I bought 4 tires from them and made a repair, next I realized is they did not take care of my tire pressure monitoring system because it was broken. They need to take care all the customer car. They need to take it seriously.

We have been using Sams in BG for years when purchasing tires due to their low cost for the value. In recent years when we have come back to have our tires rotated, it is difficult to get anyone on the phone, there is no one staffing the front desk when you arrive and it is difficult to get your car in the shop in a timely manner. There needs to be better management of scheduling cars and staffing. We have chosen to get new tires elsewhere.

I waited 20 minutes before anyone even waited on me. I wanted to purchase four brand new tires. There was one car in the bay at the time and 3guys in there standing around. I was told that they couldn t get to my car until Monday (today is Friday). I asked if I could leave it, come in early Saturday - but he said he couldn t. Didn t look at a schedule at all. I had a spare sitting on the car from a flat tire today, so waiting 3 days was not feasible. There was zero effort towards a solution.

It took about 30 minutes- it was perfect because I could do some grocery shopping while waiting. If you don't want to wait for a long time, I would show up early(when they open) or make an appointment. I did both and it was on the weekend. Very great customer service and cheaper than other places in town.

Sams Club in Bowling Green, KY has the LAZIEST mechanics working. They take over TWO hours just to look at a flat tire. They work SLOW and have horrible attitudes and customer service. I highly recommend that you spend your hard earned money ANYWHERE else!

Very unhappy with the lack of communication on our potential purchase. I wanted two tires at a great price but couldn't make it because of membership issues to add insult to injury my name wasn't documented properly. Never again!

Paid for lifetime tire services for our vehicles. NEVER can get anybody to answer the phone to set up an appointment. Pretty disappointing

They need more than 1 person working the REGISTER. Over all I was satisfied with price. I recommend them but go when you have time to eaite.

They do a very good job. Fast service for as busy as they are. The prices are better than most chain tire shops.

Do not use their tire repair services unless you have a minimum of 3 hours to spend in the store. Same applies to rotate and balance service.

Awesome service, balance guys need a refresh course,dint put 2 ounces of weight on the outside of a tire break it down and reenter it.

Be prepared to wait if you come on a Saturday. Even if it's just a repair.
