I have never been to this location. Nor have I ever had a positive experience at a Rush Truck Center. However, I did just have some work done at Worldwide Equipment, the Kenworth dealer in Lexigton Kentucky. Their staff was wonderful, the facility manager, the service manager and the mechanics were all top of the line. They had the parts I needed in stock. If you can make the trip to Lexington I would recommend that you do it.

Depends on what location you deal with Nashville is great, if I need a schematic they will send it over then I'll order my parts, bowling green is a joke can't get a schematic to save your life, and want proof of ownership for anything, just hard to deal with, I own a mobile service company. Ask for a brake valve schematic told me they couldn't get it , called Nashville had it in 10 mins , had parts ordered in another 10 mins or so.

Bought a truck from someone else that was stored there they let many items be stolen off of it some that anyone could have gotten but many items that their mechanics and or body shop personnel had to have gotten because they would need tools and better than normal mechanical knowledge

Pulled in with a small problem with my fan. I didn't expect a miracle about getting it in fast. They took a quick look at it found the problem and told me what I needed. I got me a room for a few days as they were working on other projects and ran out of parts they jumped on my problem and got me out at least a couple days sooner!!! Thanks for the help

I just had to take a moment to tell the great experience I had at this Rush truck center location. In almost ten years of driving trucks , this is the only first truck repair I have gone in to and was out in less than 24 hours. I was not charged for services I didn't need and my truck running again. I just had to seen a shout out to the greatest country men I have ever met. I will definitely be going back for my service needs . It will be worth the journey . Queen Arie QA Transport llc just feel in love with some good old country boys

Okay so, stay away from this place. Do not go here. Warning warning warning. Charge me $195 to diagnose my truck told me there was no problem after he clear the codes.. 100 miles down the road and the check engine light came back on. It was the booster sensor and he just didn't feel like working on it because he said it was a wiring issue and he didn't want to deal with it. So I paid $195 so him to go into my computer and clear codes. This place needs to go out of business before more truckers are ripped off do not go here do not go here do not go here. You have been warnedIf you need to call up larco mechanic shop they are nearby.

Recently bought my 386 Pete from rush they did pretty well by me for the most part had to be towed back after my first trip out and they took care of it second week had more problems gettin a coolant leak and they grudgingly took care of it ac took a dump on me during the 5th load after buying the truck from em and was told your truck your problem so not terribly pleased that I'm gonna have to go several weeks without ac until I can afford the nearly 1200 I was told (by them) that the ac repair is gonna cost BUT they did fix several items a couple of them big ticket ones under warranty (turbo) after being towed back from the first trip so while it would be better in my opinion that I had a working ac from my new truck in this heat at least I have a running truck and am back on the rd able to start working again which is really great since I was having a hard time finding financing after my last truck blew an engine their sales guy Keith really did a great job working with us on that and getting me a deal I could work with my only real complaint is they didn't fix the ac as well but done they did fix a lot of stuff I'm overall happy with my dealings with them and will absolutely be buying my next truck (couple yrs from now hopefully) through them.

Everyone we met here were super nice Eric, Gary, and Chris helped us beyond measure with our 337 Pete. I would definitely go here over any other Pete shop if I was close.

Stopped in for a part but they had closed early the mechanic that was there was helpful but he did not have what I needed he did try to help me

Ordered a transmission June 8 they charged my card they brought me 2 transmission that was the wrong one they told me several times the right one was going be here never showed they came and picked the wrong transmission up and now they keep saying they going refund my money it s been 7 weeks and one day ordered from another dealer they said they could have it in one day

Don t even think to go this place! They will rip you off ! Front lady and supervisor have bad attitude , cost me almost $1500 for dignoste the truck only,beware of this hungry people, I strongly recommend to kenwort dealer right before that nasty place

This dealer ship is slow to work on anything you bring into them this dealer ship just like all other rush dealers they don't care if your tractors roll down the road because as long as they make money from you they don't care how long it takes they just don't understand that if tractor are not move we are not making any money to pay for the repairs I hope they can some day see it from the other side of the fence.
