Got my sunroof fixed. Fast efficient and friendly.I asked lots of questions and got answers. I'll be going back for accessories for my vehicle. They have TONS of great things.

The owner is an amazing person that is genuinely customer focused. I came in with an inquiry regarding flip back bed cover that I needed hardware for that was misplaced during a move. He gladly assisted and ordered this timely for me. What I did not know was that he could have this delivered from them rapidly. My problem was that I was in travels and needed to secure items in the truck bed. He stated no worries, I will call you when it arrives. It arrived earlier than expected. Even the manufacturer provided that they would not send it to me timely. Somehow he got it onsite, called me to come pick up the hardware. Get this, he handed this hardware to me and probably the best genuine soul I have met in a great while. Be confident that any visit with this location will be handled courteously and that a genuine person is helping you to satisfy your needs.

I had my third car today tinted by the folks at Stripes and More. They do a good job at a fair price, I ll get my next car tinted here too. Would recommend!

If you have something wrong with your sunroof, this is the right place to be and all for a reasonable price. And the staff are nice and friendly and seem to care about your needs.

Great place with friendly, professional employees. Couldnt ask for a better place to take care of your ride. Ive purchased window tint, weather guards, and weather floor matting for multiple vehicles. Also, towing equipment, auto cleaning supplies, and lighting. Will continue to be a repeat customer!

I cant believe this place. Very unprofessional and the quality of work is disappointing. Took my civic here and they charged my $400 for tint. Left my car a mess and the windows full of finger prints. Their card reader is taped together so if you want them to do a terrible job tinting your windows and overcharge you, you better bring cash because I hear people's cards barely work including mine. Youd figure for outrageous amount they charge they could buy a new one. I also heard them trash talking my car and say rude things about me. Very Unprofessional.

Eric took great care of me. I showed up without any appointment for rain guards. They didn't have the part, but he called all around Bowling Green until he found a place that did. Richard put them on for me and everyone in the shop was wonderful to talk with.

This place is a joke they ve done redone my tint more than once and it s got places all over it still. They are not willing to do anything about it either now. The owner is a straight rude person I DON T recommend this place at all!!! I really didn t want to put a 1 star but I had to to leave a comment. The only one that seems like they have any sense is Richard. I can gve pictures if anyone needs to see why you shouldn t come here. I don t have alot of money I work paycheck to paycheck this man wouldn t do anything wouldn t gve me part of my money back wouldn t redo them or anything. This is so sad to do people this way.

Had a bedliner put in my f150 last week and it looks great, price was below average, and service was quick and friendly. After it was finished the guys showed me around the shop as I was looking for a bedcover and gave me several recommendations to consider. I highly recommend them if you need any work done in the future from liners, to covers, lifts, etc.

I came in to have a hitch and wiring installed on my vehicle. When I made my appointment I was told that the total cost would be $100 for parts and labor. After paying $100 and leaving I was called again where an employee stated that there were additional charges which totaled $60 dollars. I explained that I was quoted the $100 price for parts and labor and when I was quoted I specifically asked that question and received a yes. The employee on the phone was rude cut me off several times and talked over me. I would not go to this place again.

This business is HORRIBLE!!!!! They damage your vehicle and do not take responsibility. Extremely poor customer service. Had my new truck I bought my husband in for Rhino lining and running boards. They damaged the crew cab door. When calling them on it all the person, Eric who works there said "They have been told to contact owners when they damage vehicles..." Really... Did not do anything to fix the problem...,WOW Would have given them 0 stars but can't do that as my review would not have been posted.And by the way.. I think the owner should know I tried to pay in advance for this service and I was told by Eric "its to inconvenient to take money in advance...really .. and he actually said "I dont think the owner would like it if he knew....WOW

Ordered a bed cover to match our new truck. Bed cover came in wrong color. Waited weeks before they shipped the bed cover back to repaint...and several weeks before it returned. When I went to have the cover installed the second time, the bed cover was scratch as well as holes in the interior carpet. The bed cover was absolutely filthy and I was told that it became this way during shipping. You would think that Stripes and More would have washed this cover before installing. We have complained to Eric as well as Ranch (maker of the bed cover) regarding the scratches and holes in the carpet, with no satisfaction. Actually not even returning our call. Very unprofessional service.

I just got a Rhino liner put in and it looks great. They did a way better job then i expected. I will be going to Stripes and more for everything i need for my truck for now on.

Left my car a mess and I felt overcharged for the quality of work. They even left the windows dirty after they were done. My mom also brought her car here and the tiny didnt last a week and the windows were filthy.

Got down there for an 8:00am appointment to have my windows tinted they finally got done with my car a little after 1! It's been almost a month and the back glass tint is coming off. I wouldn't recommend stripes & more to anyone. I will go to bluezonics in etown from now on.

Great place to deal with. Had a sun strip installed on my truck and ended up being an issue with it and took it by there they fixed it with no hesitation. Quality people and hometown service.

They used to be good. Didnt have my receipt. Tint bubbled up on one window. Would not fix it. Been going there a long time. Thats ok. Wont give him another dime.

Clean place with nice workers. My car was finished in under 30 minutes. I deducted a star because the window tint I had installed didn't match the other windows on the inside only.

Stripes and More has not bothered to call me back from my 3 previous phone calls requesting quotes for tint removal and redo's on 8 windows in my home. The guy that picks up the phone is very courteous and seems annoyed that whoever is in charge of calling people back or setting these appointments isn't doing his job. Can't believe these guys are still in business.

I needed tint put on the drivers side window and they removed the old and installed new tint. They did a great job and it was worth every dime.
