days - no credit. I call to follow up and Patrick is busy and will call me back. . . no call back. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company to get my money back.

I ve brought 2 vehicles to them so far and both experiences have been taken care of the same day I called for an appointment. No waiting or picking up. Same day service. I used to use another tint company but these guys are just faster and extremely professional. I d definitely recommend them over anyone else in town. Patrick took good care of us.

Couldn t be happier with the experience the guys at tint world offered me! Easy and fast! And man oh man the results were way more than what I was expecting. Had a subwoofer and all around speakers installed in my older Honda. And couldn t express enough how happy I am I went with these guys. When I say they will do you right. I mean it! Very educated and honest when you have any questions and requests. Will do buisness again with these guys forsure! Thanks again!!!!Edit.: Since they did great on my first car I had to say the biggest thanks again to the team at bg kys tint world! Patrick and Luis did nothing but exceptional work recently when I had brought my second vehicle to get a sound system and tint installed. And just like the first car these guys made magic happen. If I could give more than five stars for this establishment, I sure would. How refreshing it is to deal with a business that has integrity and sincerity in their work. They were upfront with me with the issues they were encountering in replacing the tintin my back windowand presented me with viable options. I highly recommend anyone needing the services they provide that they check them out. Ask for Patrick.

I recently had my truck interior cleaned Tint World Bowling Green and was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my cleaned quickly and efficiently. The prices were also very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the work was. Overall, I would highly recommend Tint World in BG to anyone in need of quality work at an affordable price. They truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning in the future.

So my husband car was vandalized a week ago and they shattered his driver side window. Luckily we had good insurance and we call Tint world to get the tint back on. I went to go up there and they did an Amazing job and time. not only did they do a great job they didn t charge us!!!!! Thank you much for you amazing customer service and quality of your workmanship. We will most definitely be doing business with you all again (:

I had the ceramic coating done and detailed. It looks amazing. Everyone said it looked like a brand new car. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable about what they do.

The guys installed new back speakers and deck into my 1979 Trans Am. They took their time with a very fragile interior, keeping the car's care first on their mind. Speakers sound great and looks just as good too!! Definitely will back. Appreciate the awesome work.

Tint World did a great job of updating the tint on my Durango. The tint was so dark from when I purchased the vehicle and need to update the front windows. Their staff was very knowledgeable and gave me great direction on what tint to keep it at, etc. would highly recommend the Bowling Green location!

I have to talk about the humans that work in this store. Holy moly!! The professionalism and care for a customer is beyond amazing. They did a tint that my husband chose but when I saw the color and actually didn t like it because it didn t match the rest of the car (no fault of tint world at all). I let them know that I didn t care for it and they did everything to correct and fix the situation even tho they were NOT at fault!! WHAT?? That is so amazing to me! It shows a company that cares about what their clients think as a posed to just grabbing money and not caring! I am beyond impressed and pleased. We will be returning for more fun goodies for our 2024 Jaguar SVR! We have many plans! (rubs hands together in a diabolical fashion and a maniacal crazy laugh). So excited!!!

Patrick is a wonderful guy! He was able to remove the odor from my trunk without even charging because it did not require the full detail cleaning. Very honest and helpful. I would recommend anyone to get the detail service here. Thank you.

Hey I was looking for auto tinting and I found this spot and decided to try out ; I had my bmw windows tinted and they did great satisfactory work and I'm picky perfectionist I tried to find f,,,,ups on my tint and zero flaws that's pretty good they also helped me out on my sound system like they're there car ; I have another ride that needed strip on window and I took it to ww about closing time and Louis stayed after closed to help me out , on Friday I thought that was unusual but great ,I didn't mean to write book bout it but you don't see very many comp that stay late on Friday to help they care bout there customers

They charged me $28 for shop supplies to tint the windows in my truck. Are you kidding me?? Wouldn t having razor blades and squeegees be a part of install service? Wish I had asked total price before the install. I would have found another company for window tint.Edit: Owner contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding. He did a credit of $28 on my card. They did a very good job on my tint in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Very professional and respectful folks. We had to get our back glass tinted at a separate date due to our own issue, and these guys worked with us on rescheduling a date, very timely, high quality work, full transparency about the issue with our back glass and NO extra cost for having to come back to do it separate. 10/10 recommend this spot

I drove my vehicle to the shop to try to resolve this issue in person...Be careful in trusting this shop. I recommend asking them to show you an overlay of exactly how the tint will sit on the glass prior to installation. Even if they put something on that is inconsistent with what the customer requested, they will not resolve the issue. Despite my request for an even strip across top of windshield, the installed tint bows down nearly 12" into sight-line. Tint-World's response, "Sorry, the computer told us how and if the computer doesn't say how, we can't do it."Best not upset the machine, take it out on customers...I guess?They seem to be a competent shop, but best assume nothing because they aren't going to try and fix it if there is an issue to resolve.Time to find a shop who can do custom work. Tint World apparently is the Wal-Mart of tints; burn-and-churn through customers, ignore complaints, make it up in volume.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Tint world of bowling Green installed speakers in my 1995 Corvette and did a fantastic job I had no idea of all the different things you can get done there and everyone was so helpful and nice thanks guys I'll be back.
